Were My Civil Rights Trampled on to Protect the University of California?

I ask all who read my Blog worldwide.  On April 4, 2018, I posted my Blog Tenth Anniversary of Fraud and the last question I ask is "Were my civil rights trampled on to protect the University of California and thus UCLA Medical Center?"

That was 5 years ago, and nothing has changed except with the 14th Amendment to the Constitution and what part it will play in whether former President Donald J. Trump will ever hold the office again.  

For me it was "Equal Protection Under the Law", and that was before Donald J. Trump decided he would not give up being president but would say to his basis and followers "The election was stolen from me".  This country was torn apart by that statement.

Thank God for the Rule of Law and we have 4 indictments and 91 criminal counts that he will have to answer for and maybe treason as well.  Jack Smith the Special Counsel is a godsent to the Amercian people and justice.

I just hope I will get my Special Counsel who will indicted and prosecute all involved with my fraudulent cancer surgery at age 65 for money.  I can't believe that subjecting a person to major surgery for cancer and knowing beforehand as Dr. Oliver Dorigo and UCLA Medical Center knew I never had cancer as the CA125 test proved one week before surgery means absolutely nothing.  The 14th Amendment says otherwise.  As Attorney General for California, Kamala Harris had almost 2 years to arrest Dr. Oliver Dorigo and UCLA Medical center and didn't do it before he fled the United States in December 2012.  Why?

What an honor to watch this remarkable, brave, honest woman on MSNBC Rachael Maddow tell her story through her new book out today ENOUGH.  

She is the 25-year-old woman who broke free from Trumps lawyers to tell the truth to the Jan 6. Committee regarding what really happened the day of Jan 6. at the White House as the assistant to Mark Meadows, Trump Chief of Staff.  She saved the truth for the American people and our democracy.  

Donald J. Trump is the most dangerous man to walk the earth as a former President of the United States.  Hopefully with her book and her truth this will help to get him in prison where he belongs with his 4 indictments and 91 different criminal counts.

Wake up American.  We need more people like Ms. Hutchinson.  The men around Trump and Maga Republicans are cowards who want to destroy our democracy for this loudmouth traitor.  

Just think how horrible the world would be today if Russia were allowed to invade Ukraine with no resistance from America and the Nato and EU countries lead by President Joe Biden?

John F. Kennedys book Profile in Courage was written for a reason and its annual award is one of the most important awards that can be awarded by the Kennedy family.

The Fourteeth Amendment Can Prevent Trump from the White House

I never realized how important the 14th Amendment to the Constitution is.  Apparently, there are many states that are taking action to prevent former President Donald J. Trump from appearing on their ballots for the 2024 election.  

If this works for the re-election of Trump, when will it help me under "Equal Protection Under the Law"?  The United States Supreme Court says outside its building "Equal Justice Under the Law".  I've been delayed justice since May 28, 2008, from the unlawful fraudulent cancer surgery at UCLA Medical Center by foreign national Dr. Oliver Dorigo, Dr. Elizabeth Wagar and the mastermind of this fraud Carole Wells Doheny.  

 Now I may have stumbled upon a grand fraud to use a sports event to distribute drugs on a massive scale and how to use a company to deposit the profits.  At this point it is just an idea when it becomes a reality, I will report it to be investigated.  If true, Carole Wells Doheny will stop at nothing to use me to make money off of selling drugs for the drug cartel and or organize crime allegedly.  

I am really tried from all this crap.  I will be 81 years old in December and I want it stopped and all involved indicted and arrested.

"Yes, hi good morning my name is Nancy and I'm calling from speedy a specially pharmacy I'm calling regarding prescription for John and Winston, and could she please return our phone call at her earliest convenience our call back number is 1-800-238-7828 thank you.  The call came in at 8:55am.

I went to Cedars Sinai Hospital on May 31st and CVS has been calling for authorization to send this drug to me or for pick up.  I called in June and told them I wanted nothing to do with them, and yet they keep calling weekly and this time left a new phone number and name and the reason I am posting this Blog today for the FBI.

Equal Justice Under the Law the United States Supreme Court

I've always quoted the 14th Amendment for my case as "Equal Protection Under the Law" not Justice.  I want to change that right now, and I want to state under penalty of perjury my 252 Blogs are true and correct at the time I wrote them.  

Thank God my son Tony told me about a Blog, I could use it as a daily journal for all I was going through starting in 2009.  I could never remember all the names of people involved except the main three: Dr. Oliver Dorigo, Carole Wells Doheny and Dr. Elizabeth Wagar who were in a Conspiracy to commit Elder Abuse and Medicare Fraud.

If the federal government needs and update to the facts of my Blog, I am giving it to you now to use as evidence in pleadings and or for a Grand Jury. If the FBI or anyone else needs more information from me in writing or otherwise just let me know.  If this can speed up the arresting of the UCLA Medical Center, Dr. Oliver Dorigo, Dr. Elizabeth Wagar and Carole Wells Doheny or an Indictment then here it is,
