Last Day of the Year and How Things Have Not Changed Since April 14, 2014

It will be 15 years on May 28, 2023 since I had the fraudulent radical hysterectomy for cancer and never had cancer and Dr. Oliver Dorigo knew it and the reason he fled the United Stated in 2012.

Both Dr. Dorigo and Dr. Wagar fled California as a conscious of guilt when I found out I never had cancer. Now the question is how many other women on Medicare also did not have cancer?  Why has it taken so long?  Because UCLA Medical Center hired foreign nationals to save money as reported on 60 Minutes.  I ask who is the person in charge of the Regents of the University of California is he or she still in charge?

In reviewing my Blog I realize two blogs stand out showing how nothing has changed.  July 27, 2015 and April 14, 2014  and in them I tried to give information to the California Department of Justice and to date I have never heard from them and the reason I went to the FBI in 2015 as a Whistleblower but Oliver Dorigo was long gone.  It will be 15 years in 2023 and as I have learned my health is going down hill at now 80 years old and I want to be alive when justice comes.

 I am sorry I am late to wish all Happy Holidays and Happy New Years, but I have been very busy with health problems.

On Tuesday, December 27, 2022, I will have outpatient cataract surgery at Jules Stein Eye Institute in Westwood.  I woke up on November 4, 2022, and could not see a thing out of my right eye.  I went to two emergence hospitals and was put on drops to see if I could get my eyesight back as is the solution for my situation.

I needed surgery and two days after Christmas I will have it.  So, I want you to know I'll be confined to my home for three weeks, but I am still a Whistleblower against UCLA Medical Center for what Dr. Oliver Dorigo did to me in May 2008 before he fled to Germany for my radical hysterectomy for cancer and I never had it.

Happy New Year and we'll resume in 2023.  Thank God for all our good fortune.

I Made A Mistake by not Correcting Clemens Article - I AM NOT HAPPILY MARRIED

When I read Samuel Clemens Article, he had misinformation about my personal life saying "I am happily Married to Seymour Winston". That is absolutely not true I divorced him in 1983 and have had no contact with him at all.  I discussed it and came to the conclusion he was trying to protect me from organize crime and Carole Wells Doheny connections.  As a single woman I am more vulnerable to a physical attack and the fact I am a Whistleblower against UCLA Medical Center for the fraudulent radical hysterectomy in 2008, that I could be attacked at anytime.

As a result of his article, I was asked to be at a film picture signing in February for television show and movies I appeared in especially "Batman".  I turned them down and felt I could be a target at a specific place, time and date.  I decided not to correct the article about being "Happily Married just for personal protection, but I do not want anyone especially the FBI to think that I lied about my marital status

I stand by my Blog as truthful and correct as I know it.  All the information since I started my Blog in December 2009 is true and correct and here, I pledge under penalty of perjury it is so. All I have left is my Blog.  My son did have a heart attack in February and was let go in July because he would not resign his contract and collects unemployment now.  We do not need any additional problems that are not my fault.  After 14 years of hell, I just want to make sure my Viewers, FBI and all involved with my Blog know the truth,

I Made a Mistake Regarding Samuel Clemens and I want to Correct it Now

I posted on my Blog that Samuel Clemens of Classic Images had scammed me regarding a telephone conversation we had a few months ago, because a woman I spoke with at Classic Images Photostock told me "I had probably been scammed by a man named Samuel Clemens who is Mark Twain and does not work for Classic Images"

Health Issues are Hitting Me Now at almost 80

 I want my Viewers around the world to know that as I almost turn 80 years old on December 17th, I've run in to 2 different issues that have slowed me down.  I thank God they are not more serious like women of my age with cancer or heart disease, but nevertheless exist.

I went to an Orthopedic surgeon who told me after x-rays, I have server problem with both my hips that cause daily pain and make it difficult to walk, and thus the Disability Sign I hang from my mirror on my car.  The second one deals with my eyes as every elder person knows about and has to deal with.  That will be taken care of in January of 2023.

Since I do not have an assistant to help me out with my Blog, I do it myself as time allows.  I will try and inform you as best I can of any information that is important to my case and I believe it will come sooner than later.  Is Justice just around the corner?

New Information to Follow up My Blog "Is Carole Wells Doheny in CA"?

 Carole Wells Doheny thinks she is smarter than the FBI, she is not and hopefully this new information will get her arrested.  Yesterday at 4:51pm, I received a call from area code (760) with the name of Lake Isabella, CA.  Normally I will never answer my phone unless I know who is calling.

I had people I know arriving yesterday in another town but the same area code (760) so I answered the call.  She must have been shocked I answered the phone, but she did not response not saying a word like "Sorry wrong number".  After 3 "hellos" I hung up, but I knew who it was.  It is her game playing since unfortunately I got to know her in 1986 after we spent 2 years at Hollywood High School, and I left in 1959.

She knew my friends would be in the mountains and wanted me to know so would she.  She is so sick mentally.  I believe now she is living in this middle-class town of 92,000 with her husband Mr. Vanier who maybe a bodyguard with the protection of the "marital privilege".  I allege she financially supports him, and he physically protects her. That is for the FBI to investigate.  I wrote my blog "Is Carole Wells Doheny in California on June 8, 2022".  I don't know for sure, but I believe it could be true and the FBI should know about it.

Is The Largest Crime Syndicate the Medical Profession?

