What A Joke… UCLA Health Hospital No. 2 In California and No. 7 Nationally!

The rankings by U.S. News and World Report were released on August 7, 2017, and I had never seen the report on exactly what they were ranked in… and THAT is the joke.  For 28 consecutive years now, UCLA has publicized their rankings in the Los Angeles Times Sunday Edition saying they are No. 1 in Los Angeles, as they did now, but their rankings have varied – such as last year – they were No. 5, and today, No. 7 nationally.  UCSF is ranked best in California – up 1 point as UCLA fell 2 points.

The point is their rankings were in specific specialties, such as: Ear, Nose & Throat (No. 2), Geriatrics (No. 4), Urology (No. 4), Ophthalmology (No. 5), Nephrology (No. 6), Rheumatology (No. 6), Psychiatry (No. 8), and Pulmonology (No. 10).   What does any of these specialties have to do with the care women need to save their lives, such as breast cancer, and all the care need from the waist down?  I went to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center because of all the publicity U.S. News and World Report put out about them “Being No. 1”.  I fell for it and it has cost me dearly since May 28, 2008, and every year they are No. 1 in something since.

I have now stated the fraudulent surgery I was subjected to with taking everything out of my body (that I was born with from the waist down as a female) just for money.  I never had cancer and all the doctors involved knew it one week in advance of surgery and that is TORTURE, and I hope the criminal investigation going on will result in a charge of Torture, fraud, cover-up, Medicare and Medi-Cal fraud, and emotional distress.  I know the mastermind behind the surgery fled UCLA in December of 2012 for his homeland of Germany, and I believe other doctors such as the Director of Cincinnal Laboratories who falsified my medical records from Carole Wells Doheny to me fled first to Houston Texas and may be in Russia now, as many others involved have fled until the investigation is all over the world.

It really makes me sick to my stomach to think how many women were subjected to this fraud/torture while Dr. Oliver Dorigo was at UCLA.  He was on staff as an Assistant Professor of Gynecologic Oncology, and may have been an “Independent Contractor” for surgery on the elder Medicare patients and just accepted whatever Medicare paid for his services.  UCLA doesn’t care about Medicare patients.  They should have their accreditation revoked.  Dr. Dorigo was not listed as “Staff” on the operation call sheet, and outside of two other doctors, everyone else was not listed as “staff”.  All of them would react kindly to the offer of hundreds of dollars in the operating room that had me first as Janet H. Winston, and Carole Wells Doheny second as Janet Winston, as listed with the National Cancer Registry and it was that revelation that told me I was cancer-free from the first day I walked into UCLA Medical Center – much to my regret now.

It is truly mind-boggling what plan was put into place to subject me to surgery that could have cost me my life!  Now all the rats have fled the UCLA ship around the world!  Are these the actions of a Number 1 hospital for over 28 years?  It is shocking that U.S. News and World Report selected only 16 areas to judge and report on with no consideration for the needs of women.  This selection is MALE oriented.  You should be ashamed of yourselves.  How many years have you been doing this and who gave U.S. News and World Report the authority to judge and “report?”

4 are in California

3 are in Pennsylvania

3 are in New York (although Sloan Kettering is not mentioned)

The remaining 10 consist of 1 in each of the following states: Minnesota, Cleveland, Baltimore, Boston, St. Louis, Chicago, Colorado, North Carolina and Phoenix.

JANET’S JOURNEY TO HOPE…. I’ve Found It

When I started this blog in December of 2009, I was at my wits end as to how I was going to handle the information that I never had cancer in May of 2008, when I underwent major surgery for it at UCLA Medical Center.  I couldn’t believe any doctor would subject me to that kind of pain, both physical and emotional, just for money.  But that is exactly what happened, and it took me 8 years to put all the facts together to prove it and give the federal government “probable cause” to prosecute all involved. 

After the revelation of what the head of the UC Systems had done with her “slush fund” of $175 Million Dollars, and foreign nationals had been hired at UCSF to replace Americans only to save 50% of their salaries, I didn’t have to go any further.  These people are criminals both medical and administrators.  Dr. David Feinberg was the CEO of UCLA Health both before and after my surgery and the buck stops at his desk before he left in June, 2015.  MONEY was the name of the game!

