UCLA Hires Foreign National Like Dr. Lynn Shi from China

 UCLA has a pattern of conduct in hiring medical professionals from foreign countries to save money.  I just looked up on the internet Dr, Lynn Shi the woman who I first saw at Jules Stein Eye Institute on November 8, 2022.  She, like Dr. Oliver Dorigo was born outside the United States in May 1994 in the Xixia County of Henan, CHINA.  She graduated in 1997 from Wahan University with a Bachelor's Degree in Genetic in China.

Like Dr. Oliver Dorigo responsible for my fraudulent radical hysterectomy on May 28, 2008, and fled the United States in December 2012. Dr. Shi made me very uncomfortable and felt her only goal was to perform surgery on me as an employee at Jules Stein Eye Institute on a part time basis and told me the lie "I will go blind by Christmas if I don't have surgery beforehand" perform by her.

Based on this revelation, UCLA Medical Center and the Regents of the University of California should be fined by the FBI for Medicare Fraud and not informing the public that they hire foreign nationals who can and will flee the United States if responsible for fraud or medical malpractice.

According to the website of Dr. Lynn Shi, she works in Ophthalmology at Jules Stein Eye Institute on the UCLA campus. Thank God my instincts kicked in. and I walked away from Dr, Shi and decided I needed a different doctor. I allege this is true. 

The public has to be made aware of this situation, I was a victim of Dr. Dorigo and could have been a victim of Dr, Shi that scares the hell out of me.  

IS UCLA Medical Center Going to Get Away with Medicare Fraud for Cancer Surgery After 15 years?

On May 28, 2008 I had a radical hysterectomy for cancer and never had cancer and how many other women are victims as well?  As long as there is a massive cover up by not exposing what happened 15 years ago, I guess the answer is yes.  That cannot happen.  

I ask the FBI to please expose what happened to me and I am more than willing to use the media to uncover what happened.  Why is UCLA Medical Center allowed to use foreign nationals to perform cancer surgeries on women 65 years and older on Medicare in order to save money as 60 Minutes reported the University of /California San Francisco did with employees?  

Women have to know who had hysterectomies by Dr. Oliver Dorigo before 2012 if they had cancer or not.  Their pathology report will supply that evidence by the CA 125 test. But unless women are made aware of the possibility it will remain covered up.  I believe it was in Georgia 40 women were subjected to hysterectomies who didn't need them and within 1 year a federal lawsuit was filed on their behalf.  

The California Department of Justice was notified in February 2011 to investigate my case for ELDER ABUSE by the federal agency Health and Human Services and never did it to this date, Is that a cover up? I could not get through to Medicare to report the fraud because I allege organize crime is involved and only when I wrote the Health and Human Services for Medical could I get through and they sent 2 investigators to my apartment within 2 weeks and wrote me on February 4, 2011, wanted it investigated.

The FBI investigates and prosecutes Medicare Fraud the California Department of Justice investigates Medical fraud not Medicare - that is the problem of this whole case. I've gone through hell for now going on 15 years because the medical profession treats me like the enemy.  And just last month I allege the doctor Lynne Shi who I first saw for my loss of eyesight on November 8, 2022 did not have my best interest at heart but had an assignment to hurt me physically and emotionally.  I felt very uncomfortable with her, and the facts proved me out, I was not blind before or after Christmas.  I say that after I found out the Doheny Eye Institute is part of the Glaucoma department of Jules Stein and Carole Wells Doheny could be involved. 

Because nothing has happened to UCLA Medical Center and the Medicare fraud of cancer surgeries just for money, they will get away with it and how many women have been and will be subjected to this fraud?

Fifteenth Anniversary of Fraud from 2008 to 2023

The purpose of this Blog is to expose situations I have found myself in which were illegal or just outrageous for my Viewers around the world to know about.