Where else can you get any drug at will? And at UCLA Medical Center 4 Japanese MOB Bosses got 4 liver transplants for 2.2 million dollars in CASH according to 60 Minutes and the Los Angeles Times, and a liver transplant is worth more than gold and it's against the law to SELL Organs.

UCLA Medical Center is a public university and not subject to outside pressure such as a stockholder or board of directors.  The University of California Regents run the 10-campus system of which UCLA is one of them. The fact it took 35 years to bring to justice the gynecologist who sexually abused 5500 women and settled the class action case for over 700 million dollars and the doctor was sent to prison for years.

But my case for Elder Abuse for performing a radical hysterectomy on me at age 65 for cancer and I never had cancer remains open.  The cover up of this situation is massive.  Westside doctors depend on UCLA Medical Center for work, and will do whatever it takes to protect their "Do No Harm to MY Wallet".

I am very grateful to the FBI for everything they are doing on this case.  The California Department of Justice who got the case in February, 2011 was and is a joke.  They did nothing.  As I ask, "Is the Largest Crime Syndicate the Medical Profession?"

I ask the media to look into this matter and I will give my support 100% to assist in exposing this situation.  How many other women were subjected to fraudulent cancer surgeries just for money.?  As one of my sons doctor told him after he had a heart attack, because of the constant stress from his job at UCLA in the Economic Department, "UCLA is only interested in money and profits," So my son and I were both victims of UCLA management:  Me for the medical center and he for the University as an employee.

Donald Trump Charged with White Collar Financial Crimes in New York Superior Court

 The New York Attorney General Letita James filed a lawsuit accusing Donald Trump and his 3 grown children and executives of his company of flagrantly manipulating property valuation to deceive lenders insurance brokers and tax authorities into giving them better rates on bank loans and insurance companies and to reduce their tax liability.

From 2011 to 2021 this 2-year investigation covered 23 properties is seeking $250,000,00. in damages in this 222-page civil complaint, ask the New York Superior Court to bar Trump, his children and executives of his Trump Organization from acquiring any commercial real estate or receiving loans from financial institution for 5 years,

He inflated the value of his apartment at Trump Towers from 11,000 square feet to 30,000 and then valued the apartment at 327 million.  He valued 12 apartments from $750,000.00 each to $49 million even though they were under rent control, because the tenants could not be forced to move.

This started when Michael Cohen his personal attorney testified against him and went to prison for his part in the fraud.  He inflated his Net Worth. The Attorney General is referring this case to the Internal Revenue Service, the same IRS that put Al Capone in prison in the 1930's when the FBI couldn't send him to prison for murder. She is also referring this case to the Attorney General of Southern District of Manhattan for criminal consideration.  He is not the "Art of the deal" but the Art of the Steal.

Was Dr. Oliver Dorigo in Russia on April 19, 2013?

According to my Blog, I found out Dr. Oliver Dorigo had fled to Germany from UCLA Medical Center on April 19, 2013.  At the same time my Blog showed activity from Russia as well and I just noted it as information not realizing it could be a point of importance. 

Could Dr. Oliver Dorigo be hiding out in Russia like Edward Snowden?  Could he have set up a bank account in April of 2013 for his escape with or without Carole Wells Doheny?

Also I think the FBI should know Carole Wells Doheny would hire a law firm I worked at in order to know exactly where I was at all times during a week for her to go to my apartment and pay the manager or property manager to open my door with her $100.00 bill and stand outside while she went in and went through my drawers.  Her main item was my ADDRESS BOOK so she could contact anyone outside of Los Angeles or the United States or in Sweden and Canada.

How did I know this which took years to figure out?  Because my Uncle Elmer Anderson (now dead) came to the United States from Sweden to have my mother sign a bill of sale for property in Sweden while she was in a wheelchair and BLIND.  I found this out when the Social Security Disability contacted her while she lived with me stating they were discontinuing her payment because she had assets in Sweden. In other words, Carole Wells Doheny contacted my relatives in Osby, Sweden and bought Elmer off to launder money for her in property in Sweden using my mother's name Helen J, Watson and social security number to buy it.

It is beyond belief the lengths Carole Wells Doheny has gone to use me and my family. 

Women are Strong and Deserve to Know the Truth Regarding Fraudulent Cancer Surgeries

The California Department of Justice did not do their job for 2 years when they were informed by the Department of Health and Human Services on February 4, 2011, to investigate my case for Elder Abuse because I had a radical hysterectomy for cancer at age 65 and I never had cancer.

UCLA Medical Center hired foreign nationals to "save money" and Dr. Oliver Dorigo was one of them from Germany.  Dr. Dorigo performed the surgery on me on May 28, 2008, and in December 2012 fled the United States for Europe when I found out I never had cancer.  The Department of Justice for California had from February 2011 to December 2012 to investigate my case and call Dr. Dorigo in and given a polygraph test to prove he knew I never had cancer and arrest him and set bail.  And they didn't do it.

Since February 2011 nothing has been done to inform women that if they had hysterectomies at UCLA Medical Center, they, like me, could possibly not have cancer and never needed to have a hysterectomy.  How are women going to feel when they find out?  If there are over 5500 women who filed a class action against UCLA Medical Center for Sexual Abuse and paid out the largest settlement for a public university, how many women could file another class action against UCLA Medical Center for Elder Abuse?

