FBI Should Check Passport Control if Carole Wells Doheny Entered the Country Over the Holiday

 Has Carole Wells Doheny used my last name of Winston but a different first name in a passport from somewhere over the last 2 weeks?

Is she in Asia doing business for organize crime or drug cartels with my last name but maybe a first that starts with a "J" but not Janet?

I have asked the FBI to please indict UCLA Medical Center, Dr. Oliver Dorigo, Dr. Elizabeth Wagar and Carole Wells Doheny for what they did to me 16 years ago.  Dr. David Feinberg was the CEO of UCLA Medical Center on May 28, 2008, when I was subjected to a radical hysterectomy for cancer when I never had cancer and all knew it.

Does a 65-year-old woman have no rights or justice as women at USC, UCLA  in their OBGYM departments that have paid a billion dollars for USC and 700 million for UCLA in criminal fines?

I am now 82 years old and this all happened when I was 65 and had Medicare which is another felony for fraud.  I am a Whistleblower as well and have paid dearly with physical and emotional harm by other Westside doctors for UCLA Medical Center.

Director of the FBI to Resign on January 20, 2025

 Today, Christopher Wray as the Director of the FBI with 3 years left on his contract, he will resign at the end of the Biden Administration.  I am very sorry to hear this, because I have been denied justice for the Elder Abuse of a radical hysterectomy for cancer when I never had cancer, and the doc tors knew it on May 28, 2008.

I want it known I NEVER WAIVED MY RIGHTS when I went to UCLA Medical Center and the CEO office Dr. David Feinberg to refer a doctor, and they did to Dr. Oliver Dorigo.  I was not asked to sign a waiver that a foreign national would be my surgeon who was not on staff but a temporary employee that he could do anything to my body as a 65-year-old woman and just get his passport and flee the country as he did in December 2012.

I again ask the FBI to indict UCLA Medical Center, Dr. Oliver Dorigo, Dr. Elizabeth Wagar and Carole Wells Doheny for what they did to me 16 years ago on May 28, 2008.  Do I have to die in order to ger justice since I'll be 82 in 2 weeks?

The Department of Health and Human Services referred my case to be investigate in February 2011 to the California Department of Justice and they did nothing.  They are the ones who said Elder Abuse - not me.  That is a felony.  Kash Patel will not give me justice.

Prersident Biden Please Pardon Those in Peril of Trumps Revenge

 I agreed with President pardon of his son Hunter.  I now ask will he protect those people who are in jeopardy of Trumps rath such as Liz Cheney, Jack Smith and all the people who prosecuted him in a court of law?

With Kash Patel as the Director of the FBI and all he has said, the Department of Justice will be a building of terror for all those professionals who did their jobs and prosecuted this criminal.

The American people did not understand how dangerous Trump will be to our democracy and freedom. Can you imagine the military roaming our streets to arrest people?  The Senate has to be our savior and do FBI background checks so a person like Kash Patel is not the Director of the FBI.  

I Agree with Prersident Biden to Pardon His Son Hunter

 It was just announced that President Biden will pardon his son Hunter before he leaves office.  I would do the same and any parent would especially when you have a Donald Trump who pardoned convicted criminals before he left office and plans on pardoning all the criminals of January 6th.

Tell anyone who says to you "You said you would not pardon him" to go to hell.  You gave up the 2024 Presidential election for the good of the country after you were asked to step aside, and you did.  You and your family have devoted 50 years in public office from congress to vice president to the president and you wanted a second try, but you tried to protect the American people from Donald Trump by letting Kamala Harris be the nominee.  Unfortunately for the American people we will have Donald Trump for another 4 years.

The Senate Has to Save Our Country with FBI Checks PS 11/25

 The Democratic and the Realistic Republicans have to save our country by not letting President-elect get away with not having FBI background checks. 

We just had Matt Geatz drop out of the Attorney General nomination because he was exposed to have had sex with a 17 year twice.  The Secretary of Defense has been accused of sexual assault that he paid off the woman not to tell.  What does that tell you about his credibility?   

What about the woman who has had trips to Syria, Iran and Russia and was on a watch list to be the Director of International Defense and all our nuclear secrets to run this agency without FBI check?

The Senate cannot allow Trump to get away with this and possibility put our country in great peril with Putin knowing everything about our Defense.

We have to do everything we can to save our country over the next 4 years.

I Ask the FBI to Protect the Rule of Law and Indict UCLA Medical Center

Based on what happened in the 2024 Presidential election, and Donald Trump is now our President, and the Rule of Law is in jeopardy as we know it, I ask that UCLA Medical Center be indicted.  Based on all the media, our Department of Justice, FBI and every law enforcement organization may be turned upside down to please President Trump and not as we have known it for 250 years.

UCLA Medical Center hired foreign national from around the world to save money and let these nationals off the hook from responsibility for whatever they do by letting them pick up their passports and flee the USA as happened to me in December 2012.  Therefore, UCLA Medical Center should be held responsible in a court of law for what they do.

I ask every FBI agent who handles this case, how would you feel if your grandmother, mother, wife or sister 65 years and older told you she was subjected to a radical hysterectomy - everything in her body from the waist down was surgically removed for cancer when she never had cancer, and they knew it?  Money was the motivation through Medicare and Carole Wells Doheny.

I've waited 16 years for justice and with Trump I may never get justice, because you can't find the medical professionals who fled the country.  Why do I have to pay with physical and emotional pain as a result and the "DO NO Harm" does not exist in my case?  They were paid by UCLA Medical Center and UCLA should be indicted for it.

I went to the FBI in 2015 to report as a Whistleblower what happened to me and how many other women it may apply to are unknown at this point, but why?

Are These 2 Men Working for Carole Wells Doheny for My Identity Theft?

 ON November 14, 2024 I wrote my Blog regarding Carole Wells Doheny and making a formal complaint to the FBI to report using my name foe 13-14 credit cards across the country in 7 states by 2 men who may turn out to be frauds themselves just to get all the information from me to committee fraud.

At the time I wrote mt Blog I did not know the phone number they posted on my computer to shut off the blasting sound          1-888-734-1808 was FAKE.

I want the FBI to have the name of the 2 men and their GOVERNMENT ID numbers if they are true?  Because they got my social security number.  The name of my bank.  If I had relatives or friends in the 7 states they mentioned, Texas was one of them.  If I had online banking and my user name (which I do not have).  These men names are:

                                1. James Peters at 1-888-734-1808  ext. 116.  ms. 909-75-220 Employee ID

                                2. James K, Wilson GS 71930 ID number.  His phone was (202) Washington DC.  This is  the man who I was connected to for Social Security fraud.

I now believe they were working on behalf of Doheny.  They hacked my computer with a full screen sign "I owed money and push this button".  When I did the alarm went off and I could not hear myself talk and I had to call the above number, or my computer would be blocked, and I did.

I ask the FBI to0 include them in my formal complaint against Doheny on the 14th if they are in fact criminals.  They said MY CASE number is DC 7017

I Make A Formal Complaint Against Carole Wells With the FBI

Today, I found out my computer and cell phone have been hacked by Carole Wells Doheny.  In addition, she has used 13-14 credit cards in my name across the USA.

I found out she has also used my identity for porn in foreign countries both adult and child.  I worked today with a security company who advised me of these charges after my computer was hooked into spam that had a loud voice on my computer not to cut off my computer.

I was connected to a social security identity fraud, and I now have a Washington DC case number to investigate if the FBI wants it.

Obviously, Carole Wells Doheny is in the United States in as many of 7 different states using my name as Janet Winston.

I ask again if the FBI will indict not only UCLA Medical Center, but Dr. Oliver Dorigo, Dr. Elizabeth Wagar, Dr. David Feinberg and Carole Wells Doheny.  I am available for anything the FBI needs.

I Ask the FBI to Indict UCLA Medical Center Before Kash Patel Replaced C Wray

I just heard on MSNBC that President-elect Trump is planning on replacing the present Director of the FBI Wray with Kash Patel.  If this is true based on media reports this man will destroy the FBI and Department of Justice as we know it today

Since Kamala Harris is not going to be President of the United States and Donald Trump is, her relationship with my case against UCLA Medical Center and the medical professionals involved will be different as a former Attorney General of California at the time my case was referred to the Department of Justice in 2011 and nothing was done,

I've tried to give all the evidence the FBI would need to indict all those involved.  I have not been told "I have no case".  My injustice started on May 28, 2008, with a radical hysterectomy for cancer when I never had cancer, and all involved knew it.  What is more needed?

Transgender Television Ads Did Not Help Anyone Except Put Trump in the White House

 My son and I watched the results of the election last night in Shock, how could Kamala Harris lose the election in what has turned out to be a landslide and win the popular vote as well? 

There are all kinds of explanations now that it is over, and Donald J. Trump is our 47th President of the United States.

The most shocking was the Hispanic vote for Trump and after the "There is an island of trash, and it's called Puerto Rico" at Madison Square Garden how was that possible?  But the results backed it up for one of the reasons she lost.  

It is now a fact that all NFL football games or any national sport that attract male views it was played and showed Kamala Harris in her own words that illegal aliens and prisoners can have transgender operations at taxpayer cost.

