"Do No Harm"... What Does That Really Mean?

Doctors take an oath before they can get their medical license in the State of California, but what does that really mean?  From my standpoint and experience involving many doctors from UCLA Medical Center, University Foot and Ankle Institute and Joel Z Scherr Physical Therapy, not much.

Dr. Oliver Dorigo did a radical hysterectomy and Dr. Elizabeth Wagar falsified my medical records as the head of the pathology department at UCLA Medical Center to back up the false statement "I had cancer".  He took everything out of my body I was born with as a woman and could of died, did either one of them think of their oath "to do no harm"? They both fled the country so they would not be harmed by being arrested and convicted of ELDER ABUSE as the investigators from the Health & Human Services found.  Forget Kamala Harris as Attorney General and the California Department of Justice, they are a joke, who never investigated as they were told to do by the federal agency.

Dr. Jason B. Morris was the doctor who repaired my broken ankle and I'm not yet sure if he repaired my tibia bone in my left calf because it still hurts with University Foot and Ankle Institute.  Where the surgery was performed, except Medicare had no record of it on February 12, 2015, but yet they were billed for it and I have their Summary Notice as proof if anyone is wondering what is going on.  This is the company who performed this major surgery with rod and screws in my ankle on their 3rd floor operating room and demanded $600.00 up front "on a good credit card like American Express" before they would take me in and perform scheduled surgery.  I find out 8 months later, I had been walking on a fractured foot that repaired itself,  Did Dr. Morris think of his oath "to do no harm"?

Joel Z. Scherr, a registered physical therapist, pulled my leg out of alignment that has left me with an abnormal gait, because he was mad I would not be coming back for more therapy after I realized Carole Wells Doheny was there the same time I was and told him so.  I have only realized what he did after I read Dr. Meghan Chens medical report from my appointment with her, because I never said a word about it as I did with UCLA Medical Center and she told the truth on that report, "I have an abnormal gait".  I now walk with a walker most of the time and cane as well.  Did he think as he sat at my feet and yanked my left leg out of alignment and I yelled out. ..".I took an oath to do no harm".
Of course not, money is the name of the game in all cases.

I allege these are all retaliation regarding UCLA Medical Center, because both Dr. Morris and Mr. Scherr had business dealings with them or friends who worked there and their jobs would be in jeopardy if I could prove it was Torture in addition to Elder Abuse.

In todays Impeachment Hearings of President Donald J. Trump, the word "retaliation" is at the forefront of the investigation and the physical wellbeing of the whistleblower.  There is the whistleblowers law to protect them and to "do no harm".  Its not the same as the medical profession, bit it means the same thing.  You can not harm a person for telling the truth of a wrongdoing

I Am A Whistleblower Entitled To The Same Protection Like The Person Involved With Trump Revised

On February 4, 2011, the federal agency Health & Human Services referred my case for ELDER ABUSE to the California Department of Justice and Attorney General Kamala Harris for investigation that never happened now 8 years later.  I was and I am a WHISTLEBLOWER, because I exposed criminal acts by the state owned UCLA Medical Center and its employees Dr. Oliver Dorigo et. al, and Dr. Elizabeth Wagar.  They have since fled the country.

I exposed, as a victim and whistleblower,  that not only was I a subject of  Elder Abuse as found by the investigators, but I allege this was TORTURE.  To subject a patient,  who could have died,  from major cancer surgery that did not exist and it was a known fact one week before surgery.  That is what is at the heart of this investigation.  How many other times has this happened at UCLA Medical Center?  Only until recently has it been exposed  of criminal acts by the same kind of doctor as Dr.  Dorigo was in my case but not sexual assault at UCLA Medical Center.

Today on national television, The House Intelligence investigation into the Whistleblower involving President Trump and the President of the Ukraine,  by am employee of the CIA (Central Intelligence Agency) who wrote a complaint that has set off this bombshell that could bring down President Trump with Impeachment.  The most important that effects me is that this man or woman wants protection from RETALIATION.  And I can agree with that since I have not had any protection since I personally went to the FBI and made a complaint in 2015 over and above the referral in 2011 to the Department of Justice, and I have had physical and emotional harm as a result:

1. I walked on a fracture foot for 8 months until informed by another doctor I had it.  This was on top of my broken ankle and tibia bone by the University Foot & Ankle Institute.

2. My left leg was pulled out of alignment that has left me with an abnormal gait at the time I was receiving physical therapy for my broken ankle and tibia bone.

3. As a result of this abnormal gait, I fell on my left side and broke my elbow & hip

4.Dr. Chen put into the medical computer that I am dilutional to discredit me because nothing has happened since 2011 to prove me right.

All of this happened to the left side of my body.  A fractured foot, a broken ankle and tibia bone in my leg, my leg was pulled out of alignment and broken elbow and hip.  All of these involved rods and screws to hold my body together.  That is RETAILIATION.  All knew about UCLA Medical Center and worked there as well or had working relationship with them - it meant money to them.