This year proved women are not only strong but determined not to be denied their rights to be treated as if their "rights" don't matter as Roe v Wade in Kansas proved.  I believe 2022 will be the Year of the Strong Women.  I have been waiting for 14 years for justice.  I ask the Media to look into this matter.  I am a Whistleblower for the FBI regarding UCLA Medical Center and this situation.

Did UCLA Retaliate Against My Son for The Whistleblower Complaint I Made with the FBI?

I allege my son was retaliated against for my making an FBI Whistleblower complaint in 2015 for the fraudulent radical hysterectomy I was subjected to for cancer and UCLA Medical Center and the doctors involved knew I never had cancer. 

He started working at UCLA in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant in the Economic department after working for over 20 years for the professor of the program.  However, his workload was that of one man for the position of two, and money was the motivation.  If the program did not have to pay double for benefits and salary by hiring an additional person, just put it on my son to handle and a heart attack resulted on February 27, 2022.

Now that he would not renew his contract, he is unemployed and with his new "preexisting condition of a heart attack" he is without health insurance.  Apparently, COBRA only kicks in 30 days at the earliest after the first day of no longer working for the company. 

I will ask the FBI if this situation qualifies for "retaliation" under the Whistleblower law in the state of California.

Treason Did Not Prevail but Justice Did

Thank God for the January 6th Committee and the 7 dedicated Democrats and 2 Republicans who presented all the undeniable facts through testimony of witnesses both in person and viral before the American people on different televised days. 

Donald J. Trump should be charged and prosecuted for TREASON in addition to all the charges of CONSPIRACY, OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE and all the other counts by Attorney General Marrett Garland as soon as possible.  Don't allow him to flee the country for Russia as the coward he is.  His only concern is for himself.  He tried to destroy this country as a Fascist. A Fascist is someone who supports or promotes fascism a system of government led by a dictator who typically rules by forcefully and often violently suppressing opposition 

It has taken a long time for the truth to come out even though Trump and his enablers did everything they could to cover up their crimes starting with Sidney Powell, Rudi Giuliani, Michael Flynn and others. Those are the outsiders who gave up their souls for the power of the presidency and to overthrow the 2020 election. Mark Meadows should be stripped of his leadership and all the Republican congressmen and women should be denied any committees who enabled Trump and the BIG LIE.

Was Dr. Oliver Dorigo Involved with Laundering Money for Carole Wells Doheny?

I first saw Dr. Oliver Dorigo in March 2008 but did not have surgery for a radical hysterectomy for a "very rare cancer" until May 28, 2008, two months later. Why?  I just realize when I spoke to Dr. Dorigo to schedule surgery, he told me he had a scheduled vacation to Europe and the surgery would have to be May 28, 2008.  Did he and Carole Wells Doheny fly to Germany where Dr. Dorigo holds a passport to open a bank account that would be available to both of them and his pay off for the fraud he would commit and money for Doheny?  Did this also happen in France and Asia?

Being a "doctor" would give him a lot of credibility with opening a bank account all over the world.  It takes MONEY to be on the run since he fled the United States in December 2012. I would say my name was used by Doheny as Janet Winston, so I would suggest the FBI to look for accounts under those names in Europe and Asia. 

"A Clear and Present Danger is What Donald Trump is"

 That is a direct quote from the conservative Republican Judge who testified before the January 6th Committee last week.  Watching the "Watergate like" investigation has been reassuring that all the lies Trump has said since November 2020 that the election was "stolen" have been proven by the witnesses, video depositions and the evidence submitted, that the election made Joseph Biden our president, because 78 million Americans voted for him and not Trump.

Donald J. Trump is a loser period.  Hopefully he will be indited by the Grand Jury in Georgia or New York that will prevent him from EVER holding public office AGAIN.  And the Department of Justice will prosecute him like any other American who is a criminal and sentence to federal prison.

This gives me hope that the people involved in my Elder Abuse and Medicare Fraud will be found and held liable in a court of law.  I would be more than willing to discuss my case with the media if the FBI felt it would be of help.

Is There Any Way the FBI Can Charge Carole Wells Doheny?

 If the FBI could indite Carole Wells Doheny by Grand Jury or a warrant for her arrest, would that stop enablers from helping her out to hide, because there is no consequence now as a free woman?  As long as people in organize crime, drug cartels or just associates transport her around, hide out in people's homes it is difficult for the FBI to find her to arrest.  But if these same people could be charges with adding and abetting a criminal, maybe someone would come forward and tell the FBI where she is.

I am so sick and tired of her crap to interfere with my life.  Now I believe she is behind telling me my Ring password is not correct and needed update.  Exactly what happened with Sprectrum when I tried to report problems with my cable and didn't have listed my password   as I told it.  She has her "hackers" to interfere with me and my internet whenever she wants and maybe the FBI is getting closer, and she is lashing out? 

Is Carole Wells Doheny in California? PS 6/9/22

 The FBI might want to check out if she has a financial interest now or at any time in the past in a beauty salon named Azala Beauty Salon?  She could have used this salon with its owner Stephanie as a meeting place or where people could leave phone messages.  Another beauty salon Barrington Plaza Salon with employee Amy might be another place she uses or did use to leave messages.

I believe she is in Southern California and uses female friends credit cards to use Uber and their identity for anything and pays them cash for whatever she charges whether it be restaurants, department stores or whatever.  She does not drive herself and probably has an outdated driver's license but used my name as Janet Winston and Jan Watson since 1987.  I believe she hires gay physical therapist men to drive her long distances anywhere in California such as Palm Springs, or to the Canadian border to get drugs.