This commercial was made in 2019 when Kamala Harris was running for president herself and had nothing to do with President Joe Biden when he selected her as his vice president.

What is in store for the American people and the Project 2025 that Trump will use as a blueprint for his administration?

The American people have to get behind our new president and try to bring this country together.  We have to support NATO and Ukraine. I don't know how we can get back Roe v. Wade into law except if the individual states do it and women can travel there to get needed abortions and medical needs.

 I ask the American voter to carefully consider what Donald Trump is really doing by running for the President of the United States.  To stay out of jail with 34 felonies convictions in New York that he cannot dismiss.  The half billion- dollar indictment for fraud by the Trump organization.  The 86 million he owes the women he raped.  He owes 1.8 billion in fines against him.

He has announced RFK will head our Health Department if elected.  Elon Musk wants to be either Secretary of State or something else and that horrible federal judge in Florida would be consider for Attorney General since she dismissed the lawsuit against him.

He is unstable and is an idiot when he addresses a rally.  Kamala Harris can run circles around him with intelligence, because she is smart - Trump is a Con man who is giving the American people a snow job to destroy our democracy.

She wants to bring the people together and will be the President for all the people.  There was a crowd of over 50 million with the White House in the background.  In sharpe contrast to the rally of Donald Trump at the Madison Square Garden on Saturday where a speaker stated, "There is an island of garbage, and it's called Puerto Rico". 

Time for a new generation of leadership in America as President of the United States.  I bring my own experiences and 2024 has different problems than we had in 2020.  Donald Trump wants a Sales Tax of 20% on imported goods that will add $4000.00 a year to citizens.  I will work to bring down the cost of groceries and will not increase the income tax of the middleclass.

I believe in the dignity of work.  I remember how hard my mother worked to buy our first home with pills of bills in front of her, but she did it.  I want the middleclass to have a $25,000 tax credit toward the purchase of a first home.  I want a $6,000.00 child credit for a first child, and I want a $50,000.00 to start a new small business.

I will work with everyone across the aisle to get things done.  Especially the reinstatement of Roe v. Wade and the right for women to control their own bodies and a decision to have an abortion and not the government.

Cancelled My Subscription to the Los Angeles Times Because They Would Not Endorse Kamala Harris

 I just got off the phone cancelling my subscription to the Los Angeles Times because they would not endorse Kamala Harris for President.  It was reported the editor of the editorial section quit because they would not endorse her.

If they would not endorse Kamala Harris, the alternative, is they would endorse Donald J. Trump and after all that has been revealed by the New York Times and Atlantic Magazine from the interview with 4 Star General John Kelly saying, "Trump is the definition of a FASCIST" and wants Generals like Hitler, there is no way I would subscribe to them, and I hope no one else does as well.

Donald J. Trump is a danger to our country and democracy as reported by many men who worked in his administration in the white House and will not endorse him for President.  As VP Kamala Harris said in her CNN Town Hall meeting, 

I ask the American people other than Maga Republicans to vote as soon as they can to ensure they can make it to the polls on November 5, 2024, because of weather.  We must save our country as we have known it for 250 years.

PS It was just announced that the Washington Post will also not endorse any candidate for president for the first time in 36 years.  Matt Dowd also announced he has cancelled his subscription to the Post in 40 years. This happened 5 hours after I did.

KAMALA HARRIS PRESIDENTIAL TOWN HALL

Vice President Kamala Harris did an admirable job taking on UNDECIDED Voters with UNSCRIPTED questions.  There were many questions covering many subjects, but she did the best she could.  Trump was invited to the Town Hall and turned it down as he has with everyone, so there is no comparison she at least answered the questions.

The most important information was what 4 Star General John Kelly reported to the New York Times and Atlantic Magazine and VP Harris repeated it many times.  He said, "Trump is the definition of a FASCIST".  General Kelly was Trumps Chief of Staff at the White House and Knows him better than anyone else.  He said "He is a dangerous man and should never be in the White House again"

Trump also told another General in National Security that "He wants General like Hitler had". Trump has such an obsession with Adolf Hitler, and he was the former President of the United States. 

With Roe v. Wade and getting it pass if she were president and can't get the 60 votes needed in congress, she said Filibuster to get it through. The cost of groceries to bring down the cost create a National Ban of Food Gouging. Work with the private sector on housing.  Work with Congress to work across the aisle on housing, Womens right to decide their own medical needs for their bodies and abortions.  On taxes people who earn less than $400,000.00 no increase those above that will be increased especially the billionaires who don't pay their fair share of taxes and that will change.  The middle class have to get tax breaks.

The border wall was given 650 million dollars to build, and she will use the money to make the border safe.  She had said in 2019 "The wall was stupid", but she changed her mind after being vice president and visiting the wall.

She said women who "sandwich" the care of small children and parent's medical needs have to have relief, so she will have Medicare pay for Home Health Care something brand new so a woman can keep a job if needed.  She said she prays every day something that never has been discussed before.  She was asked if she would expand the Supreme Court to 12 Justices and she said it has to be reformed.

She discussed Trumps "Enemy Within" when he will hold responsible for Judges, Journalist and anyone who didn't agree with him he will have the Justice Department deal with them.

Bill Gates gave VP Harris Super-Pac $50million dollars.  The DOJ sent Elon Musk a letter regarding the $1million dollars per day for any registered voter in the swing states for the petition to support the 1st and 2nd Amendment NOTICE this may be illegal.  The difference between Harris and Trump.

GREAT NEWS The World Series Will Be on Channel 11 at 5pm Friday

I checked with Spectrum tonight who told me the World Series will be on Channel11 at 5p as I thought it should be and not FS1.

The internet page only had the cable channels I listed such as Direct TV and nothing about Spectrum or any alternative.

I just know I could not see the 6th game with the Dodgers and Mets on channel 11 and they said it was on FS1 or you had to get a Didital antenna. 

This was a scare tactic and the reason I am notifying my viewers around the world so they can make plans or check with their television carrier.

It should be a great game!

US Threatens Israel with Arms Suspension Over Gaza Conditions

 President Bidens Administration in a written letter warned Prime Minister Netanyahu they have 30 days to boost Gaza aid or risk cut in military support.

It is about time.  Is Netanyahu doing all this aggressive fighting to help Donald J. Trump become the 47th President of the United States instead of Kamala Harris?  Everyone is saying he wants Trump to win over Biden, because they are both indicted criminals who stand to go to jail when they are out of office.  If Trump loses on November 5, 2024, he is open to going to jail for all his crimes starting with the 34 felonies he is charged with in New York.

Innocent people are being killed by bombs into Gaza hospitals and other places that were supposed to be safe for the women and children and not terrorist hiding out in these buildings.

Hopefully by November 15, 2024, they will take President Bidens warning serious and open up the gates to Gaza and the aid they need.

WHO HAS FLED THE USA FOR Asia TO AVOID PROSECUTION?

 Is Dr, David Feinberg still in the United States or has he fled to Asia to avoid prosecution as the former CEO of UCLA Medical Center?  Who else has fled to avoid prosecution for Elder Abuse and Medicare Fraud?

Why was Dr .Oliver Dorigo brought to UCLA Medical Center in 2008 from Germany as a foreign national?  He was not on staff as I thought, so why did Dr. David Feinberg and his assistant select this man to perform a radical hysterectomy on me on May 28, 2008, for cancer when I never had cancer, and they knew it?

The ONLY test they did was the CA 125 test one week before surgery that proved I never had cancer and never did a Pap Smear or any other test.?   There was no proof I had cancer including the pathology after surgery that proved there was no malignant cells in my tissue, there never was cancer.

At  no time did Dr. Oliver Dorigo see me after surgery other than 30 minutes before I was released.  He was with Carole Wells Doheny in the new billion-dollar hospital building over the May 28th holiday as Janet Winston and me as Janet H. Winston was in the old building all by myself except my son Tony who was at my side.

Was Dr. Dorigo brought to the United States to assault my body or even worst cause me permanent damage other than major surgery?

TRUMP CHICKENS OUT OF 60 MINUTES INTERVIEW

Last night Bill Whitaker was the man from CBS 60 Minutes to interview Vice President Kamala Harris as agreed upon.  Donald Trump had agreed to the interview as is the custom for the Republican and Democratic candidates to meet in October for the interview except He Chickened out and cancelled the interview just one week before.  Why did he do this, because 60 Minutes FACT CHECK THE INTERVIEW, and he wanted an apology from Lesley Stahl for the 2020 interview she did with him regarding Hunter Bidens laptop.  She said that was not true. 

Donald Trump is running for president as a "Get Out of Jail card".  If he is elected, he doesn't go to jail and all charges he can have thrown out.

Vice President Kamala Harris was very professional and forthright on her issues going forward as the 47th President.  She will increase the child credit to $6000 for a first child.  She will give a $25,000 tax credit for first time home buyers.  She will give a $50,000 tax credit for new small businesses.  Mr. Whitaker said that will amount to 3 trillion dollars over 10 years and how is she going to pay for it?

