The University of California Regents make the rules regarding hiring employees at their 10 campuses. My case started in 2008, and in the 15 years nothing has been done to hold them responsible. As a matter of fact, they have continued with the hiring of foreign nationals to "save money" as reported on 60 Minutes.
I ask the federal government to charge them with Punitive Damages for the 15 years of hell I've been subjected to and make sure they do not hire foreign nationals without notifying every patient who enters UCLA Medical Center and any other campus of the disadvantage they are put to if a crime is committed like Medicare Fraud or medical malpractice.
They are the number one public university in the nation. As the class action proved, UCLA Medical Center covered up the sexual abuse/assault for 35 years per one of the plaintiffs attorney. AS long as the ELDER ABUSE I was subjected to per the Department of Health and Human Services is not exposed to the public, UCLA Medical Center gets away with not being held accountable and their insurance company does not have to pay out hundreds of thousands of dollars like the 700 million for the class action lawsuit last year.