I do not believe now she is outside the United States, she has too many people to hide her out here in the United States.  Her legal names are Carole Wells Doheny Karabian Vanier.  She is 5'4 with brown eyes and bleach blond hair.  Born August 31, 1942, in Shreveport, LA

A Total of 700 million Dollars in 3 Settlements by UCLA Medical Centers for Sexual Abuse

The University of California system announced today they will pay nearly 375 million dollars to more than 300 women who said they were sexually abused by UCLA gynecologist James Heaps, bringing a record amount in total payout by a public university to 700 million dollars.

The University has agreed to pay nearly 700 million dollars settlement to Heaps patients, dwarfing a 500 million settlement by Michigan State University in 2018 that was considered the largest by a public university.  "Dr, Heaps sexually abused patients for years while UCLA Health put PROFITS over their safety", attorney Jennifer McGrath said in a statement.

Women who brought the lawsuit say UCLA ignored their complaints and DELIBERATELY concealed that happened for decades during examinations at the UCLA student health center, the Ronald Reagan Medical Center or in Heaps campus office.

Fourteenth Anniversary of Fraud - What a Year

This is the first time since I started this blog in 2009 to comment on not only the progress of the investigation into the fraud by UCLA Medical Center of my radical hysterectomy, but what has happened in the world during the year.  I never thought when I wrote the Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor in 1973 congratulating her on Roe v. Wade that 50 years later it could be overturned, but the threat of the Republicans to make it a federal ban on abortions is real.  What has happened to this country?

It has been hell for me now 14 years later to realize all the deception and injustice that has happened to my case.  Why is UCLA Medical Center treated like "hands off" they can and have committed a crime in my case and as a result how many other women since 2008 have been subjected to "torture" I suffered?  On May 28, 2022, it will be 14 years since I was rolled into the operating room at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and not realizing until many years later, I never had cancer and that I was subjected to major surgery just so Carole Wells Doheny could have her cancer surgery when I was wheeled out to recovery, and she was rolled in for her surgery.

I believe now organize crime has infiltrated Medicare and as a result, it is impossible to report Medicare fraud and get some action. Fortunately, I contacted Health and Human Services after I could not get through to Medicare and they sent 2 investigators to my home to interview me for medical fraud.  I didn't realize the difference at the time, after all I am not a lawyer.  But they put in writing I was a victim of ELDER ABUSE  to be investigated by the California Department of Justice which was ab absolute joke.  To this day, they never investigated and never had any contact with me if not to say "the case was closed". I went to the FBI in 2015 as a Whistleblower and reported what happened to me as a victim and thank God I did.  I believe they will hold those accountable involved in my case as I have named them sooner than later.

Women have to be protected from these criminals.  To be subjected to chemotherapy merely to cover-up they never had cancer and the pain and humiliation of losing their hair and to be sick as a dog throwing up for financial gain at UCLA Medical Center.  UCLA Medical Center should lose their license to practice medicine in in the OBY/GYM for a good amount of time, fined million of dollars for hiring foreign nationals to "save money" and those directly involved sentence to federal prison.  That is my hope.  

For The Man Who is Constantly Hacking my Computer

 Go to hell you bastard.  I am sick and tired of opening my computer to the information you have researched on my computer such as today BING ENVIRONMENT QUIZ.  Usually, it is sports events or scores or locations.  Don't you have enough income to afford your own internet company to do your research on or are you working for Carole Wells Doheny and just hack into my computer whenever you want for whatever information you want?  I WANT IT STOPPED and I ask the FBI is there anything that can be done for the invasion of my privacy?

Hopefully you and everyone connected to Carole Wells Doheny will be stopped by the FBI.

Roe v. Wade Will Be Overturned Because 4 of the Conservative are CATHOLIC

 Today we learned what the FREE Press is.  Politico dropped the bombshell that the United States Supreme Court has already in a draft decided to overturn Roe v. Wade by the decision of 5 of the 9 Justices.  They are Samuel Alito who wrote the draft, Clarence Thomas, Brett Kavanaugh, and the newest Justice Barrett.  Even though Chief Justice John Roberts is Catholic he is not listed as a vote to overturn Roe.  The most liberal on the Court Sonia Sotomayer is also Catholic, but she does not let her religion guide her on abortion whereas the others do.  That means altogether there are 6 of the 9 Justices Catholic.

The fact that this one-man Justice Alito could draft the decision with not allowing ANY ABORTIONS not even in the case of rape, incest or the health of the mother is unbelievable.  The American people, the women young and old have to ban together to make sure this decision does not become the law of the land.  You have to vote for men and women in Congress who will support Roe v. Wade.  Who is going to care for these unwanted children who will be put in orphanages and foster care?  Because of these 5 Justices who many lied before congress to get approval to become United States Supreme Court Justices which is a lifetime appointment and only can be removed by impeachment.

Thank God for the reporters who got a copy of this draft and released it through the media last night.  Hopefully President Biden will be able to do something like increase the number of Justices on the Court?  I was so upset upon hearing this today on cable that I had to write my thoughts.

