Specific Information for the FBI Regarding Dr. Oliver Dorigo

On April 26, 2013, I posted on my blog DR. OLIVER DORIGO HAS FLED THE USA FOR GERMANY TO AVOID PROSECUTION FOR CRIMINAL ACTS.  At that point all I knew was that he had fled and wanted the Department of Justice for California to know it and act.  I had already been interviewed by the two investigators for the Health and Human Services who determined I was a victim of ELDER ABUSE.

On March 25, 2008, I saw Dr. Oliver Dorigo for the first time after I contacted Dr. David Feinberg office as CEO for UCLA Medical Center and was referred to him by TONY PADILLA, the Director of Patient Affairs for the UCLA Hospital Systems.  Both of these men should be named defendants in this scandal as my Medicare Summary said Dr. David Feinberg was the referring physician to Dr. Oliver Dorigo and Mr. Padilla specifically set up the appointment with Dr. Dorigo's office asking more than once "Cedars Sinai said You had cancer?"

That would answer why Dr. Dorigo NEVER DID a pap smear or any test to determine I did in fact have cancer as the Cedars medical file would show.  Dr. Lloyd Greig and Dr. Elvio Silva were the doctors at Cedars Sinai who stated "I had Stage 3 cancer" which was an absolute lie.  Dr. Elizabeth Wagar was the Director of Clinical Laboratories at UCLA and saw me on May 21, 2008,7 days before the surgery on May 28, 2008, telling me "I had a very rare cancer".  She was a vital part of the conspiracy and should be named a defendant.  She changed my medical records from Carole Wells Doheny who did have cancer to me.  She fled to Houston, Texas after I exposed this fraud

Dr.Lejila Delic was the woman who assisted Dr. Dorigo in my surgery and I allege his girlfriend who was given this opportunity to assist in a major surgery.  She should be named a defendant in this fraud as well.  The ONLY doctor I believe would tell the truth as to what happened in the operating room on May 28, 2008, at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center would be DR. TEVY TITH.  She was the Assistant Surgeon from 08:25 to 14:04.  She was also the only doctor who apologized to me in the ER room on June 6, 2008, saying "She was sorry for putting me in the ER room".  She is NOT a defendant, but an actual witness that I would ask the FBI to track down to testify.  

After I left my doctor at UCLA Medical Center in September of 2009, I went to a doctor connected with St. Johns Medical Center in Santa Monica where the John Wayne Cancer Center is and was told for the first time what the CA125 test meant.  And for me, it meant one week before surgery I had no cancer in my blood system.  My test was 29 and the cut off is 35.

Is it Possible Dr. Meghan E. Chen was a Traveling Companion of Carole Wells Doheny?

 Could cashier's check from Citi Bank be deposited in countries outside of the United States in the name of Dr. Meghan E. Chen for Carole Wells Doheny?  It would be easy to withdraw in the United States or Canada funds from banks in Canada or other countries around the world such as France in the name of Dr. Meghan E. Chen in cahiers check with only the payee on it and not the payor?

Since Dr. Chen was such a loyal doctor to Doheny and did everything in her power to discredit me involving UCLA Medical Center while on staff, I can see Wells offering Chen first class seats and hotel accommodations to go with her to open bank account around the world.  I'm sure the FBI can research through passport control if Chen has travelled outside the United States any time since 2008 to the present?

I do not allege this absolutely, but I believe it could be possible.  After all, Dr. Chen committed Medicare Fraud when she submitted billing to Providence St. John's hospital in 2018 while I was there with a broken hip and elbow.  When I received my bill from them, it included over $8300.00 in cardiology charges.  Since Doheny has been a drug addict for years, she could have a heart condition as a result.

That shows loyalty.  And Doheny pays off in cash to people who do her dirty work for her until she no longer needs them.  I would ask the FBI to investigate if this is possible and put Dr. Chen under oath or take a lie detector test?

Was Dr. Megan E. Chen Affiliated with UCLA in 2018?