Your Body Will Never Lie To You But Doctors Will

Never underestimate your intuition  on your body and health. No one knows your body like you do - trust it.  My ex-husband, a civil litigator,  told me he hated taking doctors depositions, because they think they are Gods.  I know when I was told I had cancer at UCLA Medical Center by Dr. Oliver Dorigio, I did not believe it but like any patient I could not take the chance I was wrong, so I agreed to the radical hysterectomy if needed.  It took me 8 years to find out I was right but in the mean time because no action was taken against Dr. Dorigo, he fled the country and  I'm left in limbo with no justice because no bail was sought.

Dr. Elizabeth Wagar as head of pathology at UCLA,  falsified my medical records to make it appeared I did have cancer by using Carole Wells Doheny medical records.  It was these records Dr. Meghan Chen used to justify her liable of me as "delusional" for not believing I had cancer. When I had physical therapy at Berkeley East Convalescent Hospital and told the therapist what UCLA Medical Center did to me, she looked at me as if I were crazy and even made remarks to that effect.  Dr. Chen accomplished what UCLA would want and that is to discredit me in the entire medical community in California and all behind my back.  There is a word for a woman who has no ethics and just does things for money...w.....e.

Then there is Joel Scherr, the physical therapist, who pulled my leg out of alinement when I informed him I would no longer use his services, because I knew Carole Wells Doheny was there at the same time.  He violated his oath TO DO NO HARM.  That is TORTURE just like what Dr. Dorigo did, and I hope I can change the medical profession to include this felony for the people in the United States and around the world.  It is a bold step, but I will not stop until it is achieved.  These doctors need to be held accountable for what they have done to me and what they do to the public in general, and not covered up as a medical malpractice action.  I allege what he did was felony assault with malice.

My title is Miss California and how this photo could have a play in my present investigations of doctors and their treatment of me in violation of their oath, "do no harm".  I'm proud to say I did one segment of I Dream Of Jeannie in 1967, and it was a great experience.  The new photos I've updated shows me on the set, filming, and I used a picture from this segment as my new primary IMDB photo.  I hope my viewers around the world will enjoy this moment.

I'm posting this one photo on this blog for two reasons:

1) For investigators to see how I was in 1961, and more importantly, how important my legs are in my life, both professionally and as a total woman, which I am not today - using a walker or cane to get around.

2) To establish with this evidence that I was crowned Miss California in 1961 when the winner abdicated her title for marriage, and I was crowned by Dr. James J. Boutross, who was the owner and designer of the original Miss Universe Pearl Crown.  And unfortunately for me, in 1987 at a sit down lavish dinner for my son, I was surprised to overhear two women, who I thought were my good friends, making a mockery of me as the first runner up as Miss Hollywood, thinking I'm Miss California.  I was very surprised because Terry Karger was in the television studio audience when I was introduced on air as Miss California to crown my successor in 1962.  Life is too short to waste time and energy on people who lie about their father's accomplishments.  As the composer of the theme to the feature film, From Here To Eternity, Freddy Karger never composed that iconic theme, as she told me, but did write with two other men, "Reenlistment Blues" that was sung in From Here To Eternity, and that's all.  The truth comes back to show people who they really are.  Garbage comes to mind.

I want to add that Timi Krissman was the other woman at the dinner, and I would suggest she reads Jan Watson Miss California 1961 and what Getty Images posted to the internet.

Could I Have A Cause Of Action Against The State of California?

Both the Department of Justice and Kamala Harris as the Attorney General and UCLA Medical Center and its employees Dr. Oliver Dorigo and Dr. Elizabeth Wagar are on the payroll of the State of California.  Does that make the State of California financially responsible for what they all did in my case?

I never filed any legal documents against UCLA Medical Center or Dr. Dorigo and Dr. Wagar, because I gave all my information to the two investigators from the Department of Health and Human Services on January 31, 2011 who in turn decided in their professional expertise that I had been a victim of ELDER ABUSE for having a radical hysterectomy when I didn't need it at age 65 and for my Medicare billing only.  In my opinion now, I believe that is TORTURE and if all doctors who perform surgeries only for the money and know up front before the surgery that there was no medical reason for it - should be charged with the felony TORTURE and sentence to federal prison and not covered up with a medical malpractice lawsuit that the insurance company would pay - not the doctor or hospital and NO JAIL TIME, it would stop!

I am not the only person in the United States or around the world who has been faced with what happened to me.  A patient can not believe a doctor would subject a person to surgery that could kill them on the operating table or hospital stay, all agree to that, just for money.  What happened to the oath DO NO HARM?

I hope how ever my case turns out it will help people not only in the United States but around the world.  We lead the world in justice in the medical profession.  I will continue to do everything in my power to expose what these medical professionals did to me and the cover up that has followed for now 7 years later.  I believe in the FBI and the federal government to give me justice.  I will be 77 on my next birthday so I hope I'll be well enough to enjoy and see justice.
