Fifteen Years Later Since I Had Fraudulent Cancer Surgery

On May 28, 2008 I underwent a radical hysterectomy for cancer, and I never had cancer as Dr. Oliver Dorigo knew and all the people in the operating room at UCLA Medical Center.  And to date, no one has been held accountable to my knowledge.  UCLA Medical Center should have been indicted when the CEO of the Medical Center was fired, or he left on his own Dr. David Feinberg.

The whole point of this delay is because to save money, UCLA hires foreign nationals to perform cancer surgeries in the OBY/GM Department like Dr. Oliver Dorigo from Germany.  No patient is told or made aware of this situation before they undergo surgery and what the damages are when they flee with their passports I was 65 years old and had just qualified for Medicare coverage.  I was a gold mine for UCLA.

And now 15 years later UCLA Medical Center, Dr. Oliver Dorigo, Dr. Elizabeth Wagar, Dr. David Feinberg and last and the most despicable of the defendants Carole Wells Doheny Karabian.are all free not arrested or indicted by a Grand Jury to arrest them.  Thank God my case was referred to the federal agency Health & Human Services in 2011 who decided my case was ELDER ABUSE and referred my case to the California Department of Justice which was and is a joke.

I went to the FBI in 2015 as a victim and Whistleblower to ask they take over the investigation.  Because it is under investigation, I can not speak to them directly, so I let my Blog let them know what they should know on and up to date information, especially anything regarding Carole Wells Doheny Karabian whereabouts.

I've had to endure a family practice doctor Megan E. Chen who did a hatchet job on me with false information on the internet for medical professionals such as "I am delusional because I would not believe I had cancer".  As a result I went to another primary physician who told me "Have a glass of whiskey before you call for your lab results" I asked "WHY?" and he said It will relax you". Almost every doctor I've seen since I made a formal complaint against UCLA Medical Center as prescribed drugs for me for whatever, but the prescription was really for Carole Wells Doheny to pick at CVS.  AS I have alleged Wells Doheny is involved with the drug cartel and or organized crime and she has many people to call upon to make my life hell.

An example of her crap is a new tenant moved into my apartment building a week ago, and I opened my door to see they have painted their front door Rose pink.  I called the manager and she knew nothing about it, but PINK is one to her colors after grey and lime green.  They were made to take it off.

Medicare Can Learn from My Case and Charge Dr. Megan E. Chen with Fraud

I don't know the statue of limitations to charge a defendant with Medicare Fraud,  but if the date of August 12, 2018 is within the time limit, I hope the FBI will charge her for the fraudulent $8,389,00 she had St. John's in Santa Monica include this Cardiology in my bill sent to Medicare for payment.  This bill I'll bet belongs to Carole Wells Doheny Karabian who was her patient, but used my name as Janet Winston and my Medicare number.

Dr. Megan E. Chen was my primary physician at the time, however, I never saw her only the bill St. John's sent me.  Had they not I would never have known that $78,000.00 was not all my medical expenses, but $8,389.00 was included by Dr. Chen for Wells Doheny.

1.  Breakdown the Summary notice you send patients so they can see exactly what they are billed for and not just a lump sum from a hospital.  

2.  Set up offices where a Medicare patient can to or write with specific complaints to be investigated.

I could not file a complaint with Medicare, because everything I tried I was stopped.  Organize crime is rampant in the medical profession.  It took a notification from Medi-Cal where I could send a complaint to them, but lucky I did they are the ones who sent my case to Health & Human Services.  They referred the case to the California Department of Justice in 2011 who did absolutely nothing.  Finally in 2015 I went to the Los Angeles office for the FBI and made a complaint and became a Whistleblower of Elder Abuse, Medicare Fraud and Conspiracy against UCLA Medical Center and Dr. Oliver Dorigo.

Here is new Information for the FBI

I have been late to name the 4 children of Carole Doheny Karabian until now, but she has so many avenues to escape the FBI and people who will hide her out, that I decided I want her held responsible for the physical hell she has put me through since 2008.