She said she plans to make sure the billionaires will pay their fair share in taxes.  She will make sure the multi-billion companies who do international business will pay their taxes.  She said middle class families like firefighters, teachers, nurses pay more in taxes than these people do and that has to stop.  The middle class is the backbone of this country

She was asked "Why the Biden Administration didn't act earlier than this year with the Immigration problem on the border and the thousands, of illegal immigrates who have entered the country?  She said President Biden was hoping Congress would enact an Immigration Law support by both parties.  They had a new law that was supported by both parties this year that would have put 1500 more border control guards that Trump had his Republicans not put it up for a vote because it would help Biden and not him.

Ukraine's fight to keep power despite Russian attacks and we have to support them for the safety of NATO and the world.  We have to   support Israel with equipment to defend themselves. WE support the people of Israel regardless of who the Prime Minister is

JD Vance is the First Vice President Nominee Who Doesn't Know Who Won the 2020 Election

Ohio Senator JD Vance and Minnasota Gov Tim Walt met in New York to debate who is best qualified to be President of the United States if either Kamala Harris or Donald Trump is elected on November 5, 2024 but during their term is unable to finish and they have to assume the office.  That is what a Vice President is for.

JD Vance would not answer the question when Norah O'Donnell of CBS asked Mr. Vance "Who won the 2020 election"?  Since Donald Trump at age 78 would be the oldest man elected as president and would not answer the simple question honestly with a "Yes" what else would he do if elected to office?

We know he made up the absolute lie that Haitians in Ohio eat cats and dogs who are legally in this country, just to make the press not focus on the success of Kamala Harris campaign after she took over for President Joe Biden.

We know Donald Trump and the Maga Republicans plan to use Project 2025 as their guideline to destroy the democracy and the Rule of Law as we have known it for over 200 years.  Donald Trump has said "He will be a Dictator for one day".  Not a chance in hell.  He thinks he will be King and rule until he dies.  He is not kidding, and we cannot allow that to happen.

Donald Trump says Climate Change is a joke and will make beach front property from floods.  Donald Trump blocked the Iran Deal that has led to the bombing that took place over Israel.  Donald Trump will ban Abortion nationwide, so no woman can get one in the United States whether her life is at stake or not. 

Gov. Tim Walz said his state Minnasota has the best health care in the United States and re-instated a Roe v. Wade policy so women can get abortions in a normal amount of time to make the decision.  He disagreed with JD Vance regarding January 6th and what the Inserection was all about, and the people sentenced to prison for their part in trying to stop the certification of the 2020 election

This debate showed us that Kamala Harris and Tim Walz have to be elected to the office of President and Vice President on November 5, 2024.  Please everyone registers to vote and then vote.  Our democracy and freedom are at stake.

UCLA University voted #1 but UCLA Medical Center Not Included

 In June of 2019, UCLA Medical Center was charged with sexual abuse to thousands of women over 35 years and had to pay 700 million dollars to settle the case.  This did not include the University as a public school.  

Today the UCLA University was selected as the Number 1 University, but this does not include the Medical Center, and it shouldn't be.  I want the people of California to know exactly what happened to me 16 years ago with ELDER ABUSE and Medicare Fraud.

I went to UCLA after Cedar-Sinai said I had cancer and needed a hysterectomy.  I didn't believe them, so I contacted the office of Dr. David Feinberg, the CEO of the Medical Center to take over my case.  AT NO TIME DID I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH DR. OLIVER DORIGO, Dr. Feinberg's assistant did.  I felt safe and I have suffered 16 years of injustice as a result.

There has been a massive cover-up to protect UCLA from exposing this fact.  I NEVER HAD CANCER and never needed a radical hysterectomy, but I trusted the CEO of the Medical Center.  I was 65 years old and was ripe with Medicare coverage.

Dr. Oliver Dorigo was a foreign national from Germany and was an independent contractor not on staff which I never knew.  Why would the CEO assign a foreign national to perform a radical hysterectomy on 65 years when the CA 125 test proved one week in advance of surgery, I never had cancer.  And the more important question is WHY the cover up?

I contacted the Department of Health and Human services when I found out I never had cancer in February 2011, and they sent 2 investigators to my home who decided I was a victim of ELDER ABUSE, and it needed to be investigated.

Dr. Dorigo was not investigated or interviewed and when I found out I never had cancer picked up his Passport and fled to his homeland of Germany in December 2012 and has never been seen since.

This is where the case is today.  UCLA Medical Center is a fraud and should be charged as a criminal medical center.

 Dear Mr. President,

I debated whether to put this letter in the mail and send it to you at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington DC 20500, but I decided your act of such kindness needed to be acknowledged to the public.

I received your photo with the handwritten "Thank you for being a part of this team.  I want you to know our fight is your fight.  Joe Biden"

I want you to know the first Presidential campaign was John F. Kennedy in 1960 that I worked on and have continued on since as a Democratic.  I have never had any kind of acknowledgement such as you did this month.  You are such a class act, and I believe God sent you to the American people to save us from that disgraceful Donald Trump and to the world as the Western leader for NATO.

 A historic handshake on the stage of the Presidential debate between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump that is how it started out, VP Harris showed class when she went over to Trump and had her hand out "Kamala Harris".

Kamala Harris showed how forceful, articulate, companionate and intelligent she is to lead our country as the 47th President of the United States.  Donald Trump is an idiot and the only reason for him to run for president is to stay out of jail.  The Vice President told him "You are a disgrace and 81,000 people voted you out of office in 2020.

Trump at no time gave a plan for the future under his administration if returned to the White House.  Kamala Harris gave her "Opportunity Economy" for the middleclass as a $50,000 tax credit to start a new business, a $6,000 child credit for newborn children, a $25,000 first time homeowner tax credit and told the audience " Donald Trump doesn't care about YOU just himself and tax breaks for billionaires".

It was an embarrassment to the American people the response Trump did or did not respond to Harris and questions from ABC's David Muir and Linsey Davis who did a good job.  Especially this stupid and lying story about immigrants eating dogs and cats in Ohio.  David Muir called immediately that it had been checked out and was not true.

I predict Kamala Harris will win the Presidency on November 5, 2024.

6 Hostages Murdered in Gaza

 Because Prime Minister Benjamin  Netanyahu would not agree to a ceasefire in Gaza, 6 of the Hostages were murdered within 48 hours before they could be rescued.  There are 101 hostages and 68 are believed still alive.  

This situation is an outrage, especially since Israel knew 1 year in advance of October 7th, that Hamas would attack them, and Netanyahu didn't believe they were that smart, so he took no action for an invasion.  1200 people were killed in addition to 250 people taken hostage and maybe 68 are still alive

We cannot allow innocent people to be murdered because Netanyahu wants to save his butt from being sent to jail after he was indicted for crimes like Trump. This man has caused so much chaos in the middle east and as their strongest alia, we are drawn in on it in every way.

I hope the protest for the killing of these 6 people by thousands of people in Tel Aviv and the unions asking the people to strike today, will help to replace Netanyahu by a reasonable member of the government and a ceasefire can be completed and the hostages released.

VP Kamala Harris "My Values Have Not Changed"

Vice President Kamala Harris as the first interview as the Democratic Nominee said "On day one my first priority is the Middleclass"

She and her Vice President Gov. Tim Walz met with Dana Bash of CNN at a restaurant in Georgia for the interview.  Not a studio or an elegant office/library, but a normal restaurant at a table.  That was the setting for her normal interview and normal values.

She wants to bring down the cost of living.  She wants to give a $25 thousand tax credit for first time home buyers.  She wants to give a $6000.00 tax credit for the birth of a child. She wants to eliminate price gouging such as the Kroger-Albertson merger that would eliminate competition and the cost of food would go up.

She wants to secure the border and would sign into law the border law that was before congress and Trump told his Republicans not to pass it, because it would help Biden at the time and not him.

She will absolutely sign into law Roe v. Wade when it is presented to her at the White House to sign. She will do everything to promote Climate Change for the United States and around the world.

She said she stands behind Israel to defend itself and will see they have the weapons to protect themselves.  However, she also believes the Palestinians have the right to exist and there has to be a ceasefire and the hostages released.

And last when Dana Bash asked her to comment on Trump saying, "She is not black".  With a smile she said "Next".  She didn't take the bait

Harris Gave a Powerful Acceptance Speech 'New Look Forward'

Vice President Kamala Harris gave a 37-minute acceptance speech at the National Democratic Convention that was powerful, confident and full of joy. She made history as the first black-Indian woman to be a nominee of the Democratic party.

She introduced herself to the American people as a woman who was raised in Oakland with her sister with a single parent when her father from Jamaican left the family. She said her work was from the courthouse to the White House.  She introduced herself as "Kamala Harris for the people".

In the month since President Joe Biden passed the torch to her for the 2024 president election, she has given the Democratics excitement and hope they can make sure Donald Trump never gets back into the Whiter House.  Her theme "Never Look Back".

She is more than anyone could expect except President Biden.  He knew she was a   powerful leader and will continue what they started and didn't finish such as the boarder control and to sign into law Roe v. Wade.

I believe the American people can feel confident we will have a great president to lead us into the future for the next 4 years with Vice President Tim Walz who has turned out to be a jewel.

