What To Look For Before & After a Hysterectomy for Cancer

Based on my own experience 12 years ago, I am going to tell each woman who is told "You have cancer and need surgery" what to look for in your medical report before and after surgery.  First look to the Pathology report,  because every women should have blood work at least a week before surgery and one test should be THE CA 125 test.  It will have 2 different numbers:

                        CA 125             your number                35

The number in the middle will be your test and mine was 29, but the cut off for cancer in the blood stream is 35.  Above 35 would indicate cancer and below would indicate you do not.  If the number is above 35, ask your oncologist for a second test and opinion.  I never knew this and how important it is, and if your doctor will not tell you or allow you to see your pathology report, then go to another hospital and doctor for a second opinion.  It's your life and body and don't be concern with what reaction your doctor gives you because if you don't have cancer, as this test will tell you,  then that is fraud and if medicare is involved that is a federal crime.   Mistakes can always happen, but be sure before you go under the knife!

After surgery, it is a federal law that all cancer patients be listed with the National Cancer Registry and if you are not, then ask your doctor why not?  And be sure to check the Registry yourself so you get the right answer.  My legal name as Janet H. Winston was not on the list, but the name Carole Wells Doheny used on back to back surgeries on May 28, 2008 as Janet Winston was.

If doctors know there is a way to check on their test and results, then hundreds of women can be saved from this traumatic experience as I had at UCLA Medical Center and my surgeon and oncologist has fled the country since to avoid prosecution because I never had cancer and he knew it one week in advance.  Since 2008, I have never been told by another doctor "You have cancer and need chemotherapy".  They say 5 years is the cut off for survival so judge for yourself. It is mind blogging to think Dr. Dorigo was so vicious as to tell me I had cancer, and perform major surgery & needed 36 hours of chemotherapy and knew it was a lie.  UCLA Medical Center has to be held accountable for hiring this criminal and Dr. David Feinberg was the CEO who referred me to him according to my Medicare summary and he left or was fired after this was exposed.

Twelfth Anniversary of Fraud from 2008 to 2020

I can't believe it has been 12 years since I went under the knife at UCLA Medical Center with Dr. Oliver Dorigo as the mastermind of this fraud that I had stage 3 cancer when I never had cancer and he knew it.  It was just for money.  First to defraud Medicare and to be paid in cash by Carole Wells Doheny who can not get insurance because she has a long history of cancer before Obamacare and used me to get her medical needs met with the help of greedy medical professionals like Dr. Dorigo.

Even though through this whole processes the only agency that did their job was the Department of Health & Human Services who interviewed me and referred my case to Kamala Harris as Attorney general for the Department of Justice in California. This case stopped there.  I went to the FBI and gave them documents and the letter referring my case for Elder Abuse and told them of the fraudulent cancer surgery, that in my mind amounts to Torture in 2015.  I became a whistleblower to expose the wrong doing in the medical profession just for money.  I have since paid the price with physical harm.  It turns out UCLA Medical Center is like Fort Knox in the medical profession and I was interfering with that for many doctors.  It would appear all involved in my case have skipped the country to France, Russia, Ukraine. Vietnam, Singapore, Germany, Poland and many others around the world!  Does that stop Justice for me?

I would hope now 12 years later the federal government and the FBI would charge UCLA Medical Center, Regents of the University of California, Dr. Oliver Dorigo, Dr. Elizabeth Wager, et.al. with a grand jury indictment for Medicare Fraud, Torture, Elder Abuse, Conspiracy, Cover-up, or whatever is needed to charge these defendants in federal court to hold them responsible for what they did to me, but what they have done to other women who don't even know they had cancer surgery and never had cancer.
How many hundreds of women would that be?  The women at USC never knew they had been sexually abused by Dr. Tindall until ONE woman filed a complaint, and the L.A.Times reported it and hundreds poured out.  I believe a federal judge this year approved a settlement of $215,000,000.00 for 18,000 plaintiffs against this University.  How much would UCLA be charged with?  How much should they pay in a fine if a  grand jury in Los Angeles awarded a plaintiff $13,000,000.00 for just age and gender discrimination at UCLA Medical Center.?  How much is it worth for someone's life to be put under the knife for no reason other than money?  How much is the UCLA Medical Centers reputation worth?

P.S.  Why is it 60 Minutes on CBS reported TWICE about the University of California two campus that committed illegal activities?.  First: UCLA sold 4 kidneys to JAPANESE MOB BOSSES organs for 2.2 million dollars, and men ahead on the list died?  San Francisco campus who let go good working employees for FOREIGN NATIONALS to save money?  Why does UCLA get a pass and I have been denied my rights under the 14th Amendment for "Equal Protection Under the Law"?

Will I Have Justice as a Whistleblower Now That Kamala Harris Has Dropped Out ? P.S. 6/25/20

In addition to my own case as a whistleblower against UCLA Medical Center, and the fact doctors perform surgeries just for the money as defined in my own case against Dr. Oliver Dorigo, and as a result I have been physically harmed, there are two other situations involving whistleblower as of this date in the news.

The Boeing 737 Max that is responsible for the deaths of 346 passengers on two different airlines, had a document released today before a congressional investigations that the FAA knew before the second crash that there was a high risk the 737 Max would crash again and they did not ground the plane until many months later.

The Whistleblower in the present impeachment hearings before congress has had his or her life put in jeopardy and has to hide out, after President Trump stated that person was a "traitor" and should be dealt with in the "old fashion way" which is death.  President Trump continues to want to know who that person is?

In all of these 3 cases, it is a proven fact how difficult it is to do the "right thing" as a whistleblower and have someone believe what you say and that immediate action to protect the public is taken.  It didn't happen in my case nor Boeing 737 Max or the present impeachment hearing after July 25, 2019.

