Equal Justice Under the Law the United States Supreme Court

I've always quoted the 14th Amendment for my case as "Equal Protection Under the Law" not Justice.  I want to change that right now, and I want to state under penalty of perjury my 252 Blogs are true and correct at the time I wrote them.  

Thank God my son Tony told me about a Blog, I could use it as a daily journal for all I was going through starting in 2009.  I could never remember all the names of people involved except the main three: Dr. Oliver Dorigo, Carole Wells Doheny and Dr. Elizabeth Wagar who were in a Conspiracy to commit Elder Abuse and Medicare Fraud.

If the federal government needs and update to the facts of my Blog, I am giving it to you now to use as evidence in pleadings and or for a Grand Jury. If the FBI or anyone else needs more information from me in writing or otherwise just let me know.  If this can speed up the arresting of the UCLA Medical Center, Dr. Oliver Dorigo, Dr. Elizabeth Wagar and Carole Wells Doheny or an Indictment then here it is,

I Will No Longer Use CVS for Prescription Drugs Only Walgreens

No matter where I go or what I do regarding my medical needs, Carole Wells Doheny is there to get her needs using my name as Janet Winston and Medicare number.

I now have a new primary physician which I am pleased with and the doctor he referred regarding my eyes.  My problem now is that I went to Cedars Sinai hospital for a bone density test on May 31st, after the test I was diagnosed with Osteopenia.  With this condition, I am to get a shot every 6 months to prevent future problems with my bones being subject to breaks from weakness.  

My doctor asked me which pharmacy I deal with, and I said CVS which I have for years.  What I did not expect was that the injection for the medication had to come from CVS and I was to take it to my doctor to inject. They told me, I had to call a "special office" that makes up this drug.  I have never been told that before in my life, but I called my doctor to prescribe the drug at CVS and he did.  It stops there.

I will only use Walgreens from now on.  Carole Wells Doheny use me to get illegal drugs from CVS under the guise of prescriptions for me and the reason I was to call my doctor for new authorization for the prescription and my insurance company.  Such as "The pills can't be delivered at the address they have call them"  Email from allegedly UPS, "The package can't be delivered at the address given call them".  It just won't stop,  Can the FBI investigate CVS on Sepulvedia and National?

Trump Charged as a Criminal Enterprise RACKETEERING in 41 Counts

 On August 14, 2023, Donald J. Trump as a former President of the United States was indicted by a grand jury in Georgia.  He along with 18 other defendants were named in a RICO statue as a common criminal like Al Capone or John Gotti.

There are no words to describe the disgust.  This man has brought shame upon our great country.  The American people who are Trumpsters or Maga Republicans really can you continue to support this "Mob Boss" who uses your hard earn dollars for himself?

Justice has been served and the female District Attorney who has been blasted by Trump and tried everything to get her off the case, because guess what Trump, this woman is not afraid of you and put the law above your threats.

This is the fourth Indictment and all the people who have given up their lives, careers and freedom for him are now headed to prison.  If convicted on Rico charges they have to spend a minimum of 5 years in prison.  Georgia law is different from federal law and will hold Trump responsible for all the RICO acts. Trump cannot pardon himself or anyone else by State law even if he were elected president in 2024.

Where is Justice Certainly Not in the United States Supreme Court?

 The revelations of the violations of ethics by Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is beyond outrageous.  For years he has enjoyed paid vacations by billionaires on private jets, fishing trips on million-dollar yauchts, staying in private vacation hotels in Montana.  Three different men have given Justice these gifts all of which he NEVER DECLARED.

Who the heck does this Justice think he is God?  He and Samuel Alito were the two men responsible for the overturning Roe v. Wade.  And he gives the excuse "He didn't think he had to declare gifts amounting to millions of dollars".

I ask President Biden is there anything he can do as President of the United States to hold the Supreme Court responsible for its Justices action?  Can he appoint more Justices to increase the members from 9 to whatever?

The American people have to report gifts on their tax return for their work or inheritance, but a Supreme Court Justice does not?  Does the 14th Amendment to the Constitution apply here "Equal protection under the law" as I have said for 15 years and my case against UCLA Medical Center, Carole Wells Doheny and Dr. Oliver Dorigo?

For All Americans Who Are Not Trumpsters We Got Justice Today

I typed this blog and then when I went to print it out it was blank except for the title and a phone call from (415) which I didn't answer.  The point is my computer was hacked by Carole Wells Doheny and wiped it out.  I'm going to try again.

No one would believe a year ago that Donald J. Trump would be held responsible for all the damage he did to this country, but thank God Jack Smith was appointed Special Counsel and the overall impression of his 45-page Indictment of Trump is a masterpiece.  

Donald J. Trump was arrested and booked at the Federal Court in Washington DC for the 3 violations of his plot to overturn the 2020 Presidential Election.  He was treated like any other criminal with his fingerprint and taken before the Judge to enter his plea of "innocent" and had to give his name and age.  This arrogant man who tried to destroy our country was just another criminal before a federal judge.  The same courthouse that hundreds of criminals have been sentenced to jail for. 

I am hoping I will get justice and Carole Wells Doheny who may be in the Bay area will be arrested like Trump who feels she is above the law and treats people like Kleenex.

The Rule of Law was imposed today when Donald J. Trump turned himself in to the Federal Court in Washington DC as a criminal who was arrested and booked.  No one thought this day would really come a year ago but thank God for Jack Smith as Special Counsel and the case he has built against Trump that all experts are saying is a "masterpiece". 

This unbelievable arrogant man who thinks he is a God and could do anything he wanted has been caught and charged in 3 Indictments so far.  Justice prevailed.  This is just the beginning, and all cases have to go before a jury to convict him, but the 45-page Indictment is so complete, and the laws broken it is almost like a slam dunk. 

So, I am hoping my day will come with justice when Carole Wells Doheny and Dr. Oliver Dorigo is arrested and tried before a federal judge now over 15 years later.  If Donald Trump can be arrested for very serious crimes against our country, then I have to believe those responsible for my fraudulent cancer surgery in 2008 and UCLA Medical Center will be held responsible as well.

 

Donald Trump Indicted for Orchestrating Plot to Overturn 2020 Election

On August 1, 2023, the Grand Jury in Washington DC voted to indict Donald J. Trump on three violations of the law to overturn the 2020 Presidential election.  Thank God for Special Counsel Jack Smith whose brilliant 45 page indictment sets forth all the damage this man did to our country for his own benefit.  

Jack Smith in his media appearance ask the American people to read the indictment to see exactly how dangerous this man is and what could have happened to our democracy and still could if this man ever gets back to the White House instead of federal prison where the belongs.  

Don't believe the POLLS.  They are BS to scare the American people.  Joe Biden beat Donald Trump in the 2020 election by some 7 million votes.  Joe Biden will be our president again in 2024 and Donald Trump will be sitting in a federal prison cell where he belongs along with the 5 attorneys who helped him with this plot.