Update On formal Complaint to Arrest Carole Wells Doheny

After I went through my files going back to the late '80's, I realize what a very dangerous situation I was in but didn't realize it.  I had my office for Survive a Divorce (SAD) and I was given a lot of information and questions regarding 2 million dollars.  I didn't know what it meant and what it had to do with me.  I know when I lived in a duplex at 459 S. Bedford in Beverly Hills, one morning when I left for my office, two Mexican men were across the street and just watching me leave.  Much to my surprise one of these men had made an appointment to see me as a "divorce consultant".  When I saw them I was alarmed, but they had an appointment.  Were they sent by a drug cartel to check me out and if I had the missing 2 million dollars?  Unfortunately at this time, a friend of mine son was killed in Colorado allegedly for the missing money.  He didn't have it.  Did Carole Wells Doheny have it and the reason her web page said she is worth "two million dollars" and she was a client of mine and the drug cartel thought I was involved?  As Janet Winston or Jan Watson the names she used since 1987?

Is that why she had her first face lift and not because of the 20-million- dollar bank loan she allegedly signed for and wasn't paid back?  I know the day my friend's son was buried, two girlfriends of mine showed up at my apartment for coffee but were protecting me and I didn't know it.  I had no idea the danger Carole Wells Doheny had put me in.  Then in 1987 when I refused to continue to represent her she verbally threaten me saying "Jan don't say I didn't warn you".  Maybe she wanted me to take the fall for all her criminal actions as Janet Winston or Jan Watson and the reason for the face lift and using my names. Now I believe she was behind the doctors at Cedars Sinai to perform the surgery Dr. Oliver Dorigo ended up doing at UCLA Medical Center.  I saw Dr. Dorigo on March 25th, but did not have surgery until two months later on May 28, 2008.  Why the delay for a "very rare cancer?" Because she had to start over with her fraud.  Pay off the head of pathology Dr. Elizabeth Wagar, pay off Dr. Oliver Dorigo and any others needed for the fraud.  She had a suite in the new billion dollar medical center on the UCLA campus and opened on Memorial Day.  I was assigned a bed in the old building and Dr. Dorigo NEVER saw me until hours before I checked out.

I ask Dr. TEVY TITH to come forward to tell the truth as to what happened in the operating room on May 28, 2008.  She was there the entire time.  The Medicare fraud, fraudulent radical  hysterectomy, the back to back surgeries and the conspiracy to commit this fraud.  She is not a defendant, but a witness  Please contact the FBI in the Los Angeles office.

Is it possible that Carole Wells Doheny had arrange for two doctors at Cedars Sinai hospital to do what UCLA Medical Center did in 2008 perform a fraudulent radical hysterectomy for cancer that did not exist?  In reviewing my files, I realize that Dr. Lloyd Greig was the African American gynecologist I saw in his office that Cedars Sinai referred to me.  He and his pathologist Dr. Elvio Silva told me I had "Stage 3 cancer" on St. Patrick's Day, March 17, 2008.  I did not believe it, so I went to UCLA Medical Center for a second opinion.  What I did not realize at that time was that Dr. Oliver Dorigo who was referred to me by none other than CEO of UCLA Medical Center Dr. David Feinberg, did no testing for cancer.  He just took the word of Cedars Sinai that Tony Padilla, the assistant to Dr. Feinberg, who set up the appointment with Dr. Dorigo confirmed with "Cedars Sinai said you had cancer".  

Two major medical centers in Los Angeles, Cedars Sinai and UCLA Medical Center, both told me weeks apart, "I Had Stage 3 Cancer" or "You have a very rare cancer".  Both of which were LIES and they both knew it.  How many hundreds of women in Los Angeles have been told those words who never had cancer?  Dr. Dorigo wanted me to have 36 hours of chemotherapy for "my rare cancer".  Thank God I have an analytical mind and said "no" all three times he asked.  What better way to COVER-UP?  If I had at least one session of chemotherapy Dr. Dorigo could feel free.  It is now 14 years later, and I am still here, and it proves I never had cancer.

These are terrifying facts, and now that they have been exposed, I ask the FBI to expose them to the public via public investigations or media releases.  I ask everyone in the legal profession to investigate this situation. Think about if your mother, wife, sister or best friend were told they had cancer and subjected to major surgery, and they never did?  These men are doctors not God!

I want UCLA Medical Center to be held accountable and fined millions of dollars for hiring foreign nationals to "save money" and have given me 14 years of hell at now age 79.

UCLA Medical Center Should Have Their Accreditation for Medicare Revoked

I have been put through hell since May 28, 2008 by UCLA  Medical Center and it's employees who were involved with my fraudulent radical hysterectomy at age 65.  Unfortunately for me, the Department of Justice for California did not do their job since February 4, 2011 when they were assigned the obligation by the Health and Human Services to investigate my case for ELDER ABUSE.  Fortunately for me, I had the wherewithal to seek out the FBI and report what happened to me as a Whistleblower in addition to the victim.  I trust the FBI in their investigation to give me justice.

How could UCLA Medical Center and the University of California Regents hire foreign nationals to come to the United States as employees to "save money" as it was reported by 60 Minutes regarding the University of California at San Francisco?  Dr. Oliver Dorigo, my surgeon, held a passport from Germany which I never knew nor does anyone else as a patient.  Was I assigned Dr. Dorigo because I was a Medicare patient and wasn't worth anything?  After 14 years of hell as a result of what happened on May 28, 2008, I ask Medicare to revoke their accreditation to be paid by Medicare.