President Bidens Emotional Farewell Speech FABULOUS

 President Joe Biden gave his farewell speech at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, and he was on fire.  This man is a gift from God to the world.  He saved us in 2020 from that horrible Donald Trump and the world from Putin in Ukraine.

His speech was powerful, emotional, truthful and showed he was the leader of the free world.  He also gave Vice President Kamala Harris his total endorsement to be our next president and follow through on what they had accomplished in his administration.

For love of country and to preserve our democracy, he bowed out of re-election for 2024 in favor of the younger Kamala Harris and her vice president Tim Walz.  

I believe Joe Biden will go down in his history as one of our greatest presidents.

5 Charged in the Death of Matthew Perry

 Today, 5 people were named as defendants in the death of Matthew Perry in October 2023.They are Jasveen Sangha known as the "Queen of Ketamine", Salvador Plasencia a physician, Kenneth Iwamasa his assistant, Mark Chavez, a physician and Erik Fleming.

These 5 people were in a conspiracy to sell Matthew Perry Ketamine which is an illegal drug when not administered by a medical professional who monitors the patient at the same time.

He was addictive to the drug needing up to 6 injections a day.  The doctor sold him 20 vials in October 2023 for $55,000.00 cash.  The actual cost to the doctor was $12.00 for which Matthew was charged $2,000.00 per vial.

These despicable doctors did not honor their oath "To do no harm".  Their motive was only money.  The prison terms are 120 years to life.

This brings me to my case against UCLA Medical Center.  I was subjected to a radical hysterectomy for money only.  How much was UCLA Medical Center being paid, Dr. David Feinberg, Dr. Oliver Dorigo and Dr. Elizabeth Wagar?

New Evidence CEO of UCLA Medical Center

Dr. David Feinberg was the CEO of UCLA Medical Center when I had a radical hysterectomy for cancer, and I just found out he is alive and in the Los Angeles  area.

Based on what happened with Dr. Oliver Dorigo and he fled the country and to date has not been found, I want the FBI to know this new evidence to take whatever action they think is appropriate as a defendant.

Dr. David Feinberg is alive and in the Los Angeles area. Unlike Dr. Dorigo I do not know for sure he is alive let alone where he is.  So not to make the same mistake that law enforcement like the FBI could arrest him or take him in for an interview or go before a Grand Jury.

He would be the first of the defendants to be interviewed or charged by the FBI and I wanted to post this blog now to follow up on the one I wrote on August 10, 2024, that exposed Dr. Feinberg as referring me to Dr. Oliver Dorigo.

UCLA Medical Center Hired Foreign National's to Get Away with Fraud

When I underwent major surgery for a radical hysterectomy in 2008 at age 65, I had no idea the horror I was undertaking now some 16 years later.

I went to UCLA as a second opinion, because Cedars-Sinai said I had cancer, and I didn't believe them I called the CEO of UCLA Medical Center, and they made an appointment for me with Dr. Oliver Dorrigo by Dr. David Feinberg assistant.  I had every reason to believe I was in good hands.  After all he was the CEO.

How many women have been subjected to this Elder Abuse because UCLA Medical Center has not been accountable in a court of law or fined by the United States government through the FBI? For 35 years UCLA Medical Center had a gynecologist who sexually assaulted thousands of women until finally a lawsuit was filed and they reached a settlement paying the largest settlement for a public university of over 700 million dollars and the doctor sent to prison.

Dr.  Oliver Dorigo was a foreign national from Germany and I was never told that until he fled the USA in December 2012 when I found out I never had cancer.  Shouldn't there be a law that foreign nationals have to be known to the patient for the very reason of my case?  To be held accountable in a court of law for his criminal actions with Elder Abuse instead of fleeing outside the USA so he doesn't have to be accountable because he is NOT CAUGHT?

I Endorse VP Kamala Harris and Gov. Tim Walz for President and Vice President

It has been announced this morning that Vice President Kamala Harris has selected Gov. Tim Walz of Minnasota as her running mate.

He is only 1 year older than her but is a former schoolteacher and spent 25 years in the National Guard in addition to being a current governor of Minnasota.

The most important thing is that Donald Trump and JD Vance cannot be elected to the White House and destroy our democracy as we have known it for 248 years.

They will be touring the swing states as of today, and the American people can see for themselves who our new president and vice president will be after November 5, 2024.

The most important thing is that all Americans vote either in person or mail in ballot, our future as a country is at stake, this a first step to achieve that.

I wrote my Blog 9th Anniversary of Fraud on May 22, 2017, and nothing has changed since I wrote it.  All the facts are the same and the injustice I have experienced now for 16 years  

I went to the FBI as a Whistleblower against UCLA Medical Center and all the medical professionals involved with the fraudulent radical hysterectomy I received on May 28, 2008, for cancer and I never had cancer, and they all knew it.

What does one have to do to get justice?  I will be 82 in December and my health is not good.  I am now legally blind due to cataract surgery and can not drive. Reading is very difficult, and it is difficult for me to type this blog. 

As I said in the title of this Blog, I stand by my Blog of May 22, 2017.  Is Carole Wells Doheny, Dr. Oliver Dorigo and Dr. Elizabeth Wagar out of the country?   Why can't UCLA Medical Center and the CEO at the time Dr. David Feinberg be indicted by a Grand Jury.  Everyone jokes "You can indict a ham sandwich" not if you take UCLA on.

I ask the FBI to give me justice.  I will help in any way I can.

Biden Thanks US Allies After Prisoner Swap to Free 4 Americans

One of Presidents Bidens promise when he became president in 2020 was to bring home our prisoners from Russia.  That promise was met yesterday when Paul Whelan, Evaan Gershkovich, Alsu Kurmasheva  and Vladimir Kara-Murrza were released in Turkey and flew home 

It took the help of our allies to release prisoners they held to help the United States with Russia to release these 4 Americans Especially the Germans.  They released a prisoner Putin especially wanted a murderer and spy

President Biden said he could not have achieved this if he didn't have the help of our EU and NATO allies.  Unlike Donald Trump who doesn't give a damn about our allies and especially NATO.

The American people should take notice of what has just happened and why it is so important Donald Trump is not returned to the White House, but Vice President Kamala Harris is.  Freedom arounds the world rest with the Americans and our Allies.

Supreme Court Reform by President Joe Biden Mandatory

 Today, President Joe Biden proposed Supreme Court Reforms at the LBJ Library as absolute for this rough court. He will spend the remainder of his term trying to get these reforms as follows:

1. Constitutional amendment stripping the president of immunity for crimes committed while in office.

2. Term limits for Justices with a maximum 18 years.

3.A binding Code of Conduct for the high court.

I believe Supreme Court Justices Thomas and Alito should be removed from the bench by Impeachment now.

Thank God for President Biden he will bring back to the Supreme Court what it was designed for in 1776.

Like Roe v. Wade.  This was law for 50 years until Clarance Thomas and others decided it went against their Catholic religion, and totally denied women the right to decide for themselves what to do about an abortion and not the government.

A Magnificent Speech by a Magnificent President Joe Biden

 Last night, President Joe Biden gave a speech from the Oval Office in the White House why he is not seeking re-election for the Presidency in favor of Vice President Kamala Harris.

I believe President Joe Biden will go down in history as one of our greatest President behind, Washington, Lincoln, FDR, LBJ and Joe Biden.  He has put his country and our democracy before his personal goal of a second term for the Presidency on November 5, 2024.

Compare that to this disgraceful Donald J. Trump who announced to a huge crown "That America is Stupid and run by stupid people".  The only person who is stupid is Donald Trump. 

President Biden the All-Time Class Act Will Stand Down

 Today, President Joe Biden the 46th President of the United States announced he will put his country before anything else and not seek re-election immediately.  He will stay president until the end of his term but will not campaign.  He has endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris.  

The Democratic Convention is August 19th, and in those 3 weeks it will be the delegates to decide who they want as the head of the election ticket.  If. they do not want Harris she will not be the nominee.

I would ask Gov Gavin Newson of California to put his name up to replace President Biden.  He is a fantastic leader, and I would think the G 7 and NATO could see him as leader of the free world.

I think the people behind President Biden should be a shame of themselves to know the president was not the same man as he was in 2020 and arrange for the early debate when he was not ready.

Kathie Lee Gifford Told the Truth About Hip Replacement

Thank God for the internet and the connection people can make with one another about anything going on in the world. 

I just read Kathie Lee Gifford at age 70 had a hip replacement which was "very serious and extremely painful".  I am 81 years old and just had my yearly physical in which my doctor was only interested in me having a hip replacement "That only takes 45 minutes and is very easy"

I told him I would not undergo surgery unless a matter of life or death  . He suggested a Conradson shot, but would not refer a orthopedic doctor to administer.it.  He gave me a written referral for me to use for any doctor I used.

When I got my lab work by email, I called his office to get an explanation for the results.  I called twice and my calls were never returned 

Since 1987 whenever I had my physical, all doctors suggested hip replacements.  It took me years to find out Carole Wells Doheny needs hip replacement and may be in a wheelchair by now, but needed my name and insurance coverage to get it just like she did with UCLA Medical Center in 2008 for the radical hysterectomy for cancer I was subjected to.  

Am I back to questioning every medical treatment any doctor on the Westside of Los Angeles to me is for Doheny including prescription drugs?  

