The Four Year Plan
I now realize why I was set up to be destroyed starting in 1986 and would result in the filing of bankruptcy probably in Minnesota for the twenty million dollars they defrauded the bank for. These four women: Wells, Kersh, Kerr and Aubrey borrowed the money from the bank as a "production company" for movies, but he intent was to use the money to buy 25 different apartment buildings in California and file for bankruptcy in 1990. They would assume my identity and each flee the United States for Canada and maybe France. Wells went to Toronto and started "Divorce Magazine". Aubrey went to Montreal and maybe started a travel agency before and after the birth of her daughter Alexandra Leigh, and the father was a freind of mine. Kersh went to Vancouver and worked in an accounting company and got my step mother, Rosemary Watson, a job there to oversee the money that either was deposited there, or five million dollars was deposited in each city. Kerr went to Paris, and maybe worked for a public relations firm. The code was my name all around the country - Janet Winston - and the last time I looked many years ago there were over 2 million named in the United States. That is why in 1987, the astrologer told me all would be fine until 1990, and then everything would turn around, and he was right becuase that was the plan. I had trusted Kersh and Aubrey and considered each a "best friend". I realized when Aubrey asked to borrow my mink coat that had my name inside, she was going to take it to Montreal and not to England, as she told me, and never to return. After my son's Bar Mitzvah in October, 1987, I never saw anyone esle again or heard from them, and the people who knew I was set up styaed away such as Ruth Yablans, never to contact me again... she didn't have the nerve to look me in the face.

UCLA University not the Medical Center was Arraigned by the Los Angeles District Attorney 12/22/2019
On January 20, 2012, KABC (Channel 7) reported that the week before, the Attorney General for the State of California had filed felony charges in court against a professor and the UCLA Regents in the death of a 23 year old intern who died of an explosion in a chemical lab on the UCLA campus. Her parents were the ones who went to the Attorney General and asked for an investigation into her death, because I'm sure UCLA tried to dismiss it as "just an accident".
On February 2, 2012, this professor and UCLA were arraigned in a court of law on 3 felony counts, and if the professor is found guilty, he could get four and a half years in jail, and UCLA would be charged a huge fine of $5,000,000.00. This happened in December 2008. What was giong on at UCLA in 2008, because that was also when my fraud was committed. UCLA is like a city - it is so huge and thousands of people work there. There is no supervision so the employees can do whatever they want and make their own rules and regulations!

The lawsuit was NOT FILED by the Attorney General, but the Los Angeles District Attorney in the Los Angeles Superior Court. Kamala Harris never charged UCLA Medical Center only the District Attorney of Los Angeles. This story does not include the medical center, but rather UCLA campus.

Chapter Two
Starting in 2012, I will turn the page around and realize the saying, "When one door closes, another one opens"... and that certainly applies to me now!
The door that is opened has been closed since 1987, when my life was hell due to the 6 women who made my life hell. But because I found someone who HAS MY BACK and has been protecting me from these horrible women and is trying to help me with these bimbos who set out to destroy me financiall and emotionally. They succeeded financially but could not destroy me emotionally. I did not find out until October, 2011 that I was included in a book entitled GLAMOUR GIRLS OF THE SILVER SCREEN by Tom Lisanti, and his publisher McFarland & CO of Jefferson, North Carolina. I was included in the 75 profiles of women in the '60's and I am honored to be so included... it did not include Carole Wells, Kathy Kersh, Skye Aubry, Linda Evans, Sandra Dee and many more, but it was the first three who set out to make my life hell. And three others who were not in show business... Patricia Kerr, Terry Karger and Anita Hecth. What surprised me is my facebook as Jan Watson and that I was more famous than Wells, Kersh or Aubrey and the question is now raised - did this book come out before my surgery at UCLA in 2009 or after? In addition to that, my father was the most famous, and the fact that I was so successful with my creative business that I was a person to hate with jealousy. Wells set me up to fail with my divorce consultant business, Survive a Divorce (SAD) when she had my partner of 5 weeks, who only invested $5,000.00 wanted (within one month) a $250,000.00 partnership buy-out, and when I would not take my attorney, Sorrel Trope's name off my stationary, walked out and left me with a year's lease that was the same cost as my home mortgage payment and all expenses. Patricia Kerr stole my greeting cards, Announcements By the Profession, and tried to trademark the name until I found out about it. I was told four of these women were involved with a fraud upon a Minnesota bank in the amount of $20,000,00, and they used the money to buy real estate instead of what is was supposed to be used for, and set me up to be destroyed with the help of an astrologer who I trusted (introduced to me by Kathy Kersh).
I am looking forward to the bright side of my life, and will welcome the outcome of the investigation into UCLA and what they did to me.. that can have national ramifications.

