As the New Year of 2014 starts, I think my viewers who are in 22 countries and on all 6 continents should know the latest fraud I have discovered. The woman I refer to as "The Vulture" has been using my name as Janet Winston with United Healthcare for prescription drugs for years. She is an addict and I believe is responsible for the 2 million "Janet Winstons" across the country by paying cash to doctors for prescription drugs and using my prescription drug plan that I DROPPED to pay the lower cost, and no trace to her because she is a wanted criminal in 2 states and can't use her real name, but was born on 8/31/42, making her 3 and a half months older than me and not the 50 she looks after years of face lifts. This could not have happened had she not paid employees of United Healthcare to give her access to my dropped drug plan and put in her address. As a result, United Healthcare should be investigated for Medicare/Medicaid fraud. How many other people have pulled this kind of fraud with other insurance companies, using federal and state funds? I believe organized crime has infiltrated the medical profession, making it the largest crime syndicate in the world, not only in the United States, but around the world. I believe the people in 22 countries are using my blog as social media through the internet to get information on fraudulent cancer surgeries, that they would not otherwise have. Most of the people are in Russia, Ukraine, Vietnam, China and Germany just to name a few.
The fact that a Michigan doctor who is under arrest for treating patients with chemotherapy who were either in remission or never had cancer, proves what I have been reporting since 2009, and finally the fraud is exposed. Hopefully during 2014 this fraud will be exposed in a court of law and action will be taken against those responsible as they did in Michigan.

SUZANNE SOMERS is an Opportunist!
On October 8, 2013 on The Talk, the CBS program, she was a guest to promote her 25th book I'M TOO YOUNG FOR THIS. Since my blog written on February 23, 2011 revealed she never had cancer based on her own words, it has received the second highest page views. I believe not only Ms. Somers and her husband, Alan Hamel viewed it, but also her agent and publishers as well. Her only income is from her books, and it is not clear if her husband has an income or note, because based on her own words today, they "have sex twice a day, because both are on hormones" .... they have nothing else to do!
She stated today when she said "I had cancer, but I'm so far away from it... I don't even refer to myself as a survivor" ... the only words that are true, because she never had cancer!
I hope when the investigation is completed by the federal government for medicare fraud, I will expose not only UCLA Medical Center and all doctors involved, but people who use "cancer" as a meal ticket for personal gain.

Michigan Doctor Is in Jail for Treating Patients with Chemotherapy When They Didn’t Have Cancer
On August 14, 2013, NBC’s Today Show reported on Jeff Rossen’s
Report that a Dr. Fata was sitting in jail for treating patients with
chemotherapy when they were either in remission or NEVER HAD CANCER at
all. His bail is set at $9,000,000.00 as
a “flight risk”… no kidding! I wish the
state of California had arrested Dr. Oliver
Dorigo before he fled to Germany . Bu t
I have trust in the federal government, who prosecutes Medicare Fraud, will not
drop the ball and hold all those responsible accountable, one way or another.
Dr. Fata had 1000 patients and billed Medicare $35,000,000.00
all in fraud like Dr. Dorigo and the UCLA
Medical Center Michigan . Finally something is being done to expose
this fraud as I have tried to do with this blog since December of 2009.

Crooks see healthcare as a HUGE GOLD MINE
Glenn Ferry made that statement in the Los Angeles Times on June 23, 2013 as the Inspector General for the U.S. Department of Health Services located in Orange County in California for Medicare Fraud. He told the truth and UCLA Medical Center is the Fort Knox for this fraud as I've personally experienced and my blog covers three and a half years of my elder abuse for financial gain.
How can the U.S. News & World Report give UCLA a Number One rating in the west and number 5 nationally? I just found out Leapfrog Group changed their "F" rating for patient safety in November, 2012.. what relationship does U.S. News & World Report and UCLA Medical Center have... are they in bed together? What about the 4 Japanese mob bosses that paid UCLA over 2 Million Dollars in cash for 4 liver transplants over other men who were ahead of them on the list, and as a result died? (as reported by the LA Times and 60 Minutes). Is that the qualification for number one in anyone's mind? Was Leapfrog forced to change their rating in January... crooks are crooks and money is the motivation.
In May, 2008, UCLA finished the new building for the medical center at a cost close to one billion dollars and had "suits" for patients that could pay for it. Medicare patients were assigned to the Santa Monica annex and treated like second class citizens. The CEO of UCLA Medical Center does not act like he believes UCLA is owned by the State of California and its people. And I am sure he is not paid like other state employees - probably hundreds of thousands of dollars and only profits will do that. Medicare is a gold mine.

FIFTH ANNIVERSARY OF FRAUD
On May 28, 2013, will mark the fifth anniversary of my unlawful surgery at UCLA Medical Center. I have two CORRECTIONS TO MAKE:
1. The CEO of the UCLA Medical center in May, 2008 and to the present is not Richard Feinberg, but Dr. DAVID FEINBERG.
2. Dr. Oliver Dorigo is also a Ph.D. as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology.
3. Tony Padilla is the Director of Patient Affairs for the UCLA Hospital Systems.
Dr. Dorigo was a part time surgeon, because most of his time was spent in his class as an assistant professor and always had a young female student in the examining room with him when he saw me. Tony Padilla was the person I spoke to, and it was he who made the appointment for me with Dr. Dorigo and the billing sent to Medicare was in the name of Dr. David Feinberg as the referring physician. Tony Padilla should be added to the list of people responsible from the Third Anniversary of Fraud post.
On May 20, 2013, The Sacramento County Superior Court issued a Temporary Restraining Order for 453 PATIENT CARE WORKERS from joining a 3-day strike staring on May 21st at 4:00am until May 23rd at 4:00am against UC Medical Centers across the state. All 6 medical centers: UCLA, Santa Monica, Orange County, San Diego Davis, and San Francisco would be effected immediately. The Order is to prevent "essential" care workers from joining the union strike that involves thousands of workers. The UC Medical Center Regents anticipate they will incur a $20 Million dollar loss during this strike.
A lot has happened in the five years since my surgery. My blog is now world wide from Russia to Alaska, and Dr. Dorigo has fled the country for Germany. I am more determined to hold those responsible who were involved in my elder abuse that could have killed me.