On December 27, 2022, I had eye surgery for Glaucoma and Cataracts in my right eye at Jules Stein Eye Institute on the UCLA campus.  I never thought I would return to UCLA after the fraud I experienced in 2008 by Dr. Oliver Dorigo and the medical staff.  In 2008 the fraud was masterminded by Carole Wells Doheny and Dr. Dorigo a willing conspirator to subject me to surgery I did not need at age 65 and since the date of surgery May 28, 2008.  But eye surgery at Jules Stein is not the OB/GYM at UCLA Medical Center.  It has been 15 years since I was subjected to this fraud and so far, no arrest.  That is the negligence of the Department of Justice in California from the top on down.

I am going to tell my Viewers what happened on November 8, 2022, when I met Dr. Lynn Shi who was assigned to me from Reagan Emergency hospital after I lost my eyesight.  At the time I did not know that the Doheny Eye Institue was part of the Glaucoma department at Jules Stein.  Was I in the same situation with Carole Wells Doheny pulling the strings as she did at UCLA Medicak Center in 2008?

This Dr. Shi was very aggressive and for someone who only worked on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I was surprised she was assigned my case...I wouldn't be surprised had I known the relationship between Doheny Eye Institute and Jules Stein.  I had only 4 days earlier lost mt vision in my right eye, but she started talking about "I needed surgery before Christmas, or I could go blind".  I was shocked at that. I told her I would not have surgery before Thanksgiving, my birthday or Christmas".  She said, "The longer you wait the greater the chance you will lose your eyesight and it cannot be reversed".  It scared the hell out of me, because it had been just 4 days since this happened.  She ended by giving me the telephone number of the surgery desk if I changed my mind like I would book a hair appointment.

This is the reason I am writing this Blog now.  Trust your instincts and what your gut is telling you. The Medical Profession is not your parent.  You know your body better than anyone else. And the facts prove me out.  I  called the head of the Jules Stein Eye Institute Anne L. Coleman and her office referred Dr. JoAnne Giaconi to me to perform the surgery if I needed it.  I did need it, but almost 8 weeks after I lost my vision and prescription eyedrops were subscribed to fix the problem.  On December 27, 2022, I underwent surgery for both problems and now I'm on the road to recovery.  That God for the internet and my instincts to guide me.  I tell my Viewers to do the same.

Last Day of the Year and How Things Have Not Changed Since April 14, 2014

It will be 15 years on May 28, 2023 since I had the fraudulent radical hysterectomy for cancer and never had cancer and Dr. Oliver Dorigo knew it and the reason he fled the United Stated in 2012.

Both Dr. Dorigo and Dr. Wagar fled California as a conscious of guilt when I found out I never had cancer. Now the question is how many other women on Medicare also did not have cancer?  Why has it taken so long?  Because UCLA Medical Center hired foreign nationals to save money as reported on 60 Minutes.  I ask who is the person in charge of the Regents of the University of California is he or she still in charge?

In reviewing my Blog I realize two blogs stand out showing how nothing has changed.  July 27, 2015 and April 14, 2014  and in them I tried to give information to the California Department of Justice and to date I have never heard from them and the reason I went to the FBI in 2015 as a Whistleblower but Oliver Dorigo was long gone.  It will be 15 years in 2023 and as I have learned my health is going down hill at now 80 years old and I want to be alive when justice comes.

 I am sorry I am late to wish all Happy Holidays and Happy New Years, but I have been very busy with health problems.

On Tuesday, December 27, 2022, I will have outpatient cataract surgery at Jules Stein Eye Institute in Westwood.  I woke up on November 4, 2022, and could not see a thing out of my right eye.  I went to two emergence hospitals and was put on drops to see if I could get my eyesight back as is the solution for my situation.

I needed surgery and two days after Christmas I will have it.  So, I want you to know I'll be confined to my home for three weeks, but I am still a Whistleblower against UCLA Medical Center for what Dr. Oliver Dorigo did to me in May 2008 before he fled to Germany for my radical hysterectomy for cancer and I never had it.

Happy New Year and we'll resume in 2023.  Thank God for all our good fortune.
