ELEVENTH ANNIVERSARY OF FRAUD

The most shocking thing I have found out on this 11^th anniversary of fraud is the fact my PRIVACY and PHYSICIAN-PATIENT PRIVILEDGE has been totally violated and destroyed when Dr. Megan E. Chen posted my entire medical file on Saint John’s Health Center website that is available to all medical personnel and facilities in California.  That is just like, would an attorney or spiritual advisor in California post on the internet their confidential conversations with you in violation of the “privilege”?

What she did was to qualify whatever I told her into her opinion of me and she wrote that “I’m delusional” because I did not believe I had cancer at UCLA Medical Center that resulted in a radical hysterectomy and took everything out of my body I was born with as a woman, from the waist down.  She used fraudulent medical reports from UCLA that were Carole Wells Doheny that the former head of pathology Dr. Elizabeth Wagar changed into my name before she fled the country to avoid prosecution.  I did not give her these records nor my permission to them since legally my medical files belong to me, not UCLA, and the reason I went to the FBY in 2015 and asked they investigate this matter besides the Department of Justice and Kamala Harris who took no action and did not close the file – it remains open to this day.  Dr. Chen stabbed me in the back in order to make herself important in the medical community as a “family practice” that has the least requirements to practice medicine and unbeknown to me every doctor had access to my records.  Is this the “standard of care” or is this the exception – if it is she should be thrown out of the medical profession as a disgrace to it.

Joel Scherr was my second physical therapist after I broke my ankle in 2015.  I started with him on August 14^th and ended on October 7, 2015 after I told him I knew “Wells-Doheny” was there the same time I was in a different room with a therapist-office manager and allegedly paid $100 bills as she did everywhere else and I would not go back.  He denied it and was so mad he sat at my feet and held my left leg and gave it a tremendous pull that I yelled out in pain.  He said nothing, least of all “sorry” and just got up and walked away.  According to Dr. Chen’s report, he pulled my leg out of alignment that resulted in an ABNORMAL GAIT (a limp) when I walk. 

These 2 medical professionals are just an example of what I’ve been subjected to because no action has been taken against Dr. Oliver Dorigo and UCLA Medical Center.  Now that I know anyone can see my file, I’m at a disadvantage until Medicare & the FBI take legal action against those responsible and protect me from further physical and emotional harm.  All were paid by Medicare and that gives them jurisdiction.

Our Future President in 2020 Has Announced His Candidacy

Former Vice President Joe Biden has announced his candidacy for President as the Democratic Nominee, and all Americans should feel relieved that we have a man who can and will defeat Donald J. Trump if he is not already impeached or removed from office before November 2020.  Joe Biden has served our country for over 50 years as the most experienced senator, and his experience for 8 years as Vice President to Barak Obama cannot be matched by anyone!

The most important thing all Americans should consider is the fact that this man can go toe to toe with any world leader with confidence and respect as a human being, and not bully and lie to everyone like Donald Trump, who has embarrassed the United States since January 2017. 

We as Americans have to be careful of social media, who attacked Vice President Joe Biden when that two-bit “sore loser” Lucy Flores falsely accused Mr. Biden of inappropriate conduct.  Fortunately the Los Angeles Times discovered and reported that she is nothing more than a gang member who stole cars at 14 years old and spent 10 months of detention in juvenile hall for her crime.  The New York Magazine, who ran her original story, could have hurt his chances for the Democratic Nomination and they knew that when they published it.  I would ask all my viewers to boycott this magazine until after the election.  As for the other 6 women who stated he was inappropriate with them with their ridiculous fabricated accusations which amount to nothing more than getting them “15 minutes of fame”, I ask the American people to question, “Why now?”. 

We should all be so lucky to have a compassionate leader like Joe Biden, a real human being who shows us genuine kindness and support – a hand on the shoulder - for the people of this country at a time when we most need it. 

I ask all registered voters to give careful consideration to Joe Biden in November of 2020.  He is a man who will bring the United States back to the world stage with dignity, decency, strength and honesty, and the legacy of a President and a world leader who has restored the respect of our great country.

The Federal Government and FBI Can Be Assured I Am Who I Say I Am

After having to apply to renew my PASSPORT and apply for the new federal READ ID Drivers License, the federal government, Medicare and the FBI can be assured I am the real deal and all the facts I have told them and posted to my Blog are absolutely true regarding the fraud and torture at UCLA Medical Center et al., the University Foot & Ankle Institute, Saint John’s Medical Center, Berkeley East Convalescent Hospital, and Msj Healthcare LLC.  These 5 businesses all involve Medicare Fraud and were to benefit Carole Wells Doheny at my peril and inflict physical pain and subject me to all the drugs prescribed for her on my at my detriment.  One physical therapist got so mad I was cancelling all appointments when I realized “Wells-Doheny” was there at the same time, the last visit he pulled my leg out of alignment and I screamed out and now I have a limp to go with my broken ankle at the time.

It is not easy to renew a drivers license, you have to absolutely prove who you are by birth certificate or up-to-date passport, and two utility bills proving where you live, and your social security card.  If you have been married and divorced and do not have a passport, that costs $145.00 (not including the $35.00 to renew the license), you have to have your wedding certificate and divorce decree.  They want to see how your name has changed from the birth certificate that does not apply to men, only the women.  All of this will prevent Carole Wells Doheny Karabian from using my name and she will never have an American passport or drivers license again.  I add the name KARABIAN because that is the name of her 2^nd husband who divorced her and how I came to represent her as a divorce consultant in 1986.  The only passport she will have will have to be a bribe from some third world country.  Europe has Interpol which is like our FBI and the whole world can call upon them for help.  Her life as she knew it for the past 30 years are over and I have my name back and credibility in writing.  Thank God for the federal government!