Florida Judge Dismisses Special Counsel Classified Documents

 Jack Smith Special Counsel appointed by Attorney General Garland case for classified documents has been dismissed by this Federal Judge Aileen Cannon in Florida.

This Judge is very inexperience and was appointed by President Trump before he left the White House. Did he have an agreement with her if he needed her since he lived in Florida, he would appoint her to the Supreme Court as a reward?  

This country is going to hell through these federal judges starting with the Supreme Court.  Trump stole these documents marked as "Top Secret" to allegedly give to our enemies so he could stay in power. Then this piece of garbage in Florida just stalled and did everything she could to prevent going to trial before the election on November 5th.

She has been overturned by the 11th Circuit Appellate Court twice.  She is stupid.  Congress has to do something.  I hope Jack Smith appeals this ruling and takes it as far as he can including the Supreme Court to show the American people, he is right and this piece of garbage is wrong.

Project 2025 is a Blueprint to Destroy Our Country Under a President Trump

The Heritage Foundation has written a 900-page blueprint to totally destroy this country as we have known it for 248 years under a second term for Donald Trump.  That cannot happen.

President Biden did a good job tonight to show the American people how he would handle any national security problem.  He showed how he is the World Leader for a free democracy for any country in  NATO.   He is our president and the person the free world looks to for guidance and help especially Ukraine now. We cannot let this be destroyed by a former president and his 200 aids who have compiled this 900-page document to eliminate the Rule of Law   

This Project 2025 will eliminate the Department of Justice, FBI, CIA and put it all under control of the Presidency headed by Donald J. Trump starting on January 21, 2025.  As he said "A dictator for a day".  He wants to be a King.  A King doesn't have a four-year reign but a lifetime until he dies.

 While President Biden was giving a strong 50-minute press conference with no notes, Trump was making his plans with the help of our enemies to take over allegedly the United States as "lawless".  All the fines he owes over a half billion dollars will be wiped out under this immunity the "Imperial" Supreme Court has given him.  All lawsuits Jack Smith filed will be dismissed including the Stolen documents in Florida under the federal judge who has delayed the start of that trial for months.

The Supreme Court Rules for President Donald Trump and Shafts the Judicial System

 Today, the Supreme Court ruled after 67 days on Donald J. Trumps claimed for absolute immunity as President of the United State It is broken down in 3 buckets.

There is Personal Conduct and Official Conduct.

1. A President can assassinate someone and not be held criminally.  The example was made in the Appellate Court: "Could a president order Seal Six to kill the president's opponent and not be held liable in a Court of Law?"  Based on this ruling today, the answer is YES.  That is an Official Act.

2. Personal Conduct would be President Trump signing checks in the Oval Office.

3. A President ordering any military action as Commander in Chief has absolute immunity as an Official Act 

4. A President can give an Ambassadorship based on a bribe for money an Official Act and not be held criminally.

5. A President can't be held criminally to pressure the Justice Department to do whatever he wants that is an Official Act and is immunity. 

6. Can't look for MOTIVE when considering what is an Official Act. 

7. This Court did not take into consideration "No One is Above the Law" except this Imperial Court.  They think Donald J. Trump is a King.

8. When the Constitution was written, our Founders could never imagine what just happened today.  There has to be someway Congress can do something to add additional Justices and Term imitates to the Justices of the Supreme Court. 

This Supreme Court is an outrage as President Biden indicated as a rogue court.

God Has the Final Say for President Biden Not the New York Times

President Joe Biden has been a great president and world leader.  Has anyone heard a world leader of the G7, Nato, Japan, South Korea, Australia or any free democracy say President Biden is unfit to lead the world?  No because he is not unfit.

The only leader who wants President Biden to leave is Putin.  President Biden helped Ukraine defend itself against this monster.  If we don't have President Biden, Donald Trump the 34 times convicted felony, the convicted sexual assault that fined him 88 million dollars, the convicted man who committed fraud in his business and is fined almost a half billion dollars will pardon himself from all federal crimes and thank Putin by giving him Ukraine.

FBI I Stand by My Blog of September 26, 2016

Bringing up to date the FBI or any law enforcement agency regarding University Foot & Ankle Institute of 2121 Wilshire Blvd, Santa Monica, CA, I stand by my Blog.

I allege Carole Wells Doheny was a silent partner in the business and especially handled the financial aspect of the business in an office directly across the hall from the main office.  As a result of this, I believe she was behind my having surgery on the 3rd floor where bunions were removed for my broken ankle instead of referring me to an orthopedic doctor and major hospital like Saint John's in Santa Monica.

I told the surgeon Dr. Jason Morris I would not go to UCLA Medical Center as he wanted based on the fraudulent radical hysterectomy I had for cancer in 2008.  I did not know this business also had an office on the Westwood campus of UCLA.  Had I known I would never have allowed them to touch me on February 9, 2015.

If more information is needed or you need me to testify in a Grand Jury just let me know.

PHIL WATSON STANDS alone AS A very unique STANLEY CUP WINNER PS 6/25/24

Last night the Florida Panthers won the 2024 Stanley Cup for the first time in their 30-year They played the Edmonton Oilers who have not won the Cup in 31 years and Canada has not won the Cup in 34 years. franchise  

Then there is Phil Watson who won on the New York Rangers Stanley Cup team in 1940 before Pearl Harbor and won again on the Montreal Canadians in 1944 where he had been lent to the Canadians by the Rangers for 1 season.  And in 1944 was D-Day. 

What an unique time in American history to win a championship in 4 years between the beginning of World War II and D-Day! After last night's win, I believe the American people got a firsthand view of how exciting ice hockey can be, Basketball on skates with hockey sticks

I am hoping the New York Rangers will invite all the children of the 1940 Stanley Cup team to their 100 anniversaries in 2026.

PS  I want it known that someone is trying to discredit my dad's accomplishments and making false written statements that my father entered the NHL and NY Rangers illegally as not born in Montreal.  I have his birth certificate that I will post to prove my father was an honorable man who someone is trying to tarnish his career and his unique historic wins of 2 Stanley Cups between 1940 and 1944. 

Is There Another Man Who Won the Championship for Their Sport between 1940-1944?

 Only realizing now in May, 2024 that my father Phil Watson won Stanley Cups for the 1940 New York Rangers and 1944 Montreal Canadians which was between the 2nd World War after Pearl Harbor and 1944 D-Day that saved Europe from Hitler.

I sincerely doubt if National Basketball, National Football or any other sport during the '40's had one man represent two different countries during these critical times and won the championship.

Right now Sean McCaffrey is writing a book about my father entitled RANGER ICON "Firey Phil Watson" which he hopes to publish this year.  I have no financial interest in his book other than to supply photos and information about my dad personally and professionally.

My father never told me he won the Stanley Cup for the New York Rangers let alone he won a second Stanley Cup for the Montreal Canadians in 1944.  My father knew who he was and didn't have to brag to me or anyone else about his accomplishments.

My Dad Was a Member of the NHL Rangers and Canadians Stanley Cups Teams

Today is the 80th anniversary of D-Day June 6th Invasion of Normandy in 1944 and as faith would have it my dad won the Stanley Cup as a member of the Montreal Canadians for 1 season in 1944.  Before that as a member of the New York Rangers won the Stanley Cup in 1940, one year before Pearl Harber in 1941.

How many ice hockey teams can say they won the Stanley Cup during such historic events that changed the world?  Watching the 80th Anniversary ceremonies from Normandy, France today, showed me how remarkable D-Day was.  The graves in France for 9300 Americans bring tears to one's eyes.  These young men gave their lives to liberate France from Nazi control after 4 years.

I am just so proud my dad gave the American Canadian people a little joy from the war through his efforts in the hockey ring.

I hope the New York Rangers will invite the children of the 1940 team (at our expense) to the 100th Anniversary in 2026?.  I don't know what they have planned but now that the hockey season is over for the Rangers in 2024, I ask they consider inviting us to represent our fathers.

I hope by that time my case against UCLA Medical Center will be complete, and I can do some good for women over 65 years old who have been victims of Elder Abuse.

Donald J. Trump Found Guilty of 34 Criminal Counts in New York State Court

 

the American people and the Rule of Law have won today with the guilty conviction of 34 counts in the case of New York v. Donald J. Trump.  It only took 9.5 hours of deliberations over 2 days for the 12 members of the jury to find him guilty on all charges.

The terror Trump has spread against the Judge, his daughter and the prosecutors didn't work.  This disgusting, arrogant, liar who lacks any morals was found guilty and hope the judge with sentence him to the maximum sentence to prison.

Hopefully this will set an example and the 3 other court cases especially in federal court will follow suit.  Hopefully the federal judge in Florida Cannon will be removed from that case so the case can go forward against Trump.

This gives me hope in my own case against UCLA Medical Center after 16 years - if a former President of the United States so can the doctors and Carole Wells Doheny found guilty.

Amal Clooney to be Honored for Holding Benjamin Netanyahu Arrest Warrant for War Crimes

 Don't misunderstand by my agreeing with Amal Clooney to hold Netanyahu responsible for the killing of innocent women and children in Gaza I do support President Biden on everything is does except this.   as War Crimes that I in anyway do not support President Biden's reelection.

