What is the Hippocratic Oath?

 What does it mean to Do No Harm?  The principal of "Do No Harm" applies to Physical Therapist although not a medical professional.

The Hippocratic Oath states, "If we can't help our patient at the very least, we have a duty not to harm them or make them WORSE off than they were before they sought our help".

This principal encompasses a wide range of harm, extending beyond the mere physical or professional harm.

In my case this applies to Joel Scherr a physical therapist.  And Dr. Megan Eng-Ling Chen who was my primary doctor and put on the Internet "I was delusional." because I didn't believe I had cancer.

 On October 7, 2015, Joel Scherr yanked my left leg out of alignment. He was angry after I told him I would not return to his office for therapy.  I found out Carole Wells Doheny had been in his office the same time I was as she did with every medical appointment I had.  He knew I had made the complaint with the California Department of Justice.

When I left his office, I had a broken ankle that had a rod and screws in it and stapled all around the wound rather than stitches by The University of Foot and Ankle with a boot on it and a cane.  What was shocking to me was that I tried to help Dr. Scherr with advice regarding his wife with cancer because I knew what the CA125 test meant, and he told me it was 70.  I told him she was very sick.  He didn't believe me.  I don't know if that contributed to his outrage and his violating his oath "Do No Harm".

But as a former Miss Hollywood and Miss California not to mention working as a model and actress, my legs are very important in my life.  What Joel Scherr has done is destroy that.  He retaliated against me for filing the complaint against UCLA Medical Center a source of income for him and most doctors on the Westside of Los Angeles.  Carole Wells Doheny was connected to UCLA if just by the Doheny Eye Institute.

I tried in 2019 to report him to what I thought was the appropriate Protection Consumer Board.  I will discuss this with the FBI if they need the information.

Following Up on My Blog Regarding People Involved with Retaliation

On October 18, 2023 I posted my Blog the FBI Should Interview These 3 Women with a new Blog today, I ask the FBI to Interview Physical Therapist Joel Scherr.  

I allege Joel Scherr physically assaulted me on October 7, 2015, as my physical therapist for a broken ankle by yanking my leg out of alinement as he sat at my feet for my therapy for my ankle.  He did this after I informed him, I would no longer return for therapy because I knew Carole Wells Doheny was in his office the same time I was after she was responsible for my fraudulent cancer surgery at UCLA Medical Center in 2008. 

He knew I had made a complaint against UCLA Medical Center with the California Department of Justice and therefore as a Whistleblower in addition to a victim, this was retaliation for that complaint with malice.

Dr. Megan Eng-Ling Chen as my new primary physician reported that I had an ABNORMAL GAIT requiring my using a walker to get around.  In my Blog on 10-18-23 I state I have been physically and emotionally harming by many doctors as a result of my filing the complaint with no action taken.  Her report I want the FBI to see exactly what I have gone through with one doctor who retaliated against me. I am available for the FBI for further investigations.

The FBI Should Interview these 3 Women.

I have learned a lot since I wrote my Blog "I Ask the FBI To Formally Arrest Carole Wells Doheny" on 7-28-21. First of ALL, I believe the FBI should bring the following 3 women before a grand jury or just interview in their office under penalty of perjury.  I believe these 2 women had an active participation in Medicare Fraud and recruited by Doheny with cash to do her illegal medical fraud using my name and Medicare Number.  The 3rd women Dr. Tevy Tith is innocent and was just a witness in the operating room, but I believe she would tell the truth and tie Doheny to everything.

Dr. Elizabeth Wagar, was Head of the pathology department at UCLA Medical Center, and I allege the co-conspirator with Dr. Oliver Dorigo to pull off the fraudulent cancer surgery with her changing my medical records from Carole Wells Doheny who did have cancer and me who did not.  She may be a witness to the pay off in cash to all involved in the operating room.

Dr. Megan E. Chen who was working out of Providence St. John's Hospital in Santa Monica when I was taken there on August 12, 2018, with a broken hip and elbow.  She had been my primary physician. She had the hospital bill Medicare for $8300.00 for cardiology charges for Carole Wells Doheny as if they were mine. The FBI can subpoena the bill for that date and get all the information from the doctor who did as a "favor" checking on me for Dr. Chen.  Dr. Chen is also the one who put on the internet I'm DELUSIONAL THAT i DIDN'T HAVE CANCER. 

Dr. Tevy Tith was in the operating room on May 28, 2008, the entire time and can testify to what happened.  I believe she will tell the truth and is a witness not a defendant.

I saw Dr. Oliver Dorigo at UCLA Medical Center on March 25, 2008, but did not have surgery for Stage 3 Cancer on May 28, 2008, some 2 months later Why?  Because Carole Wells Doheny found out I left Cedars-Sinai for UCLA Medical Center and had to start all over her fraud to use me to get medical treatment for herself.  I now believe she took Dr. Dorigo on an all-paid expense vacation to mastermind her double surgery for a radical hysterectomy for cancer.  What she did not know was that 1 week before surgery I would have the CA125 test that would prove I never had cancer.  The FBI can get the pathology report from UCLA Medical Center for I believe May 21, 2008.  She may have deposited cash in a bank account outside the USA for this fraud for Dr. Dorigo.  He said he was going on "vacation" and my surgery would have to wait until May 28, 2008, Memorial Day Weekend when UCLA would have its opening day for the new billion-dollar medical center with rooms like hotel rooms where she would stay while I had to stay in the old building and Dr. Dorigo never saw me after surgery until 1 hour before I was released.

