This is going to be a re-cap of the past 10 years since the
fraudulent cancer surgery I was subjected to in 2008 for money only. And because of the outrageous conduct of the UCLA
Medical Center, backed up by the University of California Regents on policy to
bring in and hire foreign nationals from all over the world just to save money -
as was shown on CBS’s 60 Minutes regarding the University of California San
Francisco campus – who hired people from India to replace qualified Americans only
to save 50% of their salaries in order to enrich the $175,000,000.00 bank
account that the President Janet Napolitano had control over and designated for
“administrative salaries” while also increasing the tuition for students by
2.6%. What is wrong with this picture
and why hasn’t Governor Jerry Brown taken control of the situation and cleaned
up the mess that could be corruption?
In the meantime, ONLY ONE PERSON hired by the government in
California did his job, DAVID MAXWELL-JOLLY, the Director of the Department of
Health Care Services as a federal employee.
He answered my complaint letter within 2 weeks, and had sent 2
investigators to my home on January 31, 2011 for a follow up interview, which
lasted an hour and a half – and refer my case for Medi-Cal fraud and Elder
Abuse to the Department of Justice in California and Kamala Harris, who was
Attorney General at the time, to investigate.
She did nothing, nor did her department, before Dr. Oliver Dorigo was
allowed to flee the country to his homeland of Germany on December 12, 2102 (almost
2 years after they were informed on February 4, 2011). I did not find out until April 26, 2013 and
had posted the information on my blog at that time. Where was “Equal Protection Under the Law” as
the 14th Amendment guarantees in the Constitution? Did Kamala Harris deny me my civil rights to “equal
protection” for her ambition for higher office, which she achieved as Barbara
Boxer’s replacement in the United States Senate, and even higher ambition in
Washington D.C. now?
The following professionals are people I believe played a
hand in the fraud for benefit of UCLA Medical Center (My guess is that few, if
any, are still in the United States but rather in Germany, France, Russia,
Ukraine, and all countries that don’t have extradition back to the United
States… Thank you Ms. Harris). They are as follows:
Dr. Oliver Dorigo, Dr. David Feinberg, Tony Padilla, Dr.
Lejila Delic, Dr. Elizabeth Wagar, Dr. Kim Kieu (Seattle), Dr. Christopher
Wray, and Dr. Hamid Nourmand. The ONLY doctor
who I believe will tell the truth and was not a willing participant beforehand
(as all others were) is Dr. Tevy Tith.
It was her report that said, “We took her back to the operating room.” That told me there were 2 women as the
Medicare summary said: 2 bags of Anesthesia were used and not 1, and apologized
to me in the ER for putting me in there.
This all started when I was 65 years old – today I am 75.
Just to make sure there is no misunderstanding – I also want
to say that I am a lifelong registered Democrat who volunteered at the Beverly
Hills Campaign headquarters for Clinton/Gore in 1992. I call it as I see it!
And my heartfelt congratulations to Women all around the
world on International Women’s Day.
