On June 8, 2023, Donald J. Trump was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury on 7 Counts of violating the law on classified documents. The indictment has not been unsealed at this writing, but it is said that he violated the ESPIONAGE ACT on defense secrets as one of the counts.
Jack Smith the Special Counsel brought the case before the Grand Jury in Florida, because that is where the crime was committed at Mar-A-Lago in Palm Berach, Florida. Much to the surprise of most people who thought the case would be heard in Washington, D.C.
3 of the Counts are: Willfully Retaining National Secrets, Making False Statements, Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice. The prison time is 5 to 20 years if convicted.
This is great for the Rule of Law. Trump believed he was above the law and was the president for life. He is a crazy, stupid and a very dangerous man and can never be in the White House again. The American people have to wake up to this criminal who only wants donations for his personal use. Please do not give up your hard earned money for Trump.
This gives me hope with my own case that someone as horrible as Carole Wells Doheny Karabin will be held responsible in time and I will get justice as the American people have gotten today.
The indictment has been unsealed and there are more than 38 counts and not just 7 against Trump. This horrible traitor will go to prison for life.