Netanyahu is an indicted criminal in Israel and to protect he not going to jail, he was warned 1 year in advance about October 7th invasion. He did nothing and as a result 1200 people were killed on October 7th and since that date 35,000 people in Gaza have been killed by bombs and starvation.

This shows no one is above the law and the Hague has jurisdiction as they did when they issued an arrest warrant for Putin of Russia.

PS 16th Anniversary of Fraud for PRESCRIPTION DRUGS

When I  posted my Blog on May 5, 2024  the situation I am going to report now had not happened, but did 48 hours later.  I am talking about a horrible experience at the Walgreens at 111795 W. Olympic Blvd in Los Angeles.

On Sunday, May 5th I called Walgreens around 8:30am to reorder an eye drop prescription that I had used until February 28, 2024 and when I went to re order it, Walgreens substituted a different manufacture of the same .drug.  The difference is in the bottle itself, because of the harder plastic rather than a softer one for my hands that I have difficulty with.

I'm talking about Brimonidine Tartrate 0.1%.  Apotex Corp. has the harder white plastic bottles and Alphagan P has the softer green bottles.  But this resulted in being told by 4 different employees in the Pharmacy department 4 different stories why I could not reorder the prescription I wanted Alphagan 

I was told "I could not reorder this drug until July 11th, because I had already reorder the drug on May 5th from Apotex Corp.  I tried to explain to this women "That is impossible".  It was almost impossible for me to get the eye drops out of the bottle with my hand as weak and needed the softer bottle to do it.  She said that is what your insurance company said.  Another women told me the same day " they are out of stock and would have to order it on the 6th.". 

I called my insurance company because I only have Medicare and have an independent drug coverage from another company.  That women told me "the prescription was LOST IN THE MAIL"  I told her that was impossible I had never used mail in but my son picked up the prescription from the store  When she told me that I knew Carole Wells Doheny was up to her old tricks of using me for prescription and this one would cost $425,99 per prescription.  If "lost in the mail" she got it free other than allegedly giving the employee a $100.00 bill.

I asked her to call Walgreens because a male pharmasist told me on the 5th to ask for an OVER RIDE from my insurance company for the 5/2 prescription and ok the new prescription which they did on May 6th.  That order was ok'd and filled on the 6th as the envelope with the drug inside shows.  So what did Walgreens do?  They cancelled the override on the 6th and tried to reinstate it on the 7th - why I do not know nor did my insurance company other to instill emotional distress upon me since I cannot drive being legally blind and had to do everything over the phone because my son was out of town.

When they called me and told me another lie "Your insurance company will not approve the Over Ride.  I told her that was impossible because it was approved on the 6th.  I told her I would notify the FBI of Medicare Fraud " and she said"Go ahead".  Within 2 hours I got a recording the drug was ready to pick up and my son picked it up after work on the7th.

I was LIED to by 3 women:  I could not reorder the drug until July 11th.  They are out of stock and would have to reorder it.  My insurance company had not approved the Over Ride on May 7th.

Sixteenth Anniversary of Fraud

• On May 28, 2024, will be 16 years since I underwent the fraudulent hysterectomy for cancer at, UCLA Medical Center.   I never thought when I had my radical hysterectomy in 2008, 16 years later I would still refer to it as an "Anniversary of Fraud".  And it would still be unresolved with no arrest, convictions for all involved.  UCLA Medical Center, Dr. Oliver Dorigo, Dr. Elizabeth Wagar and last Carole Wells Doheny.

As of April 2024, I was informed allegedly Carole Wells Doheny has had fascial surgery, so she looks like me and not the actress Carole Wells. This way she could use my name and likeness to continue her pattern of criminal activities like laundering money outside of the United States making that an IRS tax evasion crime if she looks like me.

Since I could not inform the FBI of this new development, they could not arrest a woman who changed her face. She has since 1987 used my name as Janet Winston and Janet Watson so she already has documents to back up the name.  She can't change my height of 5'7 with green eyes and her 5'4 with brown eyes.

I allege she has used friends in the gay community both men and women to rent 2-bedroom apartments that she would use as a "pit stop" whenever she is in that city, and they drive her around in exchange for a good job connection through employment agencies she has an interest in.

When she lived in Vancouver and used my stepmother as her "family" did she help get a Canadian passport for her as Janet Watson?  It might be something the FBI looks into.  

I am concerned she will try to pass herself off as me at the 100th Anniversary of the New York Rangers and the 6 original NHL teams in 2026.

I'm just hoping I will get Justice since I'll be 82 in December.

Benjamin Netanyahu Has Created Chaos Around the Middle East

The Prime Minister of Israel has done everything he can to save his butt from going to jail (where he belongs) by bombing the Iranian counsel in Syria and the Palestinas people in Gaza seeking protection from bombings.  This man is a danger to humanity.

Here in the United States, we are having protests on elite college campuses, which we have not had since the '60's and the Viet Nam War.  He has been indicted as a criminal in his own country just like Trump here.  He knew a year in advance of the plan to attack Israel by the terrorist but did nothing.

We could now find ourselves involve with a military conflict with Iran and other middle east countries all in the name of protecting Israel.  Israel should be protected.  But Netanyahu should be forced to resign or taken before the World Court and charged with war crimes.

Just an update for my viewers regarding my UCLA Medical Center fraud case.  Carole Wells Doheny has allegedly had facial surgery to look like me.  That means she can commit crimes in my name and likeness, and I would be blamed for it.  This may account why she has not been arrested so far for Medicare fraud if they are looking for her as an actress and not me.  I am 5'7 with green eyes and she is 5'4 with brown eyes.

Benjamín Netanyahu Prime Minister of Israel Should be Charged with War Crime

The unbelievable murder of 7 volunteer workers for the World Kitchen Center in 3 vans going to Gaza to feed the Palestinas people cannot be tolerated and excused as an "accident". Netanyahu is an indicted criminal who is headed to jail and like Trump is doing all he can to save his butt from being arrested by creating chaos and keeping the war going. 

The October 7th attack on Israel by the terrorist was known ONE YEAR IN ADVANCE they were going to do this, but Netanyahu did nothing to prevent it, because he doesn't want to go to jail.  He took no action on October 7th for up to 8 hours before the government took action to protect the Israeli women and children who were raped and killed and over 250 hostages taken by the terrorist.

President Biden has done all he can, but Netanyahu has thumbed his nose to the American request to save himself.  President Biden should not give offensive weapons to Israel until we know exactly what happened.  War crimes cannot be tolerated for one man.

What I Know Now I Didn't on 4-26-13 When I Wrote My Blog Dr.Dorigo Had Fled the USA

 When I found out Dr. Oliver Dorigo had left UCLA Medical Center in December 2012 for Germany after the California Department of Justice got my case in 2011, I contacted the federal agency Health & Human Services on 1-15-2011.  They sent 2 investigators to my apartment and put inro writing they wanted my case investigated for ELDER ABUSE.  

When I wrote my Blog "Dr. Dorigo fled the USA for Germany to Avoid Prosecution for Criminal Acts"      I did not know about the CA 125 test that showed I never had cancer in my body one week before I had a radical hysterectomy on May 28, 2008, 16 years ago.

Dr.  Dorigo tried on 3 occasions to have me get chemotherapy which I would not do.  On one occasion I left the office, and an older woman was crying on the sofa.  I asked her what was wrong, and she said Dr, Dorigo said she had to have chemotherapy for her cancer, and she was scared.  I told her I will not have chemotherapy even though I did not know at that time I never had cancer and probably this woman as well. 

That was Dr. Dorigo's and UCLA Medical Center cover up.  If I had just one session of chemotherapy which would be torture, that would be their excuse the treatment wiped it out, even though the pathology report would show the CA 125 test was under 35 and no cancer in the body.

I have remembered I believe Carole Wells Doheny was a silent partner and controlled the financial office of the University Foot and Ankle Institute located at 2121 Wilshire Blvd, in Santa Monica that I did not include in my Blog. 

Is Carole Wells Doheny Using a Wheelchair Because of Need for Hip Replacement?

Is Carole Wells Doheny using a wheelchair to get around because she needs a hip replacement and hasn't had the surgery because no orthopedic doctor could talk me into having one myself?  

I know after I broke my hip on August 12, 2018, and had to be taken by ambulance to Saint John's Hospital in Santa Monica, I was asked who my primary doctor was and at the time it was De. Megan E. Chen.  Even though I never saw Dr. Chen, nevertheless, she contacted   Cardiology Consultants of Santa Monica to have a doctor check on me as a "favor" for her.  

The purpose was not that I need a cardiologist, but Dr. Chen needed my Medicare number to charge $8,389.00 to my total bill of $78,000.00 for medical care for Carole Wells Doheny that hadn't been paid.      In other words, Dr Chen committed Medicare Fraud.

Was that the reason Carole Wells Doheny had Dr. Megan E. Chen as her companion to Asia to open bank accounts in Hong Kong, Singapore and China?  After all she committed Medicare fraud for her so what else would she do?  Open accounts in her name as a Chinese doctor from the United States and in return would compensate her well.?