This picture was taken on Mother’s Day, 2017, and it shows that I have lost 55 pounds since my surgery at UCLA, as well as my surgery at University Foot & Ankle Institute.  I am also wearing my CLA t-shirt, given to me by my son Tony who attended and graduated from Berkeley, as well as other relatives.  So my interest in what the UC System did to the students interested me as a parent and not just a “taxpayer”.

I will be 75 in December and I can honestly say I have found “HOPE” for the future, which took me 8 years to find.  I just would not give up or give in “that I was crazy” to say the facts as I knew and lived them.  No one could believe the Nazi’s would put human beings in the gas chambers just because of their religion, but they did it.  No one could believe the thousands of priests around the world would sexually abuse children and that the Vatican would cover it up by moving priests around, but it happened.  This case is no different, it is just a matter of how many times to other women in addition to myself were subjected to this torture.  It only takes ONE CASE to set precedent for the entire country and doctors who perform fraudulent surgeries will think twice before subjecting their patients to torture.

UC REGENTS Have Spent Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars on Lavish Parties

The San Francisco Chronicle reports that the UC Regents Have Spent at least $225,000.00 on lavish parties since 2012.  The night before the Regents increased the students’ tuition, Janet Napolitano wrote checks totaling $225,000.00 to reimburse Regents for party expenses.

Are these people for real? Just how stupid do they think the taxpayers are?  We, the taxpayers, have to give credit to the ACCOUNTANT who exposed these malfeasants who threw their responsibilities away for greed.  Every student who had to pay the 2.5% increase for their tuition should write Governor Jerry Brown and DEMAND that he CLEAN HOUSE of these Regents since 2012.

December 2012, was when Dr. Oliver Dorigo, a foreign national, fled the United States for Germany.  Is that the reason for the first lavish Christmas Party because the DEFENDANT was gone?

NINETH ANNIVERSARY OF FRAUD

In the 9 years since I had my surgery that I now describe as "torture" because it should not have happened other than for money under the table by Carole Wells Doheny, and billing both Medicare and Medi-Cal, I have learned so much about the medical profession and the almighty dollar.

I hope from my horrible experience that something good will come out of my pain, and to prevent someone else's pain - both men and women.  The word CANCER scares the heck out of every person who is told that directly, for themselves or for a loved one, whether they are family or friend.  Therefore, this blog is for things to look out for if you find yourself in a doctor's office and you hear that word, CANCER.  There is a very good reason why the federal government made it law that all persons diagnosed with cancer are required to be listed on the NATIONAL CANCER REGISTRY.  Had it not been for that law, I could not prove to myself and the federal authorities that I never had cancer, and Dr. Oliver Dorigo and UCLA Health System would have gotten away with the fraud and torture they subjected me to on may 28, 2008.

When I finally left UCLA in September 2009, I was referred to a general practitioner at Saint John's Medical Center in Santa Monica.  Had it not been for Saint John's, I would never have known about the meaning of the CA-125 test and how vital it is for any woman who is told she has cancer from the waist down.  I will not name the doctor here because it would make life miserable for him or her by the medical professionals on the "Westside of Los Angeles."  This doctor told me that anything under 35 on the CA-125 test means "no cancer" and anything above 35 has to then be double checked to be sure that cancer cells are in fact in the body (female body).  My number was 29 one week before surgery!

The National Cancer Registry and the CA 125 Test gave me absolute evidence that I never had cancer, and that Dr. Dorigo and all people involved knew this one week in advance of my surgery on May 28th.  They had and needed Dr. Elizabeth Wagar, the Head of Pathology at UCLA to falsify the medical records, changing Carole Wells Doheny's name to mine.  No one expected me to become a "Dr. Watson" (without Sherlock Holmes) to uncover the whole fraud and massive implications nation-wide.. from Tampa, FL to Seattle, WA to Los Angeles, CA. 

Medicare Fraud is on the same scale as Organized Crime in this country.  Thank God, Dr. Fata in Michigan was sentenced to 45 years in federal prison for Medicare Fraud and subjecting his patients to unnecessary chemotherapy.  And that's just for chemotherapy... do you get 100 years in prison for "torture"?
