Was There a Massive Cover-up To Protect UCLA Medical Center?

Is it possible that the Governor of California, Jerry Brown, the Attorney General of California, Kamala Harris, the University of California President, Janet Napolitano, and Dr. David Feinberg – CEO of UCLA Medical Center, worked together to deny me my civil rights to equal protection under the law by not stopping Dr. Oliver Dorigo from leaving the country in December, 2012? 

In doing so, did they hope the secret of hiring foreign nationals who could flee, as Dr. Oliver Dorigo did, from being revealed, and the practice of performing fraudulent cancer surgeries, that I now describe as torture?

Was it also for financial consideration, given the fact that an LA jury awarded $13 Million Dollars to a UCLA doctor for gender and age discrimination?  And now yesterday on May 14^th, Chipotle was ordered to pay $8 Million Dollars to a former manager for wrongful termination? And if they had not settled, the amount could have been as high as $72 Million in punitive damages. 

What was the reasoning, I ask?

TENTH ANNIVERSARY OF FRAUD

Today, I am going to clear up something I should have years ago when I became aware of the mistake I had made stating that Kamala Harris (as Attorney General of California) and the Department of Justice NEVER filed felony charges against a Professor at UCLA for the death of a 23 year old intern involved an explosion of a chemical lab.  That filing of felony charges was actually handled by the DISTRICT ATTORNEY of Los Angeles in Superior Court.  I don’t know the outcome of the case, but it was not Kamala Harris who handled it, and to my knowledge she never filed criminal charges against UCLA for anything, let alone the charges she should have filed against Dr. Oliver Dorigo for Elder Abuse, that I now say was torture.

The question I now raise 10 years later is: Did Kamala Harris (as Attorney General) and the University of California Regents and/or Janet Napolitano (as President) decide to do whatever was possible not to investigate and prosecute all those involved with the criminal acts upon my body at UCLA Medical Center, so that Ms. Harris could pursue her goal of becoming Senator after Barbara Boxer left?  The University of California and its 10 campuses would have a huge voter base for a liberal Democrat like Ms. Harris.  However, if it had become known that they were being investigated for criminal acts like Elder Abuse, MediCare and Medi-Cal Fraud, and that there was a pattern to cover-up, how would that play out with the voters of California?

Were they all hoping that at my age of 68 (at the time they were informed to investigate in 2011) that I would not live to testify as a witness and victim?  The years ahead of me were a lot less than the years behind me.  I believe that in the legal system, consideration is given to an “elderly” person who is paramount to a case as a witness or victim, and fast track those procedures on their behalf.  Today I am 75 years old (7 years after Ms. Harris got the case from the Department of Healthcare to investigate) and she never did anything, nor did anyone else in the California Department of Justice… Why?  Does the 14^th Amendment of the Constitution not matter for EQUAL PROTECTION UNDER THE LAW?  Were my civil rights trampled on to protect the University of California Regents and thus UCLA Medical Center?

I Call It As I See It - After 10 Years

This is going to be a re-cap of the past 10 years since the fraudulent cancer surgery I was subjected to in 2008 for money only.  And because of the outrageous conduct of the UCLA Medical Center, backed up by the University of California Regents on policy to bring in and hire foreign nationals from all over the world just to save money - as was shown on CBS’s 60 Minutes regarding the University of California San Francisco campus – who hired people from India to replace qualified Americans only to save 50% of their salaries in order to enrich the $175,000,000.00 bank account that the President Janet Napolitano had control over and designated for “administrative salaries” while also increasing the tuition for students by 2.6%.  What is wrong with this picture and why hasn’t Governor Jerry Brown taken control of the situation and cleaned up the mess that could be corruption?

In the meantime, ONLY ONE PERSON hired by the government in California did his job, DAVID MAXWELL-JOLLY, the Director of the Department of Health Care Services as a federal employee.  He answered my complaint letter within 2 weeks, and had sent 2 investigators to my home on January 31, 2011 for a follow up interview, which lasted an hour and a half – and refer my case for Medi-Cal fraud and Elder Abuse to the Department of Justice in California and Kamala Harris, who was Attorney General at the time, to investigate.  She did nothing, nor did her department, before Dr. Oliver Dorigo was allowed to flee the country to his homeland of Germany on December 12, 2102 (almost 2 years after they were informed on February 4, 2011).  I did not find out until April 26, 2013 and had posted the information on my blog at that time.  Where was “Equal Protection Under the Law” as the 14^th Amendment guarantees in the Constitution?  Did Kamala Harris deny me my civil rights to “equal protection” for her ambition for higher office, which she achieved as Barbara Boxer’s replacement in the United States Senate, and even higher ambition in Washington D.C. now?

The following professionals are people I believe played a hand in the fraud for benefit of UCLA Medical Center (My guess is that few, if any, are still in the United States but rather in Germany, France, Russia, Ukraine, and all countries that don’t have extradition back to the United States… Thank you Ms. Harris). They are as follows:

Dr. Oliver Dorigo, Dr. David Feinberg, Tony Padilla, Dr. Lejila Delic, Dr. Elizabeth Wagar, Dr. Kim Kieu (Seattle), Dr. Christopher Wray, and Dr. Hamid Nourmand.  The ONLY doctor who I believe will tell the truth and was not a willing participant beforehand (as all others were) is Dr. Tevy Tith.  It was her report that said, “We took her back to the operating room.”  That told me there were 2 women as the Medicare summary said: 2 bags of Anesthesia were used and not 1, and apologized to me in the ER for putting me in there.  This all started when I was 65 years old – today I am 75.

Just to make sure there is no misunderstanding – I also want to say that I am a lifelong registered Democrat who volunteered at the Beverly Hills Campaign headquarters for Clinton/Gore in 1992.  I call it as I see it!