WHAT IS A MOTHER WORTH?
After Mother's Day on May 8th, the question is asked and answered now..
According to the World News with Diane Sawyer on ABC, the total cost per year for just the basics: cooking, cleaning, driving, homework, not including "extras" like Mar Mitzvahs/Weddings, lessons for piano, ice skating and tennis, amounts to $61,436.00. That means if I had died at UCLA from the unlawful surgery for cancer and all the professionals involved, my son, Tony could have sued them for $1,220,00.00 as my "value" and not based on the $65,000.00 UCLA billed Medicare and Medi/Cal for my medical expenses.
This was aired on ABC on May 6, 2011 and on CBS as well. I could have easily died during surgery which was not necessary, and not I know what my value would have been, although it would have not benefitted me, but my son. It really is shocking what UCLA and the professionals involved with my care did. How many other women would be subjected to what I went through, but yet did not have the nerve or the knowledge to question what was performed on them? Medicare and Medi/Cal have been in trouble for years and it is only getting worse. Perhaps with my experience, I can expose these people and what has been going on for years to save Medicare and Medi/Cal.

THIRD ANNIVERSARY OF FRAUD
On March 25, 2008, I saw Dr. Oliver Dorigo for the first time to get a second opinion based on the results of the medical report from Cedars-Sinai Hosptial saying that I had cancer. Even though Dr. Dorigo did not do another Pap Smear or biopsy, he scheduled me for major surgery anyway, originally in June, but later changed the date to May 28, 2008.
There was a conspiracy to cover up what Dr. Dorigo did, with the help of Dr. Elizabeth Wagar, the Director of Clinical Laboratories at UCLA, who had total control of the pathology reports stating that I not only had a very "rare cancer" but also covered up the fact that I had an infection just 8 days after the surgury when I went to the ER at UCLA on June 6, 2008, but was told this was just "urine leakage." The pathology report had been changed.
This resulted in my having to wear a catheter for 5 days (24 hours a day) until Dr. Dorigo could see me on his "Clinic" day, which I never knew was the case. Since UCLA is owned and operated by the State of California and thus, its people, I never knew that by my having Medicare/Medi-Cal, I was considered a "clinic" patient.
I believe the following poeple were involved in the conspiracy to cover up what Dr. Dorigo did:
1. Dr. Lloyd Greig and Dr. Elvio Silva: the doctors at Cedars-Sinai who originally diagnosed me as having "cancer"... UCLA's reports stated that is was Stage 3.
2. Dr. Oliver Dorigo: the surgeon and the mastermind of this fraud with UCLA.
3. Dr. Lejila Delic: the woman who assisted Dr. Dorigo in my surgery and the person who caused me so much pain on June 10, 2008 in an examination, that two days later sent me back to the ER at UCLA.
4. Dr. Michael Dovek: performed the CT scan on April 1, 2008, which was not mine.
5. Dr. Elizabeth Wagar: the Director of Clinical Laboratories at UCLA. She saw me on May 21, 2008 and covered up for Dr. Dorigo, telling me that I had a "very rare cancer", and later fled UCLA for Texas.
6. Dr. Neda Moatamed: did both pathology reports from Cedars as a second opinion.
7. Dr. Nora Ostzega: did the pathology for a "very rare cancer".
8. Dr. Kim Kieu: the Medical Director for the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services in Seattle, Washington - who mastermined the coverup on the "investigation" for Medicare.
9. Randy Poulsen, Ph.D.: Project Manager for the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services who was Dr. Kieu's boss and did absolutely nothing to investigate my complaint in the Seattle, Washington office.
10. Susan Cady: Staff Manageer, and Sharline Smith: Consumer Analyst- were the two people who covered up this fraud from the Medical Board of California.
11. Jean Moody-Williams: the Director for QIP for Medicare & Medicaid Services in Baltimore, Maryland and did a "stall job" on the investigation.
12. Denise Browsky: RN who did the final report for HSAG and covered up the fraud of all involved from their Tampa, Florida office.
13. Dr. Ferdinand Richards III: Medical Director for HSAG in Tampa, Florida who did nothing to investigate/uncover the fraud of all involved at this office - all involved should be shut down by Medicare.
These are the people who I believe caused me so much physical and emotional pain from this fraud. Lastly, UCLA Medical Center hired these poeple and did nothing uncover this fraud that was committed upon not just me, but probably hundreds more women as well.