Her 2 sons from Edward Lawerance Doheny IV are Sean and Ryan.  Her 2 children from Walter Karabian are Kathryn and Benjamine.  I have no idea where they live or what they do, but the FBI can use all their investigative equipment to find out, Passport control may be a start.  It is possible she took one of her children outside the USA to set up bank accounts in other countries like Canada or France.

She uses people like Kleenex as I have said and personally experienced.  She can change her looks except her height which is 5'4 and her eyes which are brown.  I believe organize crime in Chicago have used her and helped her out not to get caught by the FBI.  I believe today she is in California.  She has many friends who can drive her around she does not drive herself.  She pays them in cash so they are willing to do it

I will give the FBI any information I have and I ask the public if they know where Carole Wells Doheny Karabian is to contact the FBI in the Los Angeles office.

No Privacy for Patients at UCLA Medical Center

I stand by my Blog of October 2022 Is the Largest Crime Syndicate the Medical Profession?  I found out after I had to get emergency treatment at UCLA Medical Center in November 2022 that any appointment a patient has at UCLA Medical Center or Jules Stein Eye Institue is logged into the computer for any medical professional to see.  I was very surprised at this revelation,

My son had a primary physician he is very happy with and after meeting her at one of his appointments for his heart attack, I decided to have her as mine.  Even though Reagan Emergency put into writing for me to have an appointment with her prior to surgery for my eye surgery, the first appointment I could get was 31/2 months in advance.  I found this out when the Reagan Emergency hospital put into my instructions to make an appointment with her as my primary physician even though I would not see her as my doctor until February 2023.

UCLA Medical Center hired Dr. Oliver Dorigo from Germany for OBY/GN for Medicare patients.  He had no outside office just an office on the Medical Center so there was no way I or any patient would know how unprotected we were from malpractice or Medicare fraud.  He just had to pick up his passport and flee the country as he did and here, I am 11 years later with no justice so UCLA Medical Center could save money on his salary.

Doctors I have seen since I made a complaint against UCLA Medical Center in February, 2011 are hostile towards me.  Such as I had an appointment with a doctor as a primary physician for my insurance and he said the following things to me. 1. "You never had a radical hysterectomy." 2. Did you fall and break your hip and elbow because you were drinking at 6am when you went for the paper? 3. Why don't you have a drink of whisky before you call for your lab report"?  I asked why and he replied, "It will relax you".  I reported this to Medicare, and he was denied all payments.  

When I had appointments at UCLA Medical Center for my emergency eye situation of being blind in my right eye, they had me see 6 different medical professionals or lab work and then I received 6 bills from all of them individually.  You don't pay UCLA Medical Center as one bill, its many so UCLA can see who billing patients is or not.  It's just a money machine like the 4 Japanese Mob Bosses as described by 60 Minutes for 4 liver transplants for 2.2 million dollars in cash.  Can any other medical center in the United States say the same thing I doubt it.  As I said, "Is the largest crime syndicate the medical profession"?

HISTORIC DAY Trump has been Charged with 34 Counts in Criminal Court

 Donald J. Trump the former President of the United States has been charged with 34 Felony Counts for falsification of business records. A felony will put the person in prison.

Alvin Bragg's the Manhattan District Attorney had the grand jury in New York find Trump guilty of these felonies.  It becomes a felony when there is intent to defraud.  The arrogant of Trump and his legal advisors that they would never charge a "felony".

No one is above the law least of all Donald J, Trump after decades of criminal activity and it finally took this African American District Attorney to put into action the justice of the legal system and stop him.  Fortunately, there are 3 other cases before Trump and hopefully all will seek indictments from grand juries.

This should give the American people pride in the legal system in the United States.  We don't have Kings to rule but duly elected people who are accountable to the people.  Thank God for Justice.

P.S.  My case against Carole Wells Doheny and the UCLA Medical Center deal with "intent to defraud".  With Medicare Fraud, performing a radical hysterectomy on me for cancer at age 65 when I never had cancer and all knew it.  Is this a new cause of action to take before a grand jury for me?
