Your Body Will Never Lie To You But Doctors Will

Never underestimate your intuition  on your body and health. No one knows your body like you do - trust it.  My ex-husband, a civil litigator,  told me he hated taking doctors depositions, because they think they are Gods.  I know when I was told I had cancer at UCLA Medical Center by Dr. Oliver Dorigio, I did not believe it but like any patient I could not take the chance I was wrong, so I agreed to the radical hysterectomy if needed.  It took me 8 years to find out I was right but in the mean time because no action was taken against Dr. Dorigo, he fled the country and  I'm left in limbo with no justice because no bail was sought.

Dr. Elizabeth Wagar as head of pathology at UCLA,  falsified my medical records to make it appeared I did have cancer by using Carole Wells Doheny medical records.  It was these records Dr. Meghan Chen used to justify her liable of me as "delusional" for not believing I had cancer. When I had physical therapy at Berkeley East Convalescent Hospital and told the therapist what UCLA Medical Center did to me, she looked at me as if I were crazy and even made remarks to that effect.  Dr. Chen accomplished what UCLA would want and that is to discredit me in the entire medical community in California and all behind my back.  There is a word for a woman who has no ethics and just does things for money...w.....e.

Then there is Joel Scherr, the physical therapist, who pulled my leg out of alinement when I informed him I would no longer use his services, because I knew Carole Wells Doheny was there at the same time.  He violated his oath TO DO NO HARM.  That is TORTURE just like what Dr. Dorigo did, and I hope I can change the medical profession to include this felony for the people in the United States and around the world.  It is a bold step, but I will not stop until it is achieved.  These doctors need to be held accountable for what they have done to me and what they do to the public in general, and not covered up as a medical malpractice action.  I allege what he did was felony assault with malice.

My title is Miss California and how this photo could have a play in my present investigations of doctors and their treatment of me in violation of their oath, "do no harm".  I'm proud to say I did one segment of I Dream Of Jeannie in 1967, and it was a great experience.  The new photos I've updated shows me on the set, filming, and I used a picture from this segment as my new primary IMDB photo.  I hope my viewers around the world will enjoy this moment.

I'm posting this one photo on this blog for two reasons:

1) For investigators to see how I was in 1961, and more importantly, how important my legs are in my life, both professionally and as a total woman, which I am not today - using a walker or cane to get around.

2) To establish with this evidence that I was crowned Miss California in 1961 when the winner abdicated her title for marriage, and I was crowned by Dr. James J. Boutross, who was the owner and designer of the original Miss Universe Pearl Crown.  And unfortunately for me, in 1987 at a sit down lavish dinner for my son, I was surprised to overhear two women, who I thought were my good friends, making a mockery of me as the first runner up as Miss Hollywood, thinking I'm Miss California.  I was very surprised because Terry Karger was in the television studio audience when I was introduced on air as Miss California to crown my successor in 1962.  Life is too short to waste time and energy on people who lie about their father's accomplishments.  As the composer of the theme to the feature film, From Here To Eternity, Freddy Karger never composed that iconic theme, as she told me, but did write with two other men, "Reenlistment Blues" that was sung in From Here To Eternity, and that's all.  The truth comes back to show people who they really are.  Garbage comes to mind.

I want to add that Timi Krissman was the other woman at the dinner, and I would suggest she reads Jan Watson Miss California 1961 and what Getty Images posted to the internet.

Could I Have A Cause Of Action Against The State of California?

Both the Department of Justice and Kamala Harris as the Attorney General and UCLA Medical Center and its employees Dr. Oliver Dorigo and Dr. Elizabeth Wagar are on the payroll of the State of California.  Does that make the State of California financially responsible for what they all did in my case?

I never filed any legal documents against UCLA Medical Center or Dr. Dorigo and Dr. Wagar, because I gave all my information to the two investigators from the Department of Health and Human Services on January 31, 2011 who in turn decided in their professional expertise that I had been a victim of ELDER ABUSE for having a radical hysterectomy when I didn't need it at age 65 and for my Medicare billing only.  In my opinion now, I believe that is TORTURE and if all doctors who perform surgeries only for the money and know up front before the surgery that there was no medical reason for it - should be charged with the felony TORTURE and sentence to federal prison and not covered up with a medical malpractice lawsuit that the insurance company would pay - not the doctor or hospital and NO JAIL TIME, it would stop!

I am not the only person in the United States or around the world who has been faced with what happened to me.  A patient can not believe a doctor would subject a person to surgery that could kill them on the operating table or hospital stay, all agree to that, just for money.  What happened to the oath DO NO HARM?