It would appear from my personal experience and knowledge: UCLA doesn't play fair with its employees who are United States citizens.  I will go into this with the FBI when I know all the facts involving my son and his medical condition that is life altering as a result of stress working for UCLA.  Could this be retaliation because of my federal complaint against UCLA Medical Center?

Specific Information for the FBI Regarding Dr. Oliver Dorigo

On April 26, 2013, I posted on my blog DR. OLIVER DORIGO HAS FLED THE USA FOR GERMANY TO AVOID PROSECUTION FOR CRIMINAL ACTS.  At that point all I knew was that he had fled and wanted the Department of Justice for California to know it and act.  I had already been interviewed by the two investigators for the Health and Human Services who determined I was a victim of ELDER ABUSE.

On March 25, 2008, I saw Dr. Oliver Dorigo for the first time after I contacted Dr. David Feinberg office as CEO for UCLA Medical Center and was referred to him by TONY PADILLA, the Director of Patient Affairs for the UCLA Hospital Systems.  Both of these men should be named defendants in this scandal as my Medicare Summary said Dr. David Feinberg was the referring physician to Dr. Oliver Dorigo and Mr. Padilla specifically set up the appointment with Dr. Dorigo's office asking more than once "Cedars Sinai said You had cancer?"

That would answer why Dr. Dorigo NEVER DID a pap smear or any test to determine I did in fact have cancer as the Cedars medical file would show.  Dr. Lloyd Greig and Dr. Elvio Silva were the doctors at Cedars Sinai who stated "I had Stage 3 cancer" which was an absolute lie.  Dr. Elizabeth Wagar was the Director of Clinical Laboratories at UCLA and saw me on May 21, 2008,7 days before the surgery on May 28, 2008, telling me "I had a very rare cancer".  She was a vital part of the conspiracy and should be named a defendant.  She changed my medical records from Carole Wells Doheny who did have cancer to me.  She fled to Houston, Texas after I exposed this fraud

Dr.Lejila Delic was the woman who assisted Dr. Dorigo in my surgery and I allege his girlfriend who was given this opportunity to assist in a major surgery.  She should be named a defendant in this fraud as well.  The ONLY doctor I believe would tell the truth as to what happened in the operating room on May 28, 2008, at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center would be DR. TEVY TITH.  She was the Assistant Surgeon from 08:25 to 14:04.  She was also the only doctor who apologized to me in the ER room on June 6, 2008, saying "She was sorry for putting me in the ER room".  She is NOT a defendant, but an actual witness that I would ask the FBI to track down to testify.  

After I left my doctor at UCLA Medical Center in September of 2009, I went to a doctor connected with St. Johns Medical Center in Santa Monica where the John Wayne Cancer Center is and was told for the first time what the CA125 test meant.  And for me, it meant one week before surgery I had no cancer in my blood system.  My test was 29 and the cut off is 35.

Is it Possible Dr. Meghan E. Chen was a Traveling Companion of Carole Wells Doheny?

 Could cashier's check from Citi Bank be deposited in countries outside of the United States in the name of Dr. Meghan E. Chen for Carole Wells Doheny?  It would be easy to withdraw in the United States or Canada funds from banks in Canada or other countries around the world such as France in the name of Dr. Meghan E. Chen in cahiers check with only the payee on it and not the payor?

Since Dr. Chen was such a loyal doctor to Doheny and did everything in her power to discredit me involving UCLA Medical Center while on staff, I can see Wells offering Chen first class seats and hotel accommodations to go with her to open bank account around the world.  I'm sure the FBI can research through passport control if Chen has travelled outside the United States any time since 2008 to the present?

I do not allege this absolutely, but I believe it could be possible.  After all, Dr. Chen committed Medicare Fraud when she submitted billing to Providence St. John's hospital in 2018 while I was there with a broken hip and elbow.  When I received my bill from them, it included over $8300.00 in cardiology charges.  Since Doheny has been a drug addict for years, she could have a heart condition as a result.

That shows loyalty.  And Doheny pays off in cash to people who do her dirty work for her until she no longer needs them.  I would ask the FBI to investigate if this is possible and put Dr. Chen under oath or take a lie detector test?

Was Dr. Megan E. Chen Affiliated with UCLA in 2018?

 I ask the FBI to investigate if Dr. Megan E. Chen was on staff at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center on August 12,2018 when I was taken to the ER at Providence ST. John's hospital for my broken hip and elbow?  I ask this now because I have just discovered on her website, she is listed in addition to her office at 901 Wilshire in Santa Monica, she has an office at 200 Medical Plaza on the UCLA. campus.

She posted on the internet I was DELUSIONAL  because I didn't believe I had cancer.  Dr. Elizabeth Wagar was head of pathology at UCLA at the time and falsified my medical records with the false reports I had cancer.

 I filed a complaint with the California Medical Board as a result and they determined she had to correct the report to any person who wanted information on me as her former patient.  So, all the time I was in her office and told her of what happened to me at UCLA she was on staff and used that information to report to UCLA and to enhance her position as a family doctor practice.

Is she the person responsible for all the trouble I have had with doctors since?  Did she use the internet to libel me as in reality "crazy" and couldn't accept the facts when in fact as evidence has shown there was an elaborate conspiracy?  Dr. Dorigo fled to Germany, Dr. Wagar fled to Houston, Texas.

I now allege there is a conspiracy within the medical profession on the westside of Los Angeles to discredit me in any way possible and to inflict pain both physical and emotional as retaliation for exposing UCLA Medical Center that is the Fort Knox for doctors in Los Angeles.