 I ask the FBI to investigate if Dr. Megan E. Chen was on staff at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center on August 12,2018 when I was taken to the ER at Providence ST. John's hospital for my broken hip and elbow?  I ask this now because I have just discovered on her website, she is listed in addition to her office at 901 Wilshire in Santa Monica, she has an office at 200 Medical Plaza on the UCLA. campus.

She posted on the internet I was DELUSIONAL  because I didn't believe I had cancer.  Dr. Elizabeth Wagar was head of pathology at UCLA at the time and falsified my medical records with the false reports I had cancer.

 I filed a complaint with the California Medical Board as a result and they determined she had to correct the report to any person who wanted information on me as her former patient.  So, all the time I was in her office and told her of what happened to me at UCLA she was on staff and used that information to report to UCLA and to enhance her position as a family doctor practice.

Is she the person responsible for all the trouble I have had with doctors since?  Did she use the internet to libel me as in reality "crazy" and couldn't accept the facts when in fact as evidence has shown there was an elaborate conspiracy?  Dr. Dorigo fled to Germany, Dr. Wagar fled to Houston, Texas.

I now allege there is a conspiracy within the medical profession on the westside of Los Angeles to discredit me in any way possible and to inflict pain both physical and emotional as retaliation for exposing UCLA Medical Center that is the Fort Knox for doctors in Los Angeles.

I Allege Anthem Blue Cross is Corrupt in Los Angeles

 Have you ever heard of having 4 different doctors assigned to you as a Primary Physician?  From January 1st to February 19, 2022 that is exactly what happened to me during a 6 weeks period of time.  I allege this was for Carole Wells Doheny's benefit. Every time I called to schedule a first visit, I was told "That doctor is not in network or not accepting new patients".

I am going to name the four doctors so there is no misunderstanding that I am not their patient nor a member of Athem Blue Cross as of February 18, 2022:

1. Ronald K. Nudelman, MD     2. William Lang, MD      3. Ali Hadadz, MD    4. S. Yamira MD.

The biggest fraud was at the 4676 Admiralty Way, 4th floor Internal Medicine in Marina del Rey, California.  When I would call (310) 306-6966, I was told "Out of network", but would schedule a new doctor in Hawthorne, Torrance or some other city at least 20 miles from my home.  Because with Blue Cross you can only go to doctors "in network" any of these other doctors if I had not checked and went to see them, I WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY and not Blue Cross.

On February 18, 2022 I signed up with original Medicare and no supplement HMO.  At least with Medicare I do not have to get approval for any medical appointment I need.  All I need is a doctor who accepts Medicare.  This is a warning for people over 65 who have Medicare.  Do not use Anthem Blue Cross in California.

Is Spectrum Working with Organize Crime?

I ask the FBI to investigate whether Spectrum is working with organize crime to inflict emotional distress to cause disruption in the telecast of various programs especially the 2022 Winter Olympics?  I ask this after finally deciding to disclose what they are putting me through especially times that add up to a "13" meaning Carole Wells Doheny.

This morning while watching the Olympics they put on the screen STILL THERE?  And when I tried to use my remote control to push any button to acknowledge I am still there - did not respond to my automate response but went black.  When I tried to reconnect the cable, I had to get up and push the connect cable button, and only the Spectrum Channel One went on.  I tried every channel and could not get one of them.  It took me 15 minutes to turn the TV on and off and the cable.  Every time the cable goes off, it is Spectrum Channel One that goes on...a form of advertising for them at my expense.

Saturday Night Live did a sketch on Spectrum that was insulting.  It dealt with their phone service which I would not have and obviously someone at SNL would not as well.

Is this because Carole Wells Doheny has been arrested with no bail by the FBI or Interpol?  I hope so.  Or are they doing this to other customers as well?  Someone is constantly hacking my computer looking up different parts of the world like New Zealand and Australia in addition to sports scores.

Can they be fined for unprofessional conduct?  I am so sick and tired of all the crap I've been subjected to by that piece of garbage.  She can't accept my father, Phil Watson, was a world champion with the New York Rangers 1939-1940 Stanley Cup team in addition to their coach in 1955.  And who is her biological father?