I hope how ever my case turns out it will help people not only in the United States but around the world.  We lead the world in justice in the medical profession.  I will continue to do everything in my power to expose what these medical professionals did to me and the cover up that has followed for now 7 years later.  I believe in the FBI and the federal government to give me justice.  I will be 77 on my next birthday so I hope I'll be well enough to enjoy and see justice.

Finally The Criminal Acts at UCLA Medical Center are Exposed No Thanks To Kamala Harris

On July 16, 2019, 9 more lawsuits were filed in court for sexual assault.  Three were for alumni but 6 were for patients at UCLA Medical Center all by Dr. James Heaps.  The total to date are 75 who have come forward.

There was a conspiracy to cover-up criminal acts since Kamala Harris was referred my case for TORTURE and the gynecologist who performed criminal acts upon them; and now UCLA Medical Center is revealed.

It has taken decades to inform the public via the media as to what happened to these women and it has been one decade for me since 2008 to try and expose my elder abuse that is really "torture".
What do you call subjecting a woman to a radical hysterectomy only for money?  Kamala Harris made sure no one would find out prior to Dr. Oliver Dorigo et.al fled to Europe in December, 2012.  She made sure she could count on the University of California ten campuses to support her run for the Senate in 2016.

What kind of elected Officer of the Court does that to a white 68 year old woman on medicare in violation of her civil rights?  No bail was sought to prevent Dr. Dorigo from fleeing the country as he did and is at the fore front of the news today...BAIL for Jeffrey Epstein, R. Kelly and the leader of a church who was granted bail for $50 million dollars and now totally denied.  Why?  Because the fear they would flee and that is exactly what Dr. Dorigo did and no one knows where he is.

It's no joke and I'm not laughing as Kamala Harris runs for the Presidency and I've been subjected to physical pain by the medical profession that wanted to punish me for being a whistleblower to their illegal activities, because she did nothing to stop Dr. Dorigo.  She is unworthy to be President of the United States and I want all registered voters to consider this Blog seriously.              

I also want it known again that Kamala Harris never prosecuted UCLA for anything and the blog I posted on 2-7-12 was wrong and I corrected it later on. The person who filed the lawsuit against UCLA was the Los Angeles District Attorney.

If Dr. Dorigo had been charged, would James Heaps Have the Confidence to Commit a Crime?

On June 18, 2019, a lawsuit was filed by a women against UCLA Medical Center and gynecologist and oncologist, Dr. James Heaps for sexual assault. She is one of 23 women who are victims of Dr. Heaps who had cancer (did she really?) that he treated, and sexually assaulted her for two years.  If Kamala Harris, as Attorney General of California, had done her job and followed up on the criminal referral of two investigators from the Department of Health and Human Services on February 4, 2011 for Elder Abuse for me from oncologist and gynecologist Dr. Oliver Dorigo and UCLA Medical Center, would these women have been subjected to these criminal acts?  The Oncology Department of Gynecology at UCLA should have been shot down then and there! 

By December 2012, Dr. Dorigo et al., and Dr. Elizabeth Wagar – Director of Pathology at UCLA - fled the country after Leapfrog reported UCLA got an “F” for patient safety.  USC has been exposed by the LA Times for sexual assault by their gynecologist, with thousands of women who have come forward to report their crimes.  A federal judge has approved a $215 Million Dollar settlement for thousands of women against USC - and that does not include state court.  How does UCLA get a pass, Los Angeles Times?  And USC didn’t?  Who is protecting UCLA Medical Center from prosecution?  Is it the US Attorney, Medicare Fraud Director, or FBI, who makes the decision to prosecute, even in absentia? 

I am a whistleblower in addition to the victim, who is entitled to the guarantee of the 14^th Amendment “Equal Protection Under the Law”, and I have been denied that civil right since February 4, 2011.  Instead, I have been subjected to physical harm that could have cost me my life with a Radical Hysterectomy in May, 2008.  I walked on a fractured foot for 8 months before I was told by another doctor (that caused sciatic nerve damage) for my broken ankle and broken tibia bone by University Foot & Ankle Institute from February to July of 2015, and then I was subjected to physical therapist, Joel Scherr from August to October of 2015, who pulled my left leg out of alignment which has left me with an abnormal gait that was the cause of my fall in August 2018 on the left side of my body, resulting in a broken elbow and hip.  And finally the humiliation of being labeled “Delusional” by Dr. Megan Chen for telling the truth. 

When will I get justice?  I will be 77 this year.