I Allege Anthem Blue Cross is Corrupt in Los Angeles

 Have you ever heard of having 4 different doctors assigned to you as a Primary Physician?  From January 1st to February 19, 2022 that is exactly what happened to me during a 6 weeks period of time.  I allege this was for Carole Wells Doheny's benefit. Every time I called to schedule a first visit, I was told "That doctor is not in network or not accepting new patients".

I am going to name the four doctors so there is no misunderstanding that I am not their patient nor a member of Athem Blue Cross as of February 18, 2022:

1. Ronald K. Nudelman, MD     2. William Lang, MD      3. Ali Hadadz, MD    4. S. Yamira MD.

The biggest fraud was at the 4676 Admiralty Way, 4th floor Internal Medicine in Marina del Rey, California.  When I would call (310) 306-6966, I was told "Out of network", but would schedule a new doctor in Hawthorne, Torrance or some other city at least 20 miles from my home.  Because with Blue Cross you can only go to doctors "in network" any of these other doctors if I had not checked and went to see them, I WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY and not Blue Cross.

On February 18, 2022 I signed up with original Medicare and no supplement HMO.  At least with Medicare I do not have to get approval for any medical appointment I need.  All I need is a doctor who accepts Medicare.  This is a warning for people over 65 who have Medicare.  Do not use Anthem Blue Cross in California.

Is Spectrum Working with Organize Crime?

I ask the FBI to investigate whether Spectrum is working with organize crime to inflict emotional distress to cause disruption in the telecast of various programs especially the 2022 Winter Olympics?  I ask this after finally deciding to disclose what they are putting me through especially times that add up to a "13" meaning Carole Wells Doheny.

This morning while watching the Olympics they put on the screen STILL THERE?  And when I tried to use my remote control to push any button to acknowledge I am still there - did not respond to my automate response but went black.  When I tried to reconnect the cable, I had to get up and push the connect cable button, and only the Spectrum Channel One went on.  I tried every channel and could not get one of them.  It took me 15 minutes to turn the TV on and off and the cable.  Every time the cable goes off, it is Spectrum Channel One that goes on...a form of advertising for them at my expense.

Saturday Night Live did a sketch on Spectrum that was insulting.  It dealt with their phone service which I would not have and obviously someone at SNL would not as well.

Is this because Carole Wells Doheny has been arrested with no bail by the FBI or Interpol?  I hope so.  Or are they doing this to other customers as well?  Someone is constantly hacking my computer looking up different parts of the world like New Zealand and Australia in addition to sports scores.

Can they be fined for unprofessional conduct?  I am so sick and tired of all the crap I've been subjected to by that piece of garbage.  She can't accept my father, Phil Watson, was a world champion with the New York Rangers 1939-1940 Stanley Cup team in addition to their coach in 1955.  And who is her biological father?

A 100 million Dollar Settlement Against UCLA PS 2/9/22

 Today it is reported by the Miami Herald, not the Los Angeles TIMES, the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) has reached a 100-million-dollar settlement with more than 203 women who were sexually abused by a former UCLA gynecologist.

The 203 victims said Dr. James Heaps had grouped and abused them repeatedly over a 35-year career.         These women finally got their justice, I'm still waiting.  These women's lives were never in danger of dying as mine was when I under a fraudulent hysterectomy for cancer in 2008 at age 65.  The world will never know how many other women, like myself, were subjected to major cancer surgery by Dr. Oliver Dorigo unless the law exposes UCLA Medical Center, Dr. Oliver Dorigo and Dr. Elizabeth Wagar for their conspiracy to make money for themselves and UCLA under these fraudulent circumstances.

The Department of Health and Human Services tried to do their duty to expose this when they referred my case to the California Department of Justice on February 4, 2011, and to date nothing has been done by them and the reason I went to the FBI. There is a good reason why defendants have to post bail after being arrested for serious felonies.  All involved in my case fled California after I exposed them.  They had 2 years of freedom until I exposed them.

PS Today, 2/9/22, two women who filed complaints against UCLA Medical Center for the abuse they experienced by Dr. James Heaps, said on CBS 6am news in an on camera interview "UCLA ignored their complaints and COVERED UP what Dr. James Heaps did for 35 years".  That says it all and what has happened in my case, and the fact the Los Angeles Times never reported the settlement, but the Miami Herald did because UCLA is a client of the Los Angeles Times.  Talk about a monopoly on the city of Los Angeles by UCLA, the medical profession and the news media.  God help the citizens of Los Angeles who have any dealings with UCLA Medical Center! 

Being A Whistleblower Has No Advantages Only Danger

When I wrote the Health and Human Services in January, 20011 to report the problems I had at UCLA Medical Center, not the least that I had undergone a radical hysterectomy at age 65 for cancer and I never had cancer, I could not imagine what I was in for in the long run.

I have paid for exposing UCLA Medical Center and very possible the medical profession by physical pain infected by medical professionals.  I now have an abnormal gait and need a walker to get around because the physical therapist I saw for my broken ankle pulled my leg out of alignment after I informed him I knew Carole Wells Doheny was in the office the same time I was and would not be back.  He worked at UCLA as an independent contractor in addition to Cedars Sinai as many doctors do.  He knew of my complaint against UCLA Medical Center and had reported to the FBI over and above the Department of Health and Human Services referred my case to the California Department of Justice.  They did nothing and the reason I went to the FBI.  It was the federal agency Health and Human Services who determined my case should be investigated for ELDER ABUSE.  