"Continue the Story" Create a Story is a Fraud by a Scammer

This morning on my Facebook notification under Sean McCaff III, was the following statement:

"Your friends want to hear from you.  Share a recent moment to take them behind the scene, Create a Story".

This fraud is by someone who is a scammer to get information on my dad and myself to defame us or put out false information to discredit us prior to the book being written right now on my dad's career as a New York Ranger for 14 years including the 1940 Stanley Cup win.

This person has hacked into 2 writers I have worked with Sean McCaff III and Samuel Claesson who are "Friends" on my Facebook.  I have been asked by thousands of people since 2009 when I started my Blog to be added as "Friends", but I only have 4 people because I know these people personally either personally or professionally.

I ask the public not to respond to this fraud.  I have not nor would I ask anyone to "Continue the story".

I will ask the FBI if this is something they should look into?  There is only one person on this earth who would do herself or hire someone to do this - Carole Wells Doheny.  She used my father Phil Watson as her own when he was alive and lived in Vancouver, Canada.  She paid off my stepmother Rosemarie Watson and paid her in cash to be her "family".  I know who my father is from the day I was born - Carole Wells does not.

This woman is so jealous of me and used my name as Janet Winston since 1987 and even threaten me in 1987 when I refused to continue as her divorce consultant saying, "Don't say I didn't warn you Jan".  I just didn't know of her connections to organize crime and or drug cartels.

The Internet Has Done its Job to Expose My Horror at UCLA Medical Center

 I have been very fortunate to have 2 women reached out to me on Facebook, because our fathers played together on the New York Rangers Stanley Cup Hockey team in 1940.

They are Valerie Patrick, granddaughter of Lynn Patrick and Lori Patrick's daughter of Muzz Patrick I know Valerie since she was born because her father Lester Lee Patrick was like my brother as the son of Dorothy and Lynn Patrick.  And Lori Patrick I have never had any contact with, but she found out Valerie had made contact with me, so she did to.  We have something in common coming up in 2 years when the New York Rangers will have their 100 anniversaries as members of the National Hockey League.

I am hoping the New York Rangers will invite (at our expense) the children of the 1940 Stanley Cup team who have passed on and we could represent our fathers at Madison Square Garden.  I don't know if they will have any kind of celebration, but it would be very nice for Valerie, Lori and myself to be invited.

After Valerie asked me how I was doing since it is 40 years since we last saw each other, and I told her about my horror with UCLA Medical Center fraudulent cancer surgery just for money.  She was shocked.  She has worked in the healthcare profession here in southern /California and agreed the medical profession in southern California is a joke.  Money is the motivation from the top down at any medical facility, but so far no one has been exposed as I could with cancer surgeries just for money and chemotroph as a cover up that no cancer was in the bodies of these 65-year-old women.

I ask the FBI if they can arrange for me to meet the media and expose what happened to me?  Can they get an indictment without Dr. Dorigo, Dr. Wagar and Carole Wells Doheny in California or even the country?  16 years is a long time to wait for justice and to notify other women of the Elder Abuse they have been subjected to.

Trump Was Denied His Request to Delay Paying 355 million Within 30 Days

Today celebrates one of the most glorious days in American history, the United States Gold Medal win over the Russians in 1980. And Judge Engoron denial of Trumps request to delay paying 355 million dollars to appeal his 453.5 million judgments in order to appeal.  It will cost Trump $87K PER DAY in interest until the money is paid in total to the State of New York.

All Americans should be proud of the Rule of Law.  Trump was treated as a citizen criminal he is and not president as he believes he is. This is just the New York Fraud case not the $83.5 million E.Jean Carroll case.

There is also this FBI informant who lied to the FBI regarding President Biden and his son Hunter.  This man has been indicted for lying that they were given 5-million-dollar bribes for Hunters business.  It has been exposed all the information this man gave to the FBI was supplied by the Russians to prevent President Biden from winning a second term and the Republicans ran with it with glee for Trump.

This is a great day for justice.  "Do you believe in miracles"?

Trump to Pay 453.5 million Dollars in NY Fraud Civil Case

 The federal court of Justice Arthur Engoron  gave the American people justice when he ruled Donald J. Trump has to pay $453.5 million dollars in 30 days for fraudulently over-valuing his real estate empire.  In addition, Trump cannot conduct business in the state of New York for 3 years as his sons Donald Jr, and Eric have to pay each $4 million dollars and cannot conduct business for 2 years each.

"The fraud found here leaps off the page and shocks the conscience" Judge Engoron ruled in his 92 page ruling on February 16, 2024. 

The judge called the refusal of Trump and others to admit errors in the financial statement PATHOLOGICAL.

Trump still has the $83.5 million dollars judgement in the E.Jean Carroll case to pay.  Even if he appeals these judgements he has to pay the entire amounts with the court or get a company to put up the money less than 10 or 20% needed to secure a loan. This loud mouth who bragged "How rich he is with 400 million in cash" is going to find out very soon how poor he is now and so will his whole family.

As I have said in this Blog if law enforcement doesn't know about a crime, then nothing can happen.  Thank God for Michael Cohen his former attorney who blew the whistle on this fraud and had to go prison for his part in it.  

I ask the FBI if there is any way I can go before the media to expose the fraudulent cancer surgeries just for money at UCLA Medical Center?  I am a Whistleblower for a reason - justice for women over 65 years old who have been subjected to Elder Abuse but don't know it.

What More Can I Do to Help the FBI Indict UCLA Medical Center et all?

 I went to the FBI in 2015, because I found out Dr, Oliver Dorigo and Dr. Elizabeth Wagar had fled California for Houston, Texas for Dr. Wagar and Germany for Dr. Dorigo.  The Department of Health and Human Services had referred my case to the California Department of Justice to investigate for Elder Abuse and never did it.  They never closed my case, so I assume they were investigating it.   

I found out in December 2012 Dr. Dorigo had left UCLA as had Dr. Wagar and yet not a word to me or any information from the media as to the status of the case.  There was no "status" from the media, because the media didn't know about it.  Dr. David Feinberg, as CEO of UCLA Medical Center left either because he was fired or quit that is when I started to look into it.

After it was reported USC was charged with sexual assault in the OBGYM Department and paid 1.1 billion dollars to settle the case for hundreds of women over 35 years, I asked in this Blog if the Los Angeles Times could investigate my case as well?  I did not mean for the FBI to stop their investigation that could go global with law enforcement around the world, if the media exposed fraudulent hysterectomies for cancer at UCLA, then I assume many women would come forward.  

Unless a crime is exposed regardless of where it is - Donald J. Trump is a good example how can law enforcement take action if they don't know about it?  Today, there are complaints regarding Attorney General Garland took so long to assign a Special Counsel to prosecute Trump. Time is running out to get Trump to trial before the 2024 election, because AG Garland took so long to act.  He only acted after it was exposed in the hearings on television and every media outlook exposed it.

My case still remains hidden from the American people.  I ask the FBI what I can do to change that?

Special Counsel Robert K. Hur is Trumps Hatchet Man

After 13 months of being appointed Special Counsel by Attorney General Merrick B. Garland on January 12, 2023, Special Counsel Robert K. Hur released a report stating, " President Joe Biden willfully retained classified documents".  This searing report on Thursday concluded President Joe Biden "Disclosed military and national security information but will not face charges after a yearlong investigation into his handling of classified documents".

One reason given was "Because he is an elderly man with a failure memory including not remembering when his son Beau died and the years, he was vice president."  This man is nothing more than a "w*ore" for Trump looking for a post in the 2nd Trump Administration if he wins in November which he will not do.  The American people are not stupid. 

I ask every person who donated any amount of money to Donald J. Trump re-election fund to stop.  You need your money especially the small donors of $100.00 or less, more than to pay for Trumps 50milliom dollar legal fees.

This man Robert K. Hur insulted President Biden about his age to help Trump who is 77 years old, and President Biden is 81.  He is the most experienced president we have ever had.  Now we know why Trump stole the Top-Secret Documents from the White House to allegedly give to Putin and others to help him win and stay in office and out of federal prison where he belongs.

The 3 Panal Federal Appeal Court Unanimously Rejects Presidential Immunity

Today, the Rule of Law prevailed and loud mouth Trump has until next Monday to appeal to the Supreme Court that unanimously rejected Trumps claim to presidential immunity.  Finally, Trump has to be held accountable for his criminal actions and cannot hide behind his bulls*hit that he can do anything he wants including have a person killed by Seal 6 if he wants.

This man is a raving lunatic, and the American people will only get justice from the federal courts of law.    This man cannot be elected to the White House and finally the Courts under Special Counsel Jack Smith will hold him responsible regardless of all his threats that another Jan.6 will protect him.  

The polls do not elect anyone as President Biden said the people do and President Biden will be elected in November, 2024.  I am so happy that finally Justics is served.

Hopefully I will get justice against UCLA Medical Center and the 4 defendants that I have named to the FBI for Elder Abuse, Medicare Fraud, Conspiracy and Emotional Distress.

Justice Delayed is Justice Denied Just ask 16 USC Patients

 Dr. George Tyndall's case was dismissed following the report of his death last year.  Dr. Tyndall was awaiting trial on sex-related charges involving 16 patients who accused him of inappropriate behavior under the guise of medical exams as an Ex USC-Gynecologist.

