Both Stella Stevens and Racqual Welch Were Contemporaries of mine

I was very surprised to hear over the television of the deaths of Racqual Welch and Stella Stevens within a week of each other.  All three of us worked in motion pictures during the '60's.  Needless to say, Racqual Welch was a huge star and I worked with Stella Stevens in the Dean Martin starring Matt Helm movie "The Silencers".  She was the leading lady and was the one Dean holds on to when the round bed flips up and both drop into the swimming pool.  You have to rent the movie to see what I am talking about.  It was a very entertaining movie, and she was great in it.  

Stella Stevens was very nice on the set and did not act like a "star" you couldn't talk to.  I feel very sorry for her son actor Andrew Stevens but let me tell him your mom was a great lady to work with.

This situation only brings to the realization that life is short, although Stella was 84 and Racqual was 82 and I am 80 years old.  I have been involved with the fraud of having a radical hysterectomy on May 28, 2008, and to date nothing has been done to hold UCLA Medical Center, Dr. Oliver Dorigo, Dr. Elizabeth Wagar or Dr. David Feinberg responsible in court filings for what they did to me not to mention how many other women who were subjected to this Elder Abuse as the Health and Human Services described it in their letter to me on February 4, 2011.

Hopefully I will get justice while I am still alive and at least with the latest reports on the criminal acts former President Donald Trump committed and all the investigations from Georgia to New York and Washington D.C. something will stick and send him to prison where he belongs and justice will be done,

 I wrote in 2015 regarding the fraud and corruption of UCLA and US News & World Report I stand by.  Nothing has changed especially hiring foreign nationals.  Because they hired Dr. Oliver Dorigo from Germany to perform a radical hysterectomy on me and bill Medicare, in 2008, I have gone through hell, no one has paid the consequences.

Does UCLA get a pass to treat patients as if they don't matter other than to bill Medicare for women 65 and older? This is what happened under Dr. David Feinberg who was the CEO of UCLA Medical center in 2008. He hired Dr. Elizabeth Wagar as head of pathology.  She changed my medical records from Carole Wells Doheny to me, because she had cancer, and I did not and this whole fraud was to benefit her.  Dr. Wagar fled to Houston, Texas when I found out I never had cancer the same time Dr, Dorigo fled the USA for his homeland of Germany and that is where it is 15 years later to my knowledge.

Is there another medical center in the United States that has done anything close to UCLA and not pay the consequences?  UCLA Medical Center settled a class action lawsuit for 5500 women over 35 years for sexual abuse.  How where all these women found?  That is my problem, UCLA is so powerful I can't get the word out to women in California where they subjected to Dr. Dorigo as a surgeon for a hysterectomy anytime up to 2012?

PS Last year UCLA MEDICAL Center settled the class action lawsuit for 700 million dollars, the largest settlement by a Public University in the United States.  That should tell the public how aggressive this sexual abuse/assault was for 35 years.

How Would You Feel if Told You Had Cancer and Never Did?

 That is what happened to me, and I have been trying since 2008 to warn women of the United States of the possibility.  I did this only after the federal agency Health and Human Services referred my case to the California Department of Justice in a letter to me on February 4, 2011, that I was a victim of Elder Abuse as a result of the fraudulent radical hysterectomy for cancer.  

The Department of Justice to this date never investigated because the 10 campus of the University of California is more important than a white, 65-year-old woman.  But I did it not just for myself but to warn women in the United States of that possibility.  I went to the FBI in 2015 as a Whistleblower trying to get the federal government and not the State to investigate and make UCLA Medical Center, Dr. Oliver Dorigo, Dr. Elizabeth Wagar and Dr. David Feinberg held responsible for what happened to me.  

The past 15 years from 2008 to 2023 have been hell.  The medical profession has done everything in their power to discredit me such as "I never had a radical: "and: I am crazy as the doctor at St.  Johns said.  Not to mention I was given a prescription for pain at one hospital that was meant for Carole Wells Doheny and gave me a slight stroke.

Carole Wells Doheny was at the heart of this fraud.  She conspired with Dr. Dorigo to use me and my Medicare card for cancer surgery for her.  She could not use her real name as a criminal and needed my identity for her medical needs.  Because she is involved with organize crime allegedly, she has access to all kinds of people to do her dirty work for her.  As a matter of fact, I know for a fact they set up employment agencies for law firms and medical facilities to place people who worked for them in law and medical to make sure their interest was protected.

I ask again of the FBI or whoever is responsible to expose my case or just the facts so women across the country are made aware and for those who did have surgery and maybe chemotherapy to check their pathology report for the CA 125 test - was your number under 35, if so, you never had cancer. 

Why Can't Dr. Dorigo Be Charged in Absentee for Criminal Acts?

In December 2012, Dr. Oliver Dorigo fled the United States for his homeland of Germany. UCLA Medical Center gave him the way out, because he was a foreign national and held a passport from Germany not the United States.

Since UCLA Medical Center didn't control his passport, he was free to do whatever he wanted to a patient and not pay the consequences of his act.  But patients are not warned. I was a 65-year-old woman who underwent a radical hysterectomy for cancer and never had it as the CA 125 test showed and he knew it.  How many other women were subjected to his criminal acts beside me?  The cover up of the Regents of the University of California is massive.  They have been the subject of 60 Minutes stories for a reason.  

He fled the country 2 years after my case was sent to the California Department of Justice to investigate for Elder Abuse.  But to this day they never investigated my case.  Why? Therefore, after 15 years can't the US Attorney or the FBI bring the case to the grand jury? 

How can a public medical center the size of UCLA be allowed to hire foreign nationals that can and will flee the United States whether a criminal act like Medicare fraud or medical malpractice?  Patients have rights.

We also have civil rights and the protection of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution that guarantees "Equal Protection Under the Law".  Where is my protection?  

Dr. Oliver Dorigo should be held in absent before a court of law and the Regents of the University of California should be held financially responsible for their "want to save money" by hiring foreign nationals at the expense of a Medicare patient. 

A Whistleblower is for the Protection of the Public, that is What I Am

In 2015 I went to the FBI office in Los Angeles as a Whistleblower for what had happened to me at UCLA Medical Center on May 28, 2008.  I had a good reason, because the federal agency Health and Human Services had sent 2 investigators. to my apartment after I wrote the head of the agency here in California had referred my case to the California Department of Justice to investigate my case for ELDER ABUSE.

Elder Abuse is not Sexual Assault as the class action of 5500 women sued UCLA Medical Senter and settled for over 700 million dollars, I believe last year.  It was one doctor, like Dr. Oliver Dorigo, and was sent to prison.  But that doctor was an American Citizen and not a foreign national like Dorigo from Germany.  He didn't flee the United States like Dr. Oliver Dorigo did.

The point being, because nothing was done to hold UCLA Medical Center accountable when the California Department of Justice got my case on February 4, 2011, they continued to hire foreign national to save money as I just found out with Dr. Lynn Shi from China.  Germany is alia of the United States China is not.  Fortunately, I didn't have to learn the hard way with Dr. Shi performing eye surgery on me that could have resulted in permanent damage.

I ask the producers of The View in New York now that Barbara Walters has passed, would they like to interview me virtually from The ABC Studio in Los Angeles?  Women have to be made aware if they were subjected to cancer hysterectomies for money only and not because they need it.  This could apply across the country or just UCLA Medical Center.