Medicare Fraud Has to be Treated as a Felony

Is Medicare Fraud judged on the size of the fraud in money damages alone?  In other words when a hospital charges for a patients care and no care was given is that charged as Medicare fraud and criminal charges are made against the hospital or doctor?

My case in May of 2008 involved UCLA Medical Center and they billed Medicare approximately $68,000.00 for the fraudulent radical hysterectomy for cancer and one week before surgery the CA125 test proved no cancer.  But that doesn't seem to matter involving a 65-year-old white woman.  If I were Black or Brown would the same outcome happen now 15 years later of no justice?  The 40 women in Georgia who had hysterectomies just for Medicare payments had within one year a federal lawsuit file by the government.  Was it because they were Hispanic?  

I could not file a Medicare complaint because I couldn't find a way to do so.  The next best thing was Medi-Cal because they happened to send me some information in general, but it gave me a name and address.  I followed it up and within 2 weeks the head of the Health & Human Services sent 2 investigators to my apartment and after our one and a half interviewed determined I gave enough information for an investigation for Elder Abuse and Medi-Cal fraud and referred my case to the California Department of Justice where no action was taken.  

Dr. Oliver Dorigo was in Los Angeles until December 2012 and fled to Germany.  The case was sent to the Dept. of Justice on 2-4-211 almost 2 years before and no action was taken against him.  Why? I have gone through hell because I filed the complaint and in 2015 with the FBI.  Since no action has been taken against UCLA Medical Center or the 2 doctors involved with the conspiracy to committee Medicare Fraud, Dr. Oliver Dorigo and Dr. Elizabeth Wagar, I've been subjected to physical and emotional harm inflicted by many doctors.

Medicare Fraud has to be treated like the Felony it is,

 

I Do Not Lie About Anything, I Am Not Carole Wells Doheny

On October 10, 2023, Samuels Clemens posted a picture of Paul Newman, Susanne Benton and Jan Watson from a scene in COOL HAND LUKE that was released in 1967.  Samuels wrote on Facebook that my name Jan Watson was on the back of the picture that he posted.  Samuels Clemens did an article on me last year, but he must have thought that in the 56 years from the release that it could be me as the blond.  I do not blame Samuel for the mistake, but I now allege it is possible Carole Wells Doheny was behind the posting of the picture and for me not to deny it because I never appeared in the movie Cool Hand Luke.

What this liar never knew until I disputed the picture on October 11, 2023, is the fact I did film Cool Hand Luke on location in Northern California in 1966.  My part was that of a woman driving along the chain gang and teasing the men.  Fortunately for me, my son Tony found 2 pictures that were stills on the set as an "outtake" from the movie.   

I never included it in my credits because my part was cut out and there was no way I could prove I filmed a part in the movie with the legendary Paul Newman in the lead.  The 2 pictures show, a set up before the camera with me in a convertible and a side view with me driving and George Kennedy in the background on the chain gang.  In addition, even though I never appeared on film, I nevertheless have received residual payments from day one.  Thanks to the Screen Actors Guild.

Carole Wells Doheny has done everything in her power to destroy me in any way she could.  Starting with 2008 when Tom Lisanti's book was released Glamour Girls of Sixties Hollywood with 75 profiles.  I am one of the profiles but did not know it until 2011 when I found out on the internet.  She was not included.  She hired Dr. Oliver Dorigo to say I have cancer and needed a radical hysterectomy at UCLA Medical Center of May 28, 2008.  That was payback in her sick mind starting with Hollywood High in 1957 to 1959.

Now this has back fired, because I never could prove or have the opportunity to prove I had filmed a part in this great movie until now.  There is no cure for stupid.

Were My Civil Rights Trampled on to Protect the University of California?

I ask all who read my Blog worldwide.  On April 4, 2018, I posted my Blog Tenth Anniversary of Fraud and the last question I ask is "Were my civil rights trampled on to protect the University of California and thus UCLA Medical Center?"

That was 5 years ago, and nothing has changed except with the 14th Amendment to the Constitution and what part it will play in whether former President Donald J. Trump will ever hold the office again.  

For me it was "Equal Protection Under the Law", and that was before Donald J. Trump decided he would not give up being president but would say to his basis and followers "The election was stolen from me".  This country was torn apart by that statement.

Thank God for the Rule of Law and we have 4 indictments and 91 criminal counts that he will have to answer for and maybe treason as well.  Jack Smith the Special Counsel is a godsent to the Amercian people and justice.

I just hope I will get my Special Counsel who will indicted and prosecute all involved with my fraudulent cancer surgery at age 65 for money.  I can't believe that subjecting a person to major surgery for cancer and knowing beforehand as Dr. Oliver Dorigo and UCLA Medical Center knew I never had cancer as the CA125 test proved one week before surgery means absolutely nothing.  The 14th Amendment says otherwise.  As Attorney General for California, Kamala Harris had almost 2 years to arrest Dr. Oliver Dorigo and UCLA Medical center and didn't do it before he fled the United States in December 2012.  Why?