It would appear the doctors on the westside of Los Angeles have a pipeline to one another to inform who I am seeing for medical attention and or trying to get a new primary physician.  I joined an HMO after only having Medicare, but after my various hospital stays from UCLA at approximately $68,000.00 and Providence Saint John at $75,000.00 for my broken hip and elbow, I know at my age I need total insurance coverage.  The term "Do No Harm" should have the statement "To my wallet" from my experience for doctors on the Westside of Los Angeles.

Medicare fraud is a felony.  Performing surgery on a patient just for money is a crime as an assault on the body.  When I went to the FBI, I became a whistleblower in addition to the victim.  Where is someone to go to report illegal, illicit, unsafe, fraud with inside knowledge of a private or public organization?  Whistleblowers are for the safety of the American people and there are laws to protect them.  Thats what I did and I have paid dearly and have nothing in return.

 

Why Isn't UCLA Medical Center Held Liable After 14 Years of Fraud?

As I enter the year of 2022, it is now 14 years since I underwent the fraudulent radical hysterectomy for cancer in 2008 and no one has been arrested.  What I did not know, nor did any other patient at UCLA Medical Center, is that they hire foreign nationals as doctors who have no loyalty to the American people and can do anything they want to a patient and not held liable, because they pick up their passport and flee just like Dr. Oliver Dorigo did for Germany.

For the protection of the American people who are patients at UCLA Medical Center, they have to be informed that their doctor could flee the country if they commit medical malpractice or an outright crime.  They are FOREIGN NATIONALS to save money.  In other words, UCLA Medical Center is more concerned in money than the health and safety of their patients.

THE FACTS ARE:  UCLA Medical Center sold for 2.2 million dollars 4 liver transplants for Japanese Mob Boss as described by 60 Minutes. They hired foreign nationals to take away jobs at UC San Francisco to save money as described by 60 Minutes on CBS.  Dr. Oliver Dorigo fled the United States in 2012 to avoid being arrested for Elder Abuse and Medicare Fraud as instigated by Carole Wells Doheny for her own needs and paid thousands of dollars to achieve that.  She paid off Dr. Elizabeth Wagar the head of pathology at UCLA to change my medical records from her to me - she had cancer I did not.

I can't get justice because these professionals are still on the run.  Can't UCLA Medical Center be indited by a Grand Jury for what they created?  Britney Spears finally got justice last year after 13 years of hell. I ask anyone who knows facts about UCLA Medical Center to contact the FBI in the Los Angeles office of the whereabouts of Carole Wells Doheny, Dr. Olive Dorigo, Dr. Elizabeth Wagar and anyone else who was involved with my fraudulent cancer surgery on May 28, 2008.

Something All of Us Must Be Prepared for

Death of a family member who does not live with you or is in the same city.  Unfortunately, I have just experienced this situation, and one thing I wanted to do with my blog since 2009, was to share with my viewers around the world situations I have experienced that I felt would be of value for other people to learn from. 

I just found out the wife of my deceased cousin died in September all alone, and no one claimed the body, so according to North Carolina law, the state had to wait 10 days before she could be cremated.  She had entered a hospital on her own, but unfortunately had no visitors or anyone to contact upon her death.  She had been an interrupter at the United Nations for Norway before she married my cousin who worked for IBM.  They only had each other.  Both set of parents were deceased, both were the only child and they could not have children of their own.  They were married for over 50 years before her husband died in 2019.

The purpose of this blog now is to make people around the world aware of what happens when someone close to you dies especially if no arrangements have been made.  I never thought about when you die you must have someone claim your body.  You can do that with a funeral establishment as I did when my mother died.  They go to where your love one died and picks up the body to take to the funeral parlor after arrangements have been made for the funeral.  If not, the coroner is called and the body is taken to the city morgue until they are informed how the body is to be handled.  

These are all horrible thoughts but reality.  Be prepared before you are confronted with this situation  - be prepared

  In addition, you want to make sure to announce to the world you have died so no one can assume your identity and assets as their own.

Welcome 2022 For A Future of Hope for The United States and The World

 Never again can we as a civilized society and democracy have a year like 2021, and we must all work together to unite our country.  I think with the upcoming anniversary of the insurrection on January 6th, we have learned how strong our country is, and our Constitution is the most valuable document this country has to guide us and keep us strong.

We must remain strong and hold those accountable in a court of law regardless of their standing in public positions.  Do not allow these radicals and people who live in fantasy to scare you.  We have one president and Joe Biden was sworn in on January 20, 2021.  Donald J. Trump is the FORMER president and hopefully will be indicted by a Grand Jury in the State of New York for tax evasion.  

If you pay your taxes and abode by the law how could anyone want Donald J. Trump as president again?  Think about it.  What personally did the former president do for you?  President Joe Biden is giving you all the things this country has needed for 100 years.  New roads, bridges, clean water, new pipes to get rid of lead, all the things to make us safe.  Climate change is mandatory as we have seen with all the devastation from tornadoes, fires, and billions of dollars and the most important lives that were lost.

Build Back Better is for our children and our hard-working people who need money for childcare and pay increase to pay their bills.  We cannot allow anyone to attack our Capital again.  Those people must be held accountable in a federal court.

We are the United States of America and that means something here and around the world.