I am hoping now that Kamala Harris who was Attorney General of California when the Department of Health & Human Services ( and has dropped out of the presidential race), referred my case to her and the Department of Justice, to investigate and she never did.  She had her eyes on the United State Senate and the seat of Barbara Boxer in 2016 and not protecting my civil rights under the 14th Amendment to "Equal Protection Under the Law"  Will I get justice now that she will not be a president or vice president candidate? Will the legal system  proceed against UCLA Medical Center, The University of California Regents and all involved in my case as I wrote in my blog on July 27, 2015, Fraud & Corruption in What UCLA Health is?  This has been in effect since February 4, 2011.
That is long enough for me to have been subjected to physical harm such as my leg being pulled out of alignment just to name one situation. I believe this action is a felony as an assault on my body with the intent to cause permanent harm.

P.S. I want it understood that the present Black Lives Matter movement is based on "Equal Protection Under the law" - the 14th Amendment that I have referred to from the beginning of my case since Kamala Harris got my case in 2011 and I am still waiting for justice.  She denied me that to get elected to the senate in 2016 - will I still be denied because she wants the vice presidency? 6/25/20

The Medical Board of California stated Dr. Chen has to include any third party my denial of being DELUSIONAL and it be CORRECTED

I made a complaint with the Medical Board of California regarding Dr. Megan Eng-Ling Chen report in the medical internet system of St. John's Medical Center that I am DELUSIONAL because I did not believe I had cancer at UCLA Medical Center on May 28, 2008.  The investigators who interviewed me found grounds that I was a victim of Elder Abuse and referred my case to the California Department of Justice to investigate and they did not, but did not close the case as having no merit.  It is really disgusting how the State of California does not give a damn about its citizens over protecting a state owned and operated UCLA Medical Center.  I trust the federal government and I ask is there any way they can create an office to oversee medical investigations into medical professionals in the State of California instead of the State of California?

What Dr. Chen did to me by libel into her medical report and input into the statewide computer system that I am  "delusional", was for one reason only,  to discredit what I have experienced and documented as a "Whistleblower" for the federal government and medicare fraud.  I am trying to expose the entire medical profession who perform medical procedures just for money through medicare fraud.  Dr. Chen as a "Family Practice Physician" with only 8 years of experience with St. Johns Medical Center and not UCLA Medical Center as I thought (that is another  Dr. Megan E. Chen),  could do a "favor" for the medical professionals in California and get new patient referrals from grateful doctors - especially all who have physical harmed me in violation of their oath "To Do No Harm".

I ask the people of California to protect themselves when they are subjected to any surgery...have someone with you at all times.  Question your doctor, what are your options outside of surgery and what evidence do they have that the surgery is necessary and your only option?.  We have to take control of our lives and not trust a doctor who may only be doing it for financial GAIN FOR THEMSELVES AND THE HOSPITAL THEY WORK OUT.

"Do No Harm"... What Does That Really Mean?

Doctors take an oath before they can get their medical license in the State of California, but what does that really mean?  From my standpoint and experience involving many doctors from UCLA Medical Center, University Foot and Ankle Institute and Joel Z Scherr Physical Therapy, not much.

Dr. Oliver Dorigo did a radical hysterectomy and Dr. Elizabeth Wagar falsified my medical records as the head of the pathology department at UCLA Medical Center to back up the false statement "I had cancer".  He took everything out of my body I was born with as a woman and could of died, did either one of them think of their oath "to do no harm"? They both fled the country so they would not be harmed by being arrested and convicted of ELDER ABUSE as the investigators from the Health & Human Services found.  Forget Kamala Harris as Attorney General and the California Department of Justice, they are a joke, who never investigated as they were told to do by the federal agency.

Dr. Jason B. Morris was the doctor who repaired my broken ankle and I'm not yet sure if he repaired my tibia bone in my left calf because it still hurts with University Foot and Ankle Institute.  Where the surgery was performed, except Medicare had no record of it on February 12, 2015, but yet they were billed for it and I have their Summary Notice as proof if anyone is wondering what is going on.  This is the company who performed this major surgery with rod and screws in my ankle on their 3rd floor operating room and demanded $600.00 up front "on a good credit card like American Express" before they would take me in and perform scheduled surgery.  I find out 8 months later, I had been walking on a fractured foot that repaired itself,  Did Dr. Morris think of his oath "to do no harm"?

Joel Z. Scherr, a registered physical therapist, pulled my leg out of alignment that has left me with an abnormal gait, because he was mad I would not be coming back for more therapy after I realized Carole Wells Doheny was there the same time I was and told him so.  I have only realized what he did after I read Dr. Meghan Chens medical report from my appointment with her, because I never said a word about it as I did with UCLA Medical Center and she told the truth on that report, "I have an abnormal gait".  I now walk with a walker most of the time and cane as well.  Did he think as he sat at my feet and yanked my left leg out of alignment and I yelled out. ..".I took an oath to do no harm".
Of course not, money is the name of the game in all cases.

I allege these are all retaliation regarding UCLA Medical Center, because both Dr. Morris and Mr. Scherr had business dealings with them or friends who worked there and their jobs would be in jeopardy if I could prove it was Torture in addition to Elder Abuse.

In todays Impeachment Hearings of President Donald J. Trump, the word "retaliation" is at the forefront of the investigation and the physical wellbeing of the whistleblower.  There is the whistleblowers law to protect them and to "do no harm".  Its not the same as the medical profession, bit it means the same thing.  You can not harm a person for telling the truth of a wrongdoing
