I found out from the Medical Board of California, Dr. Dorigo was trained in Germany and speaks German even though he has an Italian last name. On January 15, 2011, I wrote the Health and Human Services Agency for the Department of Health Care Services. David Maxwell-Jolly, Director sent 2 investigators to my home on January 31, 2011 and after our one and a half hour interview, referred my case to the California Department of Justice, Bureau of Medi-Cal Fraud and Elder Abuse for investigation on February 4, 2011. I also said in my blog that Dr. Elizabeth Wagar had fled UCLA for Houston, Texas after I informed UCLA of her involvement in my case. There was a pattern of conduct and the Department of Justice should have taken that into consideration and acted before Dr. Dorigo fled the country. I believe now, Dr. David Feinberg, as CEO of the UCLA Medical Center should be held accountable and the UCLA Regents for hiring foreign nationals who have no ties to the United States and can do anything to a patient and not pay the consequences because they just have to pick up their passports and flee. No patient is warned of that possibility before they enter UCLA

Kamala Harris as Attorney General had an obligation to honor my 14th Amendment Rights to "Equal Protection Under The Law" and had almost 2 years before he fled the country to arrest and set bail so he would not flee and did not. In Michigan, Dr. Fata had to post $9,000,000.00 bail and was sent to federal prison for 45 years for Medicare fraud and treating patient for cancer when they didn't have it - just like my case. Added this on 2/4/20, 9 years AFTER the Department of Justice got my case to prosecute.
I believe Carole Wells Doheny is the person who posted she had surgery by Dr. Dorigo and he is not in Europe. She created the problem when she paid off Dr. Dorigo to do back to back surgeries on me first and then her second on May 28, 2008 and tried to protect Dr. Dorigo he had not fled the country.
She is the person who paid off, in addition to billing Medicare, for what happened at UCLA Medical Center - no one believe it. The doors are closing, and I believe she will be exposed for what she did to me and all the Medicare fraud that various medical professionals commited. I allege she terrified these professionals as a "Doheny" where the Eye Institute is on the UCLA campus if they didn't do what she wanted. I couldn't understand how all these professionals could put their careers at risk...because she played the DOHENY card and what none of these people know is that she was banned by the Doheny family upon the death of their son, her husband, that they blamed her for as she told me.
