Jury Awards Ex-UCLA Doctor $13 Million Dollars for Gender and Age Discrimination

Yesterday on February 15, 2018, a jury awarded a doctor, who was previously employed at UCLA, $13 Million dollars for gender and age discrimination in a civil action against the UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.  That person’s life was never in danger as mine was.

What would a jury award me for torture, fraud and cover-up - all criminal acts and felonies?

Third Anniversary of My Broken Ankle, Tibia Bone and Stress Fracture of My Foot. And What Does 9490 Days Represent?

This February 12th will be the third Anniversary of my broken ankle and tibia bone in my left leg, and the stress fracture caused by an employee of University Foot & Ankle Institute, 2 months later on April 13, 2015 on the surgery performed.

I could never suspect three years later after the surgery performed by Dr. Jason Morris of all the problems I would have to endure and the pain of long term damage to this once runway fashion model and beauty queen as Miss  Hollywood (and as first runner-up became Miss California when the winner gave up her title in 1961).  But I now need a walker to get around out in public because of the Neuropathic Pain, which causes balance issues and falling.  I am no longer the person I was before February 7, 2015.

What does 9490 Days Represent?  26 years since I saw Eric Drew Winston.  Those days I can never get back and to duplicate the time would take me to age 101, from the 75 years of age I am today.  All that I have missed at his decision to slam the door in my face for 26 years includes his attending and graduating from the University of California Berkeley, and the University of California Los Angeles Law School. his marriage in Napa Valley and the most shocking, the denial of my two grandchildren whom I have never met, and they do not know I am their grandmother at ages 13 and 10.

As a mother, one can never know how your child or children will turn out.  My oldest son Tony is more than any parent can hope for.  Had it not been for him at my side the entire time of the 10 years since UCLA Medical Center tortured me with fraudulent cancer surgery, and the torture that University Foot & Ankle Institute put me through with not caring for my fractured foot, I do not know where I would be today.  But I do know what a loving and caring son can be, and for 26 years know what is not.  I will discuss this situation at a later date when appropriate.