USC paid a civil settlement of 1.1 billion dollars.  The criminal charges included 27 felonies. But the women did not get the justice they wanted and deserve because Dr. Tyndall was out on bail since 2019.  Justice delayed has certainly been Justice Denied.

My case against UCLA Medical Center is now going on 16 years with no justice at all.  No settlement or fines paid by the University of California Regents for UCLA Medical Center.  Dr. Oliver Dorigo the gynecologist involved with my radical hysterectomy and the head of Pathology Dr. Elizabeth Wagar both fled California for Houston and Germany because the California Department of Justice took no action from 2-2011 to 12-2012. 

I ask every person who is reading this Blog "How would you feel if your grandmother or mother over 65 years old was subjected to a radical hysterectomy just for money?"  Do you think UCLA should get a pass?  I ask the Los Angeles Times who investigated USC in 2018 to investigate my case.  I am available for an interview.

The Jury Has Spoken Trump Has to Pay 83.3 million Dollars

 E, Jean Carroll won her lawsuit for Defamation against former President Donald Trump in the amount of $83.3 million dollars over and above the $5 million dollars she was awarded in 2019. This brave woman took on the President of the United States in 2019 and won and now again since Trump can't keep his mouth shut won another $83.3 million.

This man believes he is above the law, and nothing can touch him.  He just found out that is not true.  Hopefully the fraud civil case in New York will get the $370 million dollars award against him in addition to this $83.3 million just awarded against him.  That should take care of the $400 million in cash" he bragged in a sworn deposition he had "on hand".

This should give every American the hope and belief in the judicial system especially the jury system of your peers to get justice when you are in a court of law.  

In my own case against UCLA Medical Center, Dr. Oliver Dorigo, Dr. Elizabeth Wagar, Dr. David Feinberg and Carole Wells Doheny that the Grand Jury will come in with an indictment against all 5 after 16 years.  

I am now 81 years old and not in good health, I need a walker to get around.  I can no longer drive because I am legally blind in one eye after Cataract surgery.  Why should I have to suffer because the California Department of Justice was negligent in 2012 when the Attorney General took no action from 2011 to 2012 (almost 2 years) and never followed up on the Department of Health and Human Services to investigate my case for Elder Abuse?

Is The Missing 2 million Dollars in Canada?

 Carole Wells Doheny used my father Phil Watson as her own with the help of my stepmother Rosemary/Rosemarie Watson beginning in 1987.  I only found out when my dad died in 1991 and hired an attorney to contest his wife will admit into a court of law in Vancouver, Canada. There was a car listed as an asset of his that I knew he never had.  Doheny purchased a car in my dad's name and paid cash and drove to California from Vancouver when she lived in Orange County.

I had borrowed a $ 1,000.00 from my dad and sent my 10,000 shares of Survive a Divorce as collateral, because "she controlled the money". Years later after my dads death, Rosemarie Watson showed up at a law firm I worked at with Carole Wells Doheny through the back door to transfer the 10,000 shares into a cashier check for $10,000.00 from Doheny to her.  I only found this out when my brother Peter Watson put an ad in the Los Angeles Times personal column stating "Janet, Mom sold you out for $10,000.00, Peter",  

Therefore, did Doheny and maybe Terry Karger set up bank account with Rosemarie at the accounting firm she worked at in Vancouver?  I would ask the FBI to check if any account in Canada is under the name of her 4 children.  Especially her oldest son Sean Doheny or Ryan Doheny, Kathryn Karabian or Benjamin Karabian?  

My dad, Rosemarie Watson and their son Peter Watson all died in Vancouver, Canada. But maybe there is a paper trail under any of these names?

If You Need Immunization Shots Go to Walgreen Co.

 Instead of trying to get an appointment with your doctor just for immunization shot for Covid 19 or influenza vaccine to protect yourself and your family go to Walgreens.  They make appointments on the internet, and you show up and within 15 minutes you should have had your shot or shots.  It is so easy, safe and they accept all insurance especially Medicare.

After all the problems I have had with Carole Wells Doheny showing up at any doctor appointment I had, I decided I will only go to a doctor if absolutely necessary.  I found out about Walgreen by accident, but it is the best thing I've done for me and my son Tony.

There is no reason to call your doctor for the shots only if you have the alternative of just driving to a Walgreen, park on the street and walk in and out in less than 30 minutes.  You make the appointment on your schedule not theirs.  This is an easy way on your lunch break if that is the only time you have instead of during the week and take off from work.

I am hoping all the talk about the 14th Amendment and Donald Trump being on the ballot for the 2024 election, the Federal government will apply it to my case as I have said for years, my civil rights are protected under the "Equal Protection Under the Law".  That would be incredible if it worked against Trump but worked in my favor.

Congratulations Miss America 2024

Madison Marsh as Miss Colorado won the title of Miss America 2024.This 22-year-old woman is on active duty with the Air Force as a 2nd Lt.

This is fabulous for all women in the United States who thought about entering a beauty pageant but questions if they could succeed. Unlike the beauty pageants I've entered and won as Miss Hollywood and Miss California 1961 (as 1st runner up and took over when the crown was given up), talent was not a qualification. 

Miss America is more than just a beauty contest, but education scholarships are on the line as well.  Talent is a big part of the determination for a winner whether it is singing, dancing, or speaking. This is great for young girls regardless of their skin color, religion, or heredity.

To think this woman is on ACTIVE DUTY with the Air Force as a 2nd Lt pilot and took the time off to enter the pageant is wonderful.  I believe she is a graduate of Harvard as well. Bravo Miss America.

This is a great way to start the year off.  Personally, I am hoping after 16 years UCLA Medical Center will be indicted by a Grand Jury and Dr. Oliver Dorigo, Dr. Elizabeth Wagar, Dr .David Feinberg and Carole Wells Doheny will all be charged and arrested in person or absent and a warrant for their arrest. 

On June 17, 2021, I Wrote How to Discredit the Truth on My Blog

On May 28, 2024, will be 16 years since I was subjected to a fraudulent cancer surgery. UCLA Medical Center hired Dr. Oliver Dorigo from Germany to save money on his salary compared to an American who graduated from a medical school for the OBGYM Department for hysterectomies.

I was referred to his office by the CEO David Feinberg for UCLA Medical Center.  Was Dr. Feinberg and or UCLA Administration paid off by Carole Wells Doheny to lie I had cancer and needed a radical hysterectomy instead of just a D&C for "spotting" as told by Dr. Dorigo when I first saw him?  I then saw Dr. Elizabeth Wagar as Head of Pathology for UCLA who told me I had stage 3 cancer.  I had taken the CA 125 test that showed my score was 29 and the cut off for cancer is 35, I had no cancer.  Dr. Wagar changed my medical record with Carole Wells Doheny who did have cancer in order to schedule I have surgery.  I was to go in first and wheeled out to recovery Doheny was wheeled in.

The point was Carole Wells Doheny could not schedule surgery in her name as a criminal and paid in cash for all her medical needs at UCLA.  The reason Dr. Dorigo made me wait 2 months for surgery because he would be on vacation.  He would go on a trip with Doheny as his guest and mastermind this fraud and pay him off maybe a bank account in France.

The cover up is mind boggling.  But when you hire foreign nationals who have no loyalty to the United States other than a paycheck you get what you pay for.  It is going on 16 years since I was subjected to this horror and once Dr. Dorigo and Dr. Wagar fled California, they are on the run and I've been denied justice and my civil rights under the 14th Amendment "Equal Protection Under the Law".

UCLA Medical Center should be held accountable and pay the fines the Federal government and FBI will impose on them for hiring someone who just needed a passport to flee prosecution and no advance notice to me this could happen.  I am a Whistleblower and victim for Elder Abuse, Medicare Fraud, Conspiracy and Extreme Mental Distress.

2024 is Going to be a Great Year for My Dad and Ice Hockey

I found out yesterday the New York Rangers will celebrate their100-year Anniversary in two years.  I am so excited that my father Phil Watson will be a part of that in spirit and his historical part his 14 years with the Rangers will play.

Having moved to Los Angeles in 1948 when my parents divorced, I never knew how much loved and respected my father was with the New York fans and media.  In 1948 there were no Los Angeles Kings or Anaheim Ducks, so ice hockey was just something played in the Winter Olympics every 4 years by countries all over the world not in Los Angeles where I lived as a 5 year old girl.  

It's unfortunate for children of divorce parents, they never really know how their life was prior to the divorce unless they were old enough to understand at the time of the divorce.  My son Tony knows who his parents are and having lived in Beverly Hills most of his school years, knows the profession of both of his parents before he was born and after the divorce in 1983.

I can only hope 2024 will be a better year than in 2023.  I hope the Israeli war will end with Gaza and all the countries involved in the middle east and it does not draw the United States in a full-scale conflict.  I really pray for Ukraine and the brave people they will get all the equipment they need to succeed against Putin and Russia.

I can't sign off on this blog without hoping I get justice under the 14th Amendment "Equal Protection Under the Law" against UCLA Medical Center and all involved with the fraudulent cancer surgery I was subjected to on May 28, 2008.
